Job description

It is wonderful to be working with Plan International UK, who are searching for a Philanthropic Partnerships Team Lead (major donors and trusts) to join their amazing team. This international charity brings people together to protect children’s rights and strives for a world where every child can reach their full potential.

As Philanthropic Partnerships Team Lead, you will join a high-performing team of 8 with a strong history of results, currently delivering £6m in income after significant growth in the last few years. You will engage your leadership skills to inspire the team driving the results alongside managing a handful of high-value donors yourself. Along with creating strategies, you will also provide oversight and lead collaboration across departments.

To be an excellent Philanthropic Partnerships Team Lead, you will need:

  • Experience in trust or major donor fundraising, ideally both at a senior level
  • Analytical and financial management skills
  • Experience managing complex internal stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in line managing teams of at least three people


Salary: £58,000 - £60,000
Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: 5 or 4 days pw
Location: Hybrid - London
