About the Role

Job Purpose:
The Associate Director leads MSI’s impact modelling and analytics, showcasing the measurable health, economic, and social value of investing in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). This role is central to demonstrating and communicating the impact of MSI’s services in sector.

Measures of Success:

• Lead high-performing analytics teams to consistently deliver timely, high-quality technical outputs that enhance MSI programme effectiveness and efficiency.
• Forge strategic partnerships and represent MSI with authority in global forums and technical working groups, advancing the evidence base on SRHR investment impact and developing innovative future impact models.
• Deliver robust impact estimates and cost-effectiveness analyses that attract funding and drive strategic investments.
• Effectively communicate MSI’s value to diverse stakeholders—including donors, policymakers, and partners—through compelling, data-driven presentations and storytelling.

To perform this role, you’ll need the following skills:

• Advanced analytical and modelling expertise, including impact, equity, and cost-effectiveness analysis. Proficient in STATA or R and Excel; experienced in using DHS/PMA data, Interrupted Time Series, and multilevel regression.
• Deep knowledge of health impact evaluation in low-resource settings, with proven application of rigorous methodologies.
• Strong metrics and framework development, particularly for assessing value for money and equity. Skilled in integrated models that link population, environment, and economic outcomes across sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to translate complex data into persuasive, accessible narratives for donors, policymakers, and partners. Confident and engaging public speaker.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, including presenting high-level insights and actionable recommendations to global audiences.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization, with demonstrated agility in managing shifting demands and fast-paced environments.

To perform this role, you’ll need the following experience:

• At least 10 years of experience leading evidence generation in global health. Experience in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) is preferred, but not required.
• Proven expertise in managing complex modelling projects, including multi-sectoral impact evaluations in low-resource and development settings.
• Recognised thought leadership, with a strong track record of disseminating evidence—ranging from peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations to leading webinars and technical panels.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior and diverse stakeholders, including facilitating insight-generation sessions and steering model development.
• Experienced team leader, with a background in managing high-performing data, analytics, and insight teams to deliver quality outputs under pressure.
• Strong experience in donor engagement and managing high-value projects, including strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and delivering results.
• A track record of working effectively across cultures and geographies, providing technical support and research guidance in complex international contexts.

Formal education/qualification

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Demography, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Additional qualification or formal training in impact evaluation is desirable.
• Proficiency in French is highly desirable (please specify level in your application).
• Additional training or qualifications in, impact evaluation and communication, data visualization (e.g., Power BI), and advanced Excel skills are an advantage.

At Evolve Counselling CIO, our mission is professional, accredited mental health talking therapies - at low cost or no-cost - for those who need them most.

Working with adults as private individuals, or through employee wellbeing and assistance schemes, we offer hundreds of remote or face-to-face sessions every month – and demand is growing.

The new Business Development lead is crucial to the long-term success and impact of Evolve Counselling.

You will be securing new and existing professional mental health counselling contracts with a range of commercial clients, increasing our engagement with private individuals - either referred to us or independently seeking the best counselling, plus sourcing charitable grants and sponsorships to support our ‘low-cost or no-cost’ ambitions, and building voluntary sector partnerships to further our work.

A good background in charitable fundraising and development, or solid commercial new business/sales management experience, is essential.

This is a part-time role, remote working, but with a requirement to be able to attend frequent on-site meetings concentrated upon Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, and Northamptonshire - as well as across the wider UK.

About the role

The Director of Membership Services provides strategic leadership for the Membership Services directorate and is therefore responsible for the development and implementation of all Imperial College Union strategy relating to Student Activities, Representation, Advice, Governance and Policy. The role ensure the delivery and resourcing of operating plans, policy and operating procedures to ensure that the Union delivers its strategic objectives across its Membership Services.

Cambridge Past, Present & Future is a local charity that protects the beauty of Cambridge and its environment.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join our charity: Cambridge is changing rapidly, and we are working hard to tackle issues such as the loss of nature, climate change and access to green space. We have inspiring new projects to expand habitats and green spaces on the Gog Magog Hills, to create a new wetland at our Coton Reserve, to plant trees and woodlands and to save one of Cambridge’s oldest buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to help us increase our income from mid-level and major donors, trusts and foundations, and legacies.

Committed to our causes, you will use your donor cultivation skills to strengthen existing relationships and use your research and networking skills to identify and cultivate new opportunities. VOX (Voices of Experience) Scotland is recruiting for a Policy & Participation Officer to support the team based at our Mental Health Foundation Glasgow office.

VOX is Scotland’s national voice on mental health, we represent our members’ views to Scotland’s politicians and health professionals to make sure Scotland’s laws and mental health services reflect our members needs and interests. VOX’s Board of Directors includes individuals who have lived and living experience of mental ill health. The role of the Policy and Participation Officer will be to work alongside the VOX Senior Development Officer to progress the key aims within VOX’s business plan, including delivering on specific project and policy objectives and achieving required outcomes.

What does the role involve?

• To support VOX Scotland respond to consultations which will influence the policies and laws in Scotland which impact people living with mental illness.
• To gather insights and experiences from our members and the wider public to enable us to deliver research and evidence around the experiences of people living with mental illness.
• To help develop opportunities for those who have, or have had mental distress to influence the development of services with which they may engage.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of human rights, social justice issues and the inequalities encountered by those who have experienced mental health problems.

Clinical strategy and plans for growth

• Be the Safeguarding Lead for TTI, escalating to the Senior Safeguarding Leads as required and ensure processes are in place to meet TTI’s Safeguarding Policy and procedures within the clinical team and associates.

People Management

• Line manage and supervise senior clinical staff and provide support in their duties to manage and supervise their direct reports.
• Notice and respond appropriately to any performance management issues.
• Organise CPD opportunities for internal staff and associates. Oversee the Head of Treatment Services in delivering peer support for internal staff and associates. Update staff of any relevant changes in professional guidance.  
• Support the wellbeing of the clinical team and embed a culture of self-care, trauma-informed practice and delivery excellence.
• Take up monthly external supervision provided by TTI.
• Identify skills gaps and strategies to fill these across the clinical function, within budgetary constraints and maximising access to and sharing of internal knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of requirements, guidelines and best practice from clinical governing bodies.

General

• Provide clinical input into communications materials and content in line with TTI’s Communications Strategy as required by the communications and marketing teams.
• Compliance with organisational policies and practices, and attendance at mandatory training.
• Any other appropriate duties as required by the organisation.

Personal Specification

 Essential Criteria

• HCPC registered psychologist who has completed Post Graduate doctoral level training in counselling or clinical psychology.
• Minimum 5 years post registration experience working within mental health services.
• Managerial and leadership experience
• Clinical experience across the life span of individuals
• Up to date knowledge and experience of working with clients with PTSD, complex PTSD, survivors of human rights abuses, such as torture, and/or war related trauma and/or asylum seekers.
• Training in at least two UK NICE guidelines evidence based treatment for PTSD.
• Significant experience of psychological assessment and treatment of clients across a range of settings (could include one or more of NHS, voluntary sector, international humanitarian, community-based, inpatient, field hospital, disaster response etc).
• Experience of developing and delivering training online and in person.
• Knowledge of risk management, safeguarding
• An understanding of the complexities of experience of those surviving torture, trafficking and slavery, persecution and violent conflict
• Understanding of workforce exposure to trauma or traumatic material and experience in staff support
• Evidence of post qualification development
• Training and supervisory experience
• Project management experience
• Ability to manage, motivate, support, develop and lead an online team and promote safe remote working
• A degree of financial awareness with an appreciation of the need to balance the provision of quality care against a budget
• Knowledge of appropriate standards and external regulatory bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission.

• Experience of working in the charity sector or international development sector in the UK or internationally
• Experience in facilitating critical incident response sessions and reflective practice

As Head of policy, you will be a key spokesperson for the charity and will ensure that we are using our brand and our voice to advocate for the needs of seriously ill children and their families at Great Ormond Street Hospital and beyond.  

Salary

The salary for this position is £72,000 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities

This is a varied position where you’ll be responsible for:

Strategic policy leadership 

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive policy agenda, in line with our high level strategy for advocacy. 
• Overseeing the development of position papers, key policy messaging and response to government consultations. 
• Identifying emerging policy trends, analysing potential impacts and developing responses. 

Creating and leading a team

• Recruiting and developing a small team.
• Owning the policy and advocacy budget and work plan. 

Relationship building

• Developing relationships with the Charity’s local partners at the Trust and Institute of Child Health (ICH) to ensure alignment and engagement on key policy & advocacy initiatives.
• Building relationships with key parliamentarians and policy makers. 
• Representing the charity at key political or government events.
