What you’ll do
Since 2019, we have been building a cross-cutting thematic programme using our investor accountability, corporate engagement and public policy toolkit to build a movement to harness the power of the investment system to address commercial determinants of health.
In 2022, we launched Long-Term Investors in People’s Health (LIPH), a cross-cutting programme of work leveraging our toolkit of investor accountability, corporate engagement and policy advocacy. It is one of ShareAction’s largest programmes. Since the launch of LIPH, we have run high-profile campaigns to get large food manufacturers and retailers to improve their health disclosures and sell healthier products via our Healthy Markets Initiative (HMI); recently set up a Clean Air Initiative (CAI); mobilised investors to engage with corporates, the UK government, and standard-setting bodies on issues such as clean air and sick leave policies; and partnered with academics to grow the evidence base on the financial materiality of health. We have ambitious plans to take this work forward and are looking for a new Head of the team to help us do so.
As Head of Health, you will:
- Oversee and contribute to the successful implementation of ShareAction’s strategy to tackle poor health via its LIPH programme, a cross-cutting programme of work leveraging our toolkit of investor accountability, corporate engagement and policy advocacy.
- Lead and motivate a team of 10 staff members and directly line manage at least three of them.
- Ensure adequate risk management and monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes are in place.
- Together with the Fundraising team and Co-Director of Corporate Engagement, be responsible for securing funding for the LIPH programme, including writing funding bids, supporting with relationship management, supporting the coordination of our Funders’ Governance Group, and helping produce update reports.
- Plan, manage and report on budget for the LIPH programme, delegating workstream and campaign budgets where there are appropriate leads.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with senior external stakeholders, including funders, journalists, investors, and civil society organisations.
- Act as one of ShareAction’s subject matter experts on commercial determinants of health, keeping your knowledge up to date with developments across academia, civil society, and public policy.
- Act as a media spokesperson for the team and represent it in internal and external forums.
- Work with peers at the “Head of” level to play a leadership role across ShareAction.

Summary of the role
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, driving digital fundraising, managing multi-channel appeals and designing and implementing donor journeys to increase engagement, retention and income.
Main purpose of job
Working with the Head of Fundraising the Individual Giving Fundraiser will lead on developing and delivering strategies to grow income from individual supporters through acquisition, retention, and stewardship. This role focuses on building long-term, meaningful relationships with donors, delivering compelling fundraising campaigns, and enhancing the donor experience across digital and offline channels.
The Role Responsibilities
· Maintain and grow ADSS’s income from individual supporters with a focus on digital platforms.
· Lead on the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys.
Fundraising Strategy and Planning:
· Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including regular giving, to support ADSS’s mission, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
· Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns and events, including individual giving and online fundraising efforts.
· Develop project plans and assist in setting KPI’s.
· Craft compelling appeals that resonate with donors and reflect the organization’s mission.

The Membership Team are responsible for circa £10m income in membership donations, including Gift Aid. We are now seeking to recruit a Membership Coordinator on a contract basis to support at a busy time of growth. The role holder will work within the Membership Team, responsible for the philanthropic income from Friends and Patrons, and undertake the efficient administration of the membership programme whilst providing first-class customer service to keep our Friends and Patrons engaged and valued.
This role will suit a candidate who has strong experience in a customer-facing environment (ideally in a membership organisation and/or box office) and is able to use diplomacy in dealing with a variety of different customer groups. You will be able to illustrate a consistently high level of customer care and responsiveness as well as strong organisational and administrative skills. You will also be able to demonstrate:

Part of a thriving Income Generation department, our Individual Giving team consists of three programmes - Supporter Acquisition (including Supporter Engagement), Direct Dialogue and Supporter Retention and Development. About the role
This pivotal role will see you help deliver the Individual Giving (IG) and Retention strategies, working with colleagues across teams in IG to increase lifetime value of cash, regular giving and lottery supporters and collaborating with peers and Heads of team. You’ll work with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager – Supporter Engagement to lead on the delivery and development of the early retention programme which integrates acquisition and retention, and other exciting campaigns and projects, aimed at acquiring, retaining and engaging our supporters and stewarding them across their supporter journey with Shelter. Lead MSI’s flagship research initiatives and high-stakes third-party evaluations—ensuring world-class methodological rigour, strategic relevance, and real-world impact. This role is central to positioning MSI as a global thought leader in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). You will drive research excellence across the organisation while cultivating and strengthening relationships with research-focused donors who demand—and fund—the highest standard of analytical credibility. To perform this role, you’ll need the following skills:
Technical Research Expertise
- Expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including RCTs, quasi-experimental methods; including multi-country evaluations and ethical research management.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and research data interpretation. Excellent data analysis skills using statistical software packages (STATA or R) and advanced excel skills; experience of advanced quantitative analysis techniques such as Interrupted Time Series Analysis, multilevel regression etc.
- Proficiency in developing new metrics and frameworks for assessing program impact, particularly in equity, disability, and marginalized group outcomes.
- Deep understanding of research ethics, protocols, and quality assurance processes
- Highly proficient in steering large-scale third-party evaluations.
Sector Expertise
- Substantial experience in sexual and reproductive health research
- Understanding of SRH research challenges, indicators, and measurement approaches
- Knowledge of key global health research institutions and networks
- Familiarity with demographic and health research data sources and methodologies

Job description
The Executive Director is an externally facing role, responsible for growing DIVA’s income, partnerships, and impact. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic leader to build on our iconic brand and deliver for LGBTQIA+ women and non binary people in the UK and globally.
A key aspect of the role will be to continue growing DIVA’s network of partners, corporate sponsors, and donors. The ED will work with the Board of Trustees to drive the future strategy and lead a small editorial and design team.
Core Responsibilities
·Act as the public face of DIVA, and support the wider team (including Board, Patrons, and colleagues) to represent DIVA to key audiences.
·Work with the Board to set and deliver the strategy for DIVA Charitable Trust and be accountable for ensuring its implementation and the appropriate governance of the charity.
·Lead on fundraising for DIVA Charitable Trust, growing our sponsorship and partnership income and establishing new charitable donation and grant-based funding streams.
·Oversee the planning and delivery of Lesbian Visibility Week, continuing to grow its global reach, and work with the team to develop new flagship projects.
·Oversee the delivery of an engaging, high quality and creative magazine in both print and digital formats, and develop a marketing strategy to increase magazine sales
·Manage the DIVA team and oversee operations at DIVA Charitable Trust, including leading on the financial strategy and business plan.

West London Centre for Counselling (WLCC) is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity to join our team through a full-time, salaried NHS Recruit to Train position.
Successful candidates will:

- Join the Tavistock Relationships training programme
- Begin training as part of the September 2025 cohort and complete by September 2028.
About the Programme
Building on the success of previous cohorts, NHS England is funding new opportunities starting September 2025.
This three-year programme offers:

Course structure and requirements
The National Curriculum for High Intensity Psychotherapeutic Counselling within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression outlines the full details of the course structure. To summarise, the following outlines the key training requirements:
· A 1-year core psychotherapeutic counselling foundation level training, which also introduces the chosen NHS Talking Therapies modality. Following sign off for readiness, trainees can begin to practice at West London Centre for Counselling with people with mild to moderate depression
· Followed by, a 2-year post-graduate diploma (PGDip) in psychotherapeutic counselling (minimum 120 credits at Level 7)
· A minimum of 450 supervised client hours gained within a NHS Talking Therapies service
· A minimum of 450 training hours (skills and theory)
· A minimum of 50 personal therapy hours
· A minimum of 90 minutes of training supervision to every six hours of client work (or the equivalent for group supervision), or 90 minutes per week if they have completed less than six hours of client work in the week
· NHS Talking Therapy services will be responsible for supervision on site, including oversight of case management, clinical governance and management supervision in line with the supervision requirements of the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.
· An average of two to three days per week of clinical practice in NHS Talking Therapies services
· Individual accreditation (professional registration) with a professional body in line with the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual (see the manual for more details)
