About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Programme Director to lead the successful delivery of MSI’s global finance and supply chain transformation programme. This programme will transform our capabilities and delivery across MSI’s 37 Country Programmes and Global Support Office (GSO) with the introduction of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology, driving us forward to deliver our vital mission.

The Director will shape the overall programme from the outset, so that it is set up for success. The successful candidate will need deep transformation and ERP experience, delivering full ERP programme lifecycles in complex organisations like MSI. For the programme to be successful, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across MSI’s Country Programmes, Regional and Global Support Offices will be crucial.

The transformation programme has been approved and is currently at the inception stage, giving the ERP Programme Director the opportunity to make key strategic decisions that will shape the programme; such as the selection of an ERP technology solution best suited to MSI’s business requirements, appointing and onboarding a third-party implementation partner and to design and recruit the internal project team required to ensure success of the programme.

We anticipate a 3-year programme cycle with occasional international travel to MSI country programmes as required for the successful delivery of the programme.

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have the following experience:

• Successfully delivered 8+ full-lifecycle ERP implementations in medium to large international enterprises. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential.
• Strong track record in strategic transformation, change leadership and programme management delivering large programmes that have resulted in transformational change in the Finance and Supply Chain domain.
• Experience of overseeing complex multi-million pound programme budgets.
• International NGO and/or healthcare sector experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience driving operational efficiency in finance and supply Chain and implementing a framework for process standardisation and improvement.
• Experience delivering finance transformations involving shared service operating models.
• Extensive ERP vendor / system implementor contract management experience.

Formal Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field expected, but we’d welcome applications from candidates with equivalent experience
• MSP, PMP or other relevant project or programme management certification expected
• Supply chain, logistics, or accounting certification preferred but not required

Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 per annum commensurate with experience, for UK based candidates. Discretionary bonus + benefits. For all other locations the salary will be in line with the national context.

• Partner with the Spear Trustees and assist in implementing their funding strategy by helping to build corporate and donor relationships. For example, by hosting prospective donors in the Training Room

Delivery of the Spear Programme [20%]

• Support group and 1-1 coaching with numerous 16-24-year-olds: equipping them with practical work-ready skills and resilient mindsets
• Provide guidance to the Lead Coach in the training room when dealing with behavioural and safeguarding situations and upskill coaches with consistent coaching feedback
• Use a coaching approach to engage young people in challenging conversations that will enable them to take responsibility and over significant barriers to employment

Operations [10%]

• Liaise with relevant staff regarding site operations and work to resolve any issues as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies

CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. The programme has developed a strong reputation for attracting a range of subject experts to deliver cost effective, engaging and useful training. The full programme is listed on the CVAA UK website and inlcudes topics such as LGBTQ+ parenting; therapy for children; identity formation; racism and anti-racism; parenting courses; theraplay and many more.

Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the administration and delivery of the programme. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent. We are keen to have someone joiun us as soon as possible.

The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development to ensure that the courses are full, supported, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.

The CVAA team work remotely across the UK so location of the postholder is not a barrier to recruitment as long as long as they can travel occasionally and come into London for team days. The team is small, diverse and dynamic. Experience of project management or delivery of training or events is more important than knowledge of adoption or children's social care. The Meridian One Community Garden serves as a space where we focus on cultivating fruit, salad, and vegetable produce. We involve the local community by hosting weekly volunteer gardening sessions, welcoming school visits, and organising various community events.

TCV is seeking a Senior Project Officer with expertise in community engagement, event coordination, and managing community facilities. The garden, which was established one year ago, encompasses facilities such as an office, a community meeting/education room, toilets, and a spacious polytunnel.

The Senior Project Officer will oversee a range of tasks including planning and executing community events, maintaining site Health & Safety, leading volunteers in practical projects like building wooden planters, tending to garden plants, and ensuring timely completion of administrative duties such as procurement, risk assessments, social media updates, and task reporting. They will also lead activities for the under 5’s Nature Explorers group, school visits, themed evening events, and family weekends. Additionally, they'll organise corporate volunteering sessions and cover holiday shifts for the Green Gym gardening program. Previous events have included 'Pampering and Enrichment,' 'Repurpose, Recycle, Reinvent' workshops, and a Black Women in Conservation and Horticulture photo exhibition, as well as our weekend family events featuring free food, music, and arts and crafts activities.

This role involves being friendly and open to various people who visit, from the toddlers attending the Nature Explorers club, to our volunteer gardeners, to senior staff from the local authority. There are two other people working part-time at the garden, and TCV provides thorough training and support from a helpful local team.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience of gardening and/or nature conservation. However, what’s equally important is that the Senior Project Officer has initiative, is welcoming, and comfortable working with a wide range people. In Spring 2024, TCV will be taking on the management of an additional nearby meanwhile space. The new Senior Project Officer will join us at an exciting time when we begin to turn that space into a new community tree nursery. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Given the nature of the role the Senior Project Officer will need to work from the garden during these times. Weekend family events take place on Saturdays, four times a year and there are approximately six evening events which take place between April to September. We are looking for a CCAB qualified finance person with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a charity or not-for-profit programme finance context. The role will work with the Chief Financial Officer and Programme Leads to manage our financial relationships with these funders and the end-to-end finance activities across our funders and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing monthly internal project reporting to project leads.

• Solid organisational skills and good attention to detail.

• Hybrid Working but ideally at least 2 days per week in the London office.

Person specifications

We seek a dynamic individual with a minimum of five years of senior operations/compliance experience, demonstrating strategic thinking, strong governance and regulatory knowledge, and operational leadership and management skills.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, exhibit multitasking and strong organisational abilities, demonstrate adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills, and pay meticulous attention to detail.

The Services Manager (Housing) will primarily focus on the managing New Horizon's Housing Advice service, delivered both from the day centre and remotely. You will work with the Head of Services to ensure the service responds holistically to young people with multiple needs or barriers.  You should be experienced in the housing and homelessness sector, be a passionate advocate for young people. and have the ability to motivate a team to deliver high quality services in a fast-paced environment. You should be skilled in partnership management and able to collaborate to identify new housing solutions for young people.

The Operations and Business Development Lead will play an important role in overseeing effective organisational service delivery and working closely with the CEO to develop the role of the charity within Surrey and beyond. The role requires overseeing delivery of key projects, managing a small team of staff and volunteers, developing long-term business plans and curating relationships with new partners and funders to ensure Include has the resilience to deliver against its mission into the future.

As OBD Lead, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team working with the CEO, Finance & Data Lead, Communications & Partnerships Lead & Clinical Lead to develop and deliver Include’s core services and processes, with an eye for sustainability, impact and long-term growth.

This is a hybrid role. You will be asked to assist at events or performances, in addition to regularly attending sessions and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Develop, support, and improve service delivery of key activities
• Review and improve impact measurement processes
• Review and improve policies and procedures
• Review and improve governance frameworks
• Manage a team of staff and chair meetings
• Support with HR functions and structural
• Prepare and create reports for the benefit of CEO and board of trustees

Business Development and Fundraising

North London Open Spaces (NLOS) – a subdivision of the City Corporation - is comprised of a portfolio of some of the United Kingdom’s most iconic public urban greenspaces. These include Hampstead Heath (inclusive of Golders Hill Park and Parliament Hill Fields), Highgate Wood, Queen’s Park, and West Ham Park. The role

This exciting role within NLOS’s senior management team was created to help bring greater strategic alignment across NLOS and its charities and to better capitalise on new and existing opportunities. The post is critical to ensuring that we maximise the resources available to us through increased income generation and by forging strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and fields that allow us to increase and leverage support for each charity and provide a world class customer experience, while protecting and preserving green spaces of international significance. All activities will be undertaken with a priority to conserve the natural spaces we oversee, and to ensure that income generated at each site is reinvested back into the charity/site where it was raised. 

As a member of NLOS’s senior management team, the postholder will be responsible for overseeing a diverse and complementary portfolio, including income generation, strategic partnerships, marketing and communications, event and license management, volunteer and engagement programmes, and strategic partnerships. They will lead a newly created team with diverse and complementary roles, fill remaining team vacancies, and create a cohesive approach and narrative. As a member of NLOS’s senior management team, they will work closely with colleagues and the Superintendent to create and implement new opportunities to further improve these four iconic green spaces.
