Commercial Financial Accountant
Are you an experienced financial professional? - Growth and renewal plans

Job Context
The Operations Lead will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of Lepra’s UK operations. The Role
The objectives of the Communications and Campaigns team are to increase the public profiles of Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK, mobilise public support to bring about change and ensure that all colleagues are aware of, bought into and engaged in contributing to the values and direction of the charities.
A natural storyteller, you will have a talent for creating shortform video content that engages key audiences across our social media platforms. By generating ideas and making them happen, sourcing contributors, shooting and editing footage, you will monitor the performance of posts and proactively incorporate best practice to ensure that content is well received by audiences, and that the charities’ presence on its social media channels grows.
You will regularly collaborate with colleagues across both charities, the other founding charities and key partners to create compelling and inspiring content.

Reporting in to the Partnership & Strategy Lead, the Programme & Partnership Lead for Central America will be the most senior and key programme, partnership and lead role for the region, maintaining oversight of a dynamic and responsive partner portfolio that aligns with organisational values and goals. The post-holder will ensure Christian Aid's work in partnership employs a decolonised approach to improve locally led work and maximise impact. The role is key in exploring and contributing to multi country programme initiatives across the cluster.

The role plays a lead role in convening spaces with partners and key stakeholders, including faith leaders, and catalysing for change. The role
As Head of Operations, you will lead all operational functions of Foxglove. You will ensure that our finance, HR, legal compliance, fundraising, systems and internal processes enable the organisation to carry out its mission effectively. You’ll work across Foxglove and closely with leadership, as well as with external partners to build a resilient and well-governed organisation, able to manage growth and complexity while staying mission driven.
