About the role
As Prospect Research Manager, you will play a key role in driving fundraising performance by identifying, researching and qualifying high value partnership opportunities. You will work closely with teams across Partnerships for Impact and beyond to deliver insight-led prospect research, manage and optimise systems such as Salesforce, and embed best practice in prospect management. You will also contribute to the delivery of our high value prospecting strategy, supporting decision-making on where to focus resources for the greatest impact.
In this role, you will:
• Strengthen and maximise our high value partner pipeline by delivering high quality research, analysis, and network mapping across philanthropy, trusts & foundations and corporate partnerships.
• Support the delivery of the high value prospecting strategy, ensuring resources are focused on the most impactful opportunities.
• Manage and optimise key systems, including Salesforce and external databases, to enable streamlined, effective prospect research and partnership development.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, GDPR compliance, and best practice in prospect development, and implement innovative approaches to enhance income generation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external networks to identify cross-team opportunities and drive a joined-up approach to prospecting.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Strong research experience with the ability to condense complex information from multiple sources into concise, actionable insights for varied audiences.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and presenting findings clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in using and optimising CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and databases for prospect research and partnership development.

Position Overview
The Team Administrator is responsible for providing efficient, organised and proactive administrative support to the CEO, as well as supporting the wider team across a number of administrative areas.
The role holder will also liaise with partners, Chapters, grant funders and a range of other interested partners and collaborators, on behalf of the CEO, working seamlessly with their job share partner.
Main Duties
Executive Assistant support
Work closely with the CEO and job share partner to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of CEO’s office and that secretarial and other administrative work is produced to a high standard and within set deadlines.
● Manage the CEO’s diary, balancing competing priorities and understanding the need for the degree of flexibility that is required within a busy schedule
● Arrange meetings and make travel arrangements, drawing up itineraries, arranging accommodation and liaising with host organisations within the UK and overseas as necessary.
● Prepare, organise, and manage documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up

The role holder will be required to work on-site, the working pattern is to be agreed with the hiring managers but currently expected to be Wednesday to Friday weekly.
Given the global nature of the Initiative, the role may require some flexibility on working hours outside of standard office hours, although it is not anticipated that the role holder will need to travel outside of the UK.

We were founded as a Welsh organisation. However, in January 2024 we expanded in to Phase 1 of England (Chesire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somserset) and in July 2025, we expanded in to Phase 2 (Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Context of role:
2wish support anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We provide immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong track record in fundraising. This is both a hands-on role and is pivotal to the ongoing success of our fundraising targets. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and being responsible for a small team of fundraisers, you will lead and motivate the team to reach their full potential.
Main duties:
Management & Service:
- To line manage the regional fundraising team
- To execute the organisation’s business plan
- To assist in the planning of any expansion into England, managing any staff recruited during the early days of growth
- To establish fundraising communities by recruiting volunteers, engage with corporate partners and develop and maintain relationships with volunteers.

It is the nature of the work that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied. All employees are therefore expected to work in a flexible way and tasks, which are not specifically covered in their job description may have to be undertaken.

Salary: Starting salary of £32,000 per annum
Contract type: 12-month, full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, although alternative hours may be worked with line manager agreement. Work outside office hours may sometimes be necessary and will be compensated for by time off in lieu.
Annual leave: 28 days plus bank holidays. Annual leave steadily increases after five years of service. Annual leave and statutory holidays are calculated on a pro rata basis where applicable.
Pension: 2wish operate a contributory pension scheme. 2wish will auto-enrol you into the scheme in accordance with it's auto-enrolment obligations. Full details of the scheme will be provided to you once you are enrolled, including the minimum level of contributions that you will be required to make during your membership (current contributions - employer 3% and employee 5%).
Mileage: A fixed rate allowance is payable for agreed mileage undertaken on 2wish business in a private vehicle, over and above your usual journey to your workplace/s.
Location: 2wish is currently working with staff to offer a form of hybrid working and this will continue for the foreseeable future. This post will include a lot of home working, with the expectation to the successful candidate to travel to 2wish Head Office minimally once a month. There will also be significant travel across the county you reside in and bordering counties

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working to specific income targets, the Supporter Engagement Manager is responsible for acquisition campaigns including regular giving, direct mail appeals, online fundraising, legacys; retention campaigns including ongoing stewardship to increase supporter engagement. You will grow relationships with supporters and work closely with wider fundraisering team to devise and execute creative and effective stewardship journeys. You will have a sound understanding of fundraising membership schemes and sector regulations, with knowledge of best practice CRM and/or fundrasing database.
The Supporter Engagement Manager will work with the Senior Head of Supporter Engagement to develop the strategy for increasing income across all individual giving streams and then work with the Marketing and Communications Manager and the wider team to impliment it. You will play an instrumental part in creatively engaging supporters to get involved in our high-value campaigns, events and regular giving programme. This includes our annual matched-funding campaign and reoccuring giving programmes, which last year raised £1m and £150k respectively. The post-holder will be key in taking the Individual Giving programme to the next level, providing proactive engagement opportunities and efficiently work with data to provide timely, targeted, relevant and engaging communications to our various supporters.
