The extraordinary Great Ormond Street Hospital sees 750 seriously ill children and young people from across the UK and this is your chance to make a difference for them. The purpose of the roles is to lead on the day-to-day campaign management as well as explore new digital channels to develop and improve supporter journeys and maximise donor lifetime value.

To be a successful Senior Individual Giving Executive, you'll need:
- Experience of individual giving campaign management or clear transferable project management and fundraising skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills, including in developing and delivering multiple marketing campaigns and working with external agencies
- Experience of writing campaign briefs and using data analysis to in inform decision making on supporter or customer contact strategies

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Engagement & Marketing Director role was created last year to drive forward our next strategic phase of engagement – determining how we influence, engage and mobilise people and communities to plant and protect urban trees. The maternity cover will continue to work closely with the senior team to finalise the engagement strategy and implement from 2025. The maternity cover will lead our Engagement & Marketing team to drive awareness and understanding of the importance of urban trees, deepening our connections with urban communities, growing our communications reach to engage target audiences, and boosting our Individual Giving programmes linked to regular giving, payroll giving and legacies.
The successful candidate will be a proven community engagement professional with senior-level marketing experience, a demonstrable track record of team leadership and experience of developing and delivering against strategic objectives. Job Purpose & Background:
CDP’s development team is ambitious, dynamic and at the heart of everything CDP does. As a Senior Manager, Philanthropy, you will focus on developing and managing strategic, high-value relationships with Trusts and Foundations. The Senior Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing a global fundraising strategy at a key time of organizational growth. Who you are
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the locations stipulated above.
- You have a proven ability to build and manage philanthropic donor income streams, maximising the value of existing and prospective supporters.
- You have a proven track record of relationship building to secure grants at seven figure and above level.

Your day-to-day
You will support the execution of CDPs philanthropic fundraising strategy.

About you

About the role
The St Pancras Community Association (SPCA) is a charity delivering high quality services for Camden residents, especially the lively and diverse community of the St Pancras and Somers Town ward. Our award winning fundraising division is currently looking for an Engagement and Stewardship Executive to join our Partnership and Philanthropy team in this newly created role for the charity.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fundraiser, working full-time on-site. Role Summary
As the Director of Research and Public Affairs you lead a team working across the full range of research work (including commissioning, grant-making and in-house research) and public affairs work (including policy analysis, advocacy work and mobilising our activists). You also contribute to the charity’s strategies, leadership and governance as a member of the Executive Team. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Leadership, strategy & planning
1. Lead the research and public affairs functions at Alcohol Change UK.
2. Produce and deliver plans across our research and public affairs work programmes that are ambitious for change (impact), realistic given our resources, and consistent with our strategy, our other work programmes, and our values.
3. Set budgets, tightly control costs and identify opportunities for making savings, growing income and making the case for investment.
4. Appropriately monitor and evaluate our research and public affairs work with a view to knowing, growing and showing the impact we make.
Research
5. Work closely with the CEO, Policy and Research Manager, R&P sub-committee and Wales Office to determine and oversee the charity’s programme of commissioned research, research grants, and in-house research.
6. Ensure that all research is designed with impact-in-mind and, once complete, that it delivers on that impact through active and ongoing communication of the findings to the right audiences with the right messages through the right channels.
7. Lead the research function to be the central hub for the charity on the topic of alcohol harm and its solutions, staying on top of new research.

Public Affairs

About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale.
