Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England. With more than 800 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.
As a learning and development specialist, working as part of our Member Services Team, you will be responsible for leading the growth, advancement and sales of our learning and development offer. This includes specialist training and coaching services that we run commercially to help staff working in homelessness to focus on their personal development or unlock change. Through these services we want to help create a high performing homelessness workforce who have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide professional and consistent support to people experiencing homelessness.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing learning strategies and programmes along with project development & management skills. A knowledge of homelessness or supported housing sector is desirable but not essential.

The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.

The Major Giving Department at the NSPCC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to become part of the Statutory Team, securing significant income from national, devolved and local government, research grant-makers and commercial tenders.
The Senior Public Sector Development Manager will work with the Lead for Public Sector Development, the Associate Head of Philanthropy, another Senior Public Sector Development Manager and two Public Sector Development Managers towards a shared income target of around £5 million per annum. Age UK are recruiting for a Senior Influencing Project Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract.
We will be developing a number of research, policy and practice development projects in support of our new strategy. These include the 'extremely vulnerable people' project and a new partnership researching older people's experiences pre and post an urgent episode of care or emergency hospital admission.
This exciting opportunity will also take on responsibility for managing our response to the Pandemic Inquiry and relationship with the Health and Wellbeing Alliance. This is initially a 12-month role, with the possibility of extending to 24 months depending on project funding.
The successful Senior Strategic Influencing Manager will take the lead in designing and delivering these complex projects, including management of external partners, consultants or agencies and internal teams as required. Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We are looking for a Senior CRM Database Officer to work on BAU data process improvements, complex SQL selections, data imports and CRM training. As the Senior CRM Database Officer, you will combine your strong CRM technical and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to ensure that all our internal & external stakeholders are presented with accurate, accessible data. You will work within the Fundraising Operations team (FrOps) providing quality CRM data related support and advice to Fundraising CRM users in line with team service levels and performance targets. In this role, you will identify, implement and write up process improvements; develop & deliver complex data campaign mailing selections & analytics to Fundraising CRM system users for direct marketing purposes; provide support and cover for data import processes and deliver training and procedure guides. You will also maintain and develop our CRM data systems, ensuring our data accuracy & integrity meets all Fundraising compliance standards.

What we want from you
