Are you passionate about creating meaningful supporter experiences and building long term engagement?

Age UK is reviewing and improving its legacy stewardship journey, and we're recruiting a Senior Direct Marketing Executive (Legacy Stewardship) to play an important role in this work. You'll help shape and deliver an enhanced stewardship programme, ensuring legacy supporters receive thoughtful, personalised and relevant communications. This is a great opportunity to contribute to strengthen how we engage with our valued supporters and grow Legacy income.

Please note that due to the Hybrid nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to work from our central London office near Tower Hill, once a week (currently Thursdays) but more frequently if required. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

Experience
* Proven successful experience in direct marketing. A, I
* Proven successful experience of budget management and campaign forecasting. A, I

* Proven successful experience of managing internal and external stakeholders through various processes including sign off. A, I
* Build great working relationships with internal teams to encourage a culture of collaboration A, I

Skills and knowledge
* Proficiency in project management, with the capability to coordinate complex schedules and handle competing priorities A, I
* Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, with a dedicated focus on relationship management A, I
* A strong understanding of Fundraising Codes of Practice and Guidelines A

Personal attributes
* Passion for creating a brilliant supporter experience and having a supporter-led mindset A, I
* Build positive and collaborative relationships across the Age UK network including national and local Age UKs A
* Demonstrate empathy and understanding for the issues faced by older people A, I
