About the role
As a Senior CRM and Data Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting staff across NCVO in making the most of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Acting as the go-to expert, you’ll provide guidance, training, and technical support to ensure the CRM is used confidently and effectively across the organisation. Your work will help maintain the quality and integrity of our data through regular imports, cleansing, and quality checks, ensuring compliance with data protection standards. You will also be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices, empowering colleagues with the tools and knowledge to use data efficiently and responsibly.
You’ll also take the lead on developing and managing our Power BI reporting suite, creating impactful dashboards and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate complex needs into clear, accessible insights, drawing from data across Microsoft Dynamics and other integrated systems. Your role will include supporting ongoing CRM development projects, maintaining system integrations—particularly with Business Central—and contributing to a smooth rollout of new features. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and enabling others through data and technology.

The role will be a mixture of organising events, project management, administration, research and relationship building. What you’ll do – the key responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of our partnership events including our Academy Visitor Days, as well as designing and implementing new stakeholder engagement initiatives based on previous stakeholder feedback.
- Support with, and at times lead the production of documents and communications for internal and external audiences, for example event invites, guest lists, handbooks, letter templates and agendas. This will include producing reports which use data to demonstrate the impact of our programmes to forces.
- Support with our sales campaign and contracting work through regular reporting, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to senior leadership and relevant internal stakeholders. This may include identifying opportunities for Police Now colleagues to attend sector events to have the greatest possible impact on policing in England & Wales.
- Collaborate with colleagues from across Police Now to support a strong customer experience for Police Now’s partner forces; for example, attending cross-departmental meetings and through developing Police Now’s use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
- Provide wider administrative support to the Force Partnerships team. This includes but is not limited to; preparing and printing event documentation, record-keeping, team inbox monitoring, room bookings, research into current and future force partners and booking and taking minutes for both internal and external meetings.
Frequent travel to the London office (2-3 days a week), along with regular travel to events and forces nationally will be required for this role.

About the role
At Young Lives vs Cancer, we have our own unique role to play in reaching the North Star. We know our strengths and where we can have the most impact to best support children and young people with cancer. Within our new strategy ‘The Time is Now’ we set out four strategic ambitions, the first stating we will continue to be a major service delivery provider: offering high quality, impactful services. We are proud to lead the way in delivering high-level, psychosocial support and accommodation services throughout cancer treatment, end-of-life, and bereavement and we want to ensure our investment in this area is optimised to make sure we always provide the tailored support that children, young people and families need and that our services remain relevant.
You will be joining an established operational leadership team who are committed to continuous service improvement. Service Managers play a key leadership role in the management and development of a region, which is made up of three social work teams located alongside Principal Treatment Centres which are Leeds, Newcastle and Sheffield. Your responsibilities will include delivering service standards, and compliance. You will interface with NHS stakeholder colleagues to promote effective governance and multi-disciplinary relationships with a focus on smooth referral pathways. The team meets weekly to discuss management of the overall service-this effectively allows all team members to play an active role. In addition, to your designated region you will have a lead area of responsibility-this will be Deputy Safeguarding Lead. This role works closely with the Head of Safeguarding to ensure effective management of safeguarding across the charity as well as spanning workforce development and the promotion of best practice.
This position has four direct reports, 3 Team Managers and one Regional Service Coordinator, the latter provides support to the Service Manager and regional teams.

ShareAction’s Financial Sector Research team works towards holding financial institutions accountable for their impact on globally important challenges such as tackling climate change, upholding human rights and reversing biodiversity loss.
Asset managers, insurance companies and banks hold a huge amount of influence over the world’s largest companies through their investment, lending and underwriting activities. While many of these financial institutions publicly claim to be taking environmental and social issues seriously, often, these claims do not hold up to scrutiny.
In this role, you will have many opportunities to challenge the financial sector by contributing to:
- Our financial sector benchmarks. In the first 12 months, you would primarily be working on our 2026 benchmark of some of the world’s largest insurance companies (following our 2024 report). Our research also covers asset managers and banks.
- Coordination with civil society allies and developing new collaborations with leading global NGOs.
- Engagement with financial institutions, regulators, and industry bodies to provide detailed recommendations for improvement.
- Communication of our research findings externally, for example, on webinars.
Working alongside the rest of the Financial Sector Research team, you will contribute to ShareAction’s key reports ranking financial institutions. This involves collecting information from institutions and databases, analysing quantitative and qualitative data, producing engaging graphics to communicate results and translating this analysis into actionable steps for financial institutions to take. You will collaborate with teams across ShareAction and may join meetings with financial institutions, other NGOs, or regulators to discuss this research. Senior Finance Business Partners (Academic) provide strategic and financial management support to faculties; ensuring finance remains at the heart of decision making by providing expert advice and rigorous challenge and assurance.
The role will support the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) and the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative care (NMPC) providing executive support to Faculty and executive leadership, resolving issues and representing Finance at senior committees. You will regularly liaise with senior stakeholders, building rapport, trust and demonstrating your ability to problem solve.
This role is expected to lead on the production of monthly management accounts, providing valuable insights and analysis to support senior decision making. Both areas are significant in size and scope requiring multi-disciplinary finance expertise in both finance business partnering and management accounting. Continuing focus on finance capability and strengthening the finance span within the areas you partner will be an important aspect of the role in delivering effective financial management. You will be expert, enthusiastic and an approachable finance professional with strong interpersonal skills.
The role holder will be based at Lavington Street in central London with the option of regular co-location with senior stakeholders situated on other KCL Campus’ in central London. The post holder will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week on-site with the remainder of time working remotely. This pattern could potentially change in future, so flexibility with regards to location of work will be required.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the FBP team supporting IoPPN and NMPC in relation to the regular forecasting and reporting cycle for faculty income and expenditure budgets; including tuition, research and operational expenditure.
- Providing finance business partnering support at both a senior and operational level; working closely with finance contacts for routine financial reporting.
- Providing rigorous challenge and assurance to stakeholders across all financial aspects including business case development, financial controls and routine financial management.
- Ensuring timely, accurate and insightful management information to budget holders; providing expert analysis to support decision making.
- Evaluating risks and opportunities and developing a strong financial narrative through variance analysis and other financial modelling.
- Developing budgeting, forecasting and costing models/tools at local level and integrating these into existing financial processes.
- Support multi-year planning activities through our integrated planning processes, currently applicable to financial years 2025/26 – 2027/28.

The Purpose of the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in the corporate financial services sector and they will have demonstrated experience developing corporate partnerships in support of humanitarian and development work. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborate with the Associate Director, Financial Services to steward and cultivate a $2M+ USD portfolio of partners in support of the Global Corporate Partnerships Financial Services strategy with a focus on diversified funding streams, growing unrestricted funds, and expanding influence;
- Help to deliver a robust strategy for the Global Financial Services sector; identifying and initiating strategies for sector partnerships through a variety of partnership models (e.g. strategic, employee engagement, pro bono expertise, etc.)

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to play an essential role in our Partnerships Team. This role is responsible for stewarding a portfolio of our ‘proudly supporting’ partnerships and supporting the Partnerships Team at CoppaFeel! to steward some of our most dedicated corporate partners. You will also be key as the first point of contact when enquiries arrive from our website or our corporate inbox and you will manage the stewardship and donor journey of these leads.
The Corporate Partnerships Executive will sit within the Partnerships Team as part of the Fundraising Directorate, and will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager. This role will support the team with administration; such as sending invoices, writing thank you letters, sending out fundraising materials, and much more. This role also will be required to attend fundraising and partnership events to represent CoppaFeel!.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all corporate enquiries receive timely acknowledgement and communication, putting donors on the right supporter journey
- Account manage some of our smaller partnerships throughout the year, and particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
- Support the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team across both account management and new business workstreams
- Assist with delivery of our two largest partnerships as needed, Asda Tickled Pink and Avon
- Lead on stewardship of workplace fundraisers and corporate JustGiving pages
- Support with copy-writing and content creation for internal and external communications channels including website content, social media posts, e-newsletters, blog posts and content for partner channels
- Coordinate fulfilment of fundraising materials requested by partners and supporters

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Individual Giving Officer (Mid Value) for an international development charity that works with animals throughout Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Reporting to the Supporter Development Manager, this role joins at an exciting time, looking to achieve growth, focusing on digital acquisition. As part of this exciting role, you will develop committed warm cash and regular online giving supporters, increasing their engagement and income prospects.
This role offers the opportunity to create engaging stewardship material and actively encourage the development of donation relationships. Brooke requires a passionate individual who has excellent communication skills, the skill and knowledge to utilise regular giving and donations and who has a particular interest in animal and community welfare.
To be successful as the Individual Giving Officer (Mid Value), you will need:
- Experience of using a range of channels, including mail and email, with a strong understanding of optimising and tracking donations
- Experience developing and delivering mid-value giving programmes and activities
- A passion and knowledge of delivering high-quality supporter experience and supporter engagement development.

What will I be doing?
This role will support the delivery of several activities within our portfolio of activities on climate change, the environment, and mental health. The four main areas of work that the Senior Officer will be responsible for include:

Leading work with national partners (50% of post)
-
Integration of people with lived experience (hereafter referred to as PWLE) across the portfolio (25% of post)
-
Developing our advocacy on the intersection of air pollution and mental health (15% of post)
-
Developing our advocacy on the intersection of biodiversity loss and mental health (10% of post)
National level work (50% of post)
A key component of the current project will be to support national partners in a subset of countries globally (approximately 6 countries) to advocate for action on climate change and mental health. The final set of countries is yet to be defined but will likely include one country per WHO region and one country from the Small Islands Developing States. The specific responsibilities of this component will include:

Lead in the selection of national partners in each country. This will include supporting the running of a competitive process to select one civil-society organisation based in each country to conduct the work
-
Strengthen the capacity of national partners to work on climate change and mental health (e.g., via training to national partners to be delivered by the Senior Officer), if required
-
Support national partners in advocating for the integration of mental health into climate policies, including but not limited to Nationally Determined Contributions, National Adaptation Plans, Heat Health Action Plans etc.

Lead in cohort-building activities for this subset of countries (e.g., organising regular meetings, ensuring shared learnings etc.)

With the support of our Operations team, support in the logistics of sub-contracting national partners and monitoring deliverables
Involvement of people with lived experience (25% of post)
The meaningful engagement of PWLE of mental health challenges is central to all work at United for Global Mental Health. The specific responsibilities of this component will include:

Leading on setting up and coordinating a Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG), which will meet every two months to provide guidance to UnitedGMH and national partners on their work on climate and health. The Senior Officer will be responsible for recruiting approximately 12 PWLE (2 x WHO region), organising regular meetings, and ensuring that the feedback of PWLE is integrated across different projects

Support the attendance of PWLE to key global advocacy moments in a meaningful, safe, and impactful way

Support national partners on the integration of lived experience considerations in their work on climate change and mental health
Work on air pollution and mental health (15% of post)
The evidence on air pollution and mental health is a nascent, but rapidly growing, area of interest. The specific responsibilities of this component will include:

Scope what concrete opportunities exist for integrating mental health considerations into air pollution policies at the global, regional, and national levels

Build connections with organisations working on air pollution and clean air policies
-
Refine our messaging on air pollution and mental health
-
Lead on the production of one advocacy brief on air pollution and mental health
Work on biodiversity loss and mental health (10% of post)
There is emerging evidence on the association between biodiversity loss and mental health, but very little work has yet been done in the policy space. The specific responsibilities of this component will include:

Scoping what concrete opportunities exist for integrating mental health considerations into biodiversity policies at the global, regional, and national levels

Build connections with organisations working on biodiversity, conservation, and nature
-
Refine our messaging on biodiversity and mental health

Lead the production of one advocacy brief on pesticide use and suicide
-
Lead on our engagement with the Convention on Biological Diversity Conference of the Parties (biodiversity COP)

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience working on global mental health policy, advocacy, research, or practice
-
Expertise in managing and engaging with multiple different types of stakeholders (e.g., civil society, UN agencies, governments etc.)

Experience working on co-creation, patient and public involvement (PPI), or working with people with lived experience of mental health problems
-
Excellent project management skills and strong planning skills including attention to detail, critical thinking, multi-tasking and problem-solving

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Expertise in the development of funding proposals and ability to track and report on grant deliverables

Expertise in organising meetings, events, and small gatherings of partners and other stakeholders

Ability to travel 2-3 times a year internationally
Desirable

Expertise in climate change and mental health is desirable but not required

Experience of working in low- and middle-income countries on mental health is desirable but not required

Experience of working on influencing policy within a government is desirable but not required

Fluency in English is essential, the ability to work in a second UN language would be an advantage (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian)
