ABOUT THE JOB
Job Purpose
We are looking for an exemplary people-oriented administrator to provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO and the workstreams she manages. An important role in the organisation, working with senior leadership and across teams, in a welcoming and supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow on the job.
Areas of work and responsibility
- Administrative Support to the Gestalt Centre CEO
- Coordinate and support projects and workstreams the CEO leads on: Operations, Communications and Marketing, Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications, HR, Finance, Policies, Fundraising and Health & Safety.
- Liaise with the CEO and the leadership team to update the organisational plan and workstream plans, also keep track of relevant priority actions and progress.
- Provide administrative support for governance processes such as the Annual Financial Audit, Trustee Board meetings, the Charity Commission and Companies House submissions.
- Provide administrative support to the organising and running fundraising activities and events.
- Administrative support and coordination for the annual planning of Short Courses and Post Graduate Qualifications programmes.
- Organise, provide administrative support, and attend as appropriate, weekly operational meetings, monthly Executive meetings, and other project meetings, led by the CEO. Prepare meetings set up, information and any required papers in advance. Organise dates, taking and sending out minutes and coordinate follow-up actions ensuring progress and completion.
- Liaise with the CEO to prepare, format, edit and update reports and policies for internal and external audiences to a high standard.
- Provide a professional first point of contact for the CEO and as required liaise with her and the leadership team in order to respond to emails or phone calls and organise follow up meetings.
- Office team support such as reception/admin cover or support with events, as and when occasionally required.

The organisation rescues high quality edible surplus food, from across the food industry and gets it to over 8,000 organisations across the UK who are working to strengthen communities and improve lives.
The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK.

We have recently brought together two £20m organisations – FareShare UK, a national food redistribution charity, and The Felix Project, our London network partner who has made waves across the capital in recent years. We are in the early stages of shaping our future together, while at the same time, developing our fundraising strategy for the next three years – setting the direction for how we grow income, engage supporters and deliver even more impact across the UK.
Public fundraising and engagement will be central to that strategy, and as Head of Public Fundraising & Engagement, you will play a leading role in shaping it.
We already have strong foundations to build on. Recent testing of private site fundraising for both organisations has exceeded KPIs, showing strong public appetite to support our work. We also have the opportunity to learn from The Felix Project’s success in London and explore how proven approaches can be adapted and scaled nationally.

About the role
The Head of Public Fundraising & Engagement will lead our public fundraising portfolio. This newly created role will oversee Individual Giving and Legacies, Community Fundraising, Mass Participation and Challenge Events, and Fundraising Operations, with five direct reports.
You will be accountable for public fundraising income and performance, whilst also helping to bring together teams, systems and ways of working following the merger. You’ll sit on both the Fundraising Senior Management Team and the organisation’s Senior Management Team, contributing to organisation-wide strategy, decision-making and culture.
You will play a key role in shaping our three-year public fundraising strategy, ensuring it is ambitious, realistic and rooted in audience insight.
Whilst much of the portfolio is delivered through Senior Managers, there is particular scope and opportunity, to shape the future of Community and Mass Fundraising – where we’ve deliberately protected delivery while leaving space for the new Head to define long-term strategy, growth and resource.
You’ll also play a leading role in embedding a new organisational brand once agreed.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and dynamic person with a proven track record in creating, delivering and managing digital content across social media platforms to develop, implement and manage strategies to grow our online presence and raise our profile.
You’ll have demonstrable experience across a wide range of social media platforms with the ability to craft engaging content to build a rapport with your audience while continuing to uphold our brand and professional values. You will be managing multiple accounts held by the charity.
You will have experience of using third party management tools to create, plan and schedule content, analysing reach and engagement, and using analytical tools to help make informed decisions about our digital marketing strategies. You will regularly report back to the management team feeding into our wider strategy discussions, making recommendations on future campaigns.
You will be part of a wider communications team, working alongside the PR & Communications Manager, reporting to one of the trustees, fostering an organisation-wide approach working with all colleagues to ensure a planned, structured and collaborative approach to our communications and marketing planning.
As a small charity, flexibility is key to meet the needs of our shifting priorities and in between delivering and managing social media content – your primary focus – you will additionally support wider marketing activities with creation of digital content to support charity advertising, support the development of our online (web) content and more general activities across the communications team. While there will be some level of existing experience, training will be provided for anything bespoke.
As part of the role, you will help our UK-based volunteers to develop local social media activities and support them as required. This may involve making recommendations in their approach, supporting content creation and upskilling them to gain confidence in using social media.
The role is remote and the successful applicant can work from a location of their choice, making optimum use of video conferencing and online collaboration tools to connect with the wider communications team.

Purpose of the Job
Supporting the step change in growth of the Statutory, Trusts and Foundations income stream.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Manager and Senior Managers to manage portfolio through excellent stewardship
- Supporting the creation of a high-quality pipeline of new funding opportunities
- Manage a portfolio of low-level trusts and foundations, with opportunity to progress to mid-level funders

For a charity in London, we're recruiting an interim Strategics Project Accountant to focus on delivering a portfolio of key finance projects over a 6-month period to strengthen financial management and support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on high-profile strategic finance projects to ensure strong financial governance, improved systems and processes, and robust financial analysis across fund accounting, investment appraisals, and the implementation of improved finance tools and methodologies.

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a central operational role within the International Communities’ Organisation (ICO), ensuring that programmes across multiple country programmes are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.
The role focuses on coordination, implementation oversight, reporting, and organisational support across ICO’s programmes in Cyprus, Kosovo, the Middle East, and Cameroon. Working closely with programme leads, the Project Coordinator will ensure that work plans are implemented as agreed, milestones and deliverables are tracked, and internal reporting and communications are maintained.
This role combines project management, operational coordination, communications support, and administrative oversight, ensuring that programme heads can focus on strategic delivery while the coordinator manages cross-programme organisation and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor implementation of programme workplans across ICO programmes.

- Supporting the coordination of press releases and media articles

Reporting Structure
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the ICO director and work closely with programme heads responsible for regional portfolios.
Interview Process

About this key role
You will be part of the Newham University Hospital Emergency Department Team meeting CYP (Children and Young People) at the point of presentation to the ED to offer support, with the aim to safeguard and reduce risk around the CYP. This support extends post-discharge from the ED or Hospital with our Caseworkers working with the CYP and the professional networks to ensure the CYP voice is front and centre, this is to support the betterment of the CYP and their future, as well as reducing risks. This is done through providing 121 support in formulating the support plan with the CYP. This can also include supporting the family and advocating for them and CYP within the wider professional network.

Hours: As a senior appointment at least 36 hours per week but in addition those required to achieve the agreed responsibilities, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):
You will be responsible for growing our portfolio of high-value, workplace fundraising partners which play a vital role in our long-term partnership’s strategy. You will have ownership of one of Movember’s most important workstreams, working alongside the Partnerships team to secure the long-term partnerships pipeline. This role is joining the team at a critical moment, and there is huge flexibility to make this role your own!
This will be achieved by:

Developing and implementing the UK Corporate (B2B) acquisition strategy, in line with the wider organisational and team strategy

Developing and managing a robust pipeline of high value workplace or impact prospects

Working collaboratively with other Movember income teams in the UK, Europe and in our other key markets, as well as with other Movember functions locally and globally (marketing and impact in particular)
Business Development

Work with the Corporate Partnerships team to create a pipeline of high value prospects to ensure annual and long-term fundraising success

Develop and implement the UK Corporate (B2B) acquisition strategy, in line with the wider organisational and team strategy

Develop and manages a stewardship plan of prospects with the goal of securing high-value partnerships

Develop excellent tailored pitch proposals for philanthropic and/or employee engagement propositions

Actively raise the profile and thought leadership credentials of Movember, through a year-round calendar of activity including conferences, panels, webinars and F2F events
Strategy, Planning, Reporting and Analysis

Achieve revenue targets set for the Partnerships team as part of the annual planning process

Deliver regular data, insights and evaluation to inform the Head of New Partnerships on progress and performance

Work strategically with other Partnerships Managers within the team to ensure partnership activity across all partners is best-in-class
No Moustache Required - but the following are:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate Partnerships or New Business roles within a fast-paced national team, securing high-value 6 and 7 figure partnerships.

Proven track record of developing and executing B2B corporate acquisition strategies that deliver new high-value partnerships.

Demonstrated end-to-end partnership development capability, from prospect identification and pipeline build through to close, contract and handover.

Experience building and managing a robust pipeline of high-value prospects, including disciplined CRM management (Salesforce or equivalent).

Evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding new business revenue targets aligned to an organisational financial strategy.

Ability to design and deliver tailored partnership propositions across philanthropic and employee engagement models.
-
Experience preparing and managing partnership contracts in collaboration with legal teams, ensuring compliance and delivery against agreed terms.

Strong commercial and market awareness, with experience leveraging ESG, CSR and workplace wellbeing trends to shape partnership opportunities.

Experience working within a charity, not-for-profit or social impact organisation securing corporate partnerships.

The funding environment has shifted fast. Alexandra Rose needs to be sharper, more strategic and more commercially literate than the traditional charity model allows. This role exists to make that happen.
We are looking for a senior funding leader who is comfortable operating as a “department of one” within a small but ambitious organisation. Trusts and Foundations prospecting and bid writing will form a core part of the role, working closely with the CEO and senior team. Beyond that, you will build and steward high-value funder relationships, develop and secure corporate partnerships aligned with our values, test new income models, and help us adapt confidently to a fast-changing landscape.
This is a senior leadership position. You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Finance to shape organisational direction and build a resilient, full-cost-recovery funding model that protects quality, depth and long-term impact.
This is a remote role, with a requirement to regularly attend meetings and events (mainly London but on occasions project areas elsewhere in the UK).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic leadership
• Deliver the current funding strategy, which includes Trusts & Foundations grant funding, corporate donations, and testing new potential ways to generate income.
• Monitor sector trends, opportunities and risks, and reposition the charity as needed.
• Work closely with the CEO and Head of Finance to align income planning with organisational priorities and financial forecasting.
• Build simple, effective systems for pipeline development, forecasting and reporting.
Trusts & Foundations
• Lead the trusts and foundations portfolio, working closely with the CEO to secure multi-year, core and expansion funding, including directly leading on the writing of funding bids. This will be a core part of the role.
• Develop compelling, well-evidenced funding proposals rooted in our mission and impact.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with funders.
Corporate Donations & Partnerships
• Manage and grow existing corporate relationships, ensuring partnerships remain values-aligned, purposeful and mutually beneficial.
• Identify and develop new appropriate corporate donors and partners, informed by research into corporate giving, ESG and CSR trends.
• Shape and evolve a clear, credible and cost-effective corporate engagement offer that supports long-term organisational sustainability.
New income streams
• Scope, test and (if viable) deliver new earned-income models, such as corporate engagement models.
• Develop proof-of-concept approaches and evaluate their feasibility.
• Support the organisation to diversify and strengthen its income base.
Collaboration & leadership culture
• Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to organisation-wide strategy and decision-making.
• Build a transparent, mature, collaborative culture around income generation.
• Ensure the wider team understands funding opportunities, constraints and strategic choices.
