Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do at Richmond Borough Mind. They help us deliver a wide range of mental health services to our community, from counselling, Peer Group Network, Peer Support to Crisis support. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteering Coordinator to ensure our volunteers feel valued, supported and inspired. In this role, you will:
· Identify and plan for the organisation’s volunteer needs.
· Lead on volunteer recruitment, induction and retention.
· Provide guidance, training and personal development opportunities — with a particular focus on supporting those with lived experience of mental health.
· Build strong relationships, fostering a positive and inclusive volunteer culture.
