About the Role:

The Trust Fundraising Intern will work in collaboration with the Senior Trust and Foundations Manager to be responsible for securing critical funding that sustains our life-changing programs worldwide. As part of your internship, you’ll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to fundraising efforts, gaining hands-on experience in trust fundraising and developing skills that will help you kick-start your career in the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Support

• Assist in managing a portfolio of trust and foundation supporters, focusing on smaller funders to build relationships and secure gifts.
• Support the Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records on the CRM database.
• Help with stewardship activities, including preparing thank-you communications, reports, and updates to funders.

2. Research and Prospect Development

• Conduct research into new funding prospects and support the development of bespoke, compelling proposals tailored to potential donors.
• Track emerging trends in trust and foundation fundraising to identify growth opportunities.

3. Proposal and Report Writing

• Assist in drafting high-quality communications such as funding proposals, applications and impact reports that reflect our projects and inspire support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather relevant information for use in proposals and stewardship materials.

4. Administrative Support

• Support the team’s transition to a new CRM system, ensuring trust and foundation data is accurately maintained.
• Help manage the team’s administrative processes, including monitoring deadlines for applications and reporting.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern:

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

About the Role

This is a new senior leadership role at IRMO, created to strengthen the coordination and development of our growing programmes and services. As our work has expanded, so has its complexity. This role has been designed to improve cross-team planning, bring greater consistency to our delivery, and embed a stronger focus on learning and impact across everything we do.

As Head of Programmes and Impact, you will be at the heart of a community-led, Latin American-led organisation committed to advancing migrant rights and social justice. You will play a key role in supporting that mission by helping ensure our work is effective, well-resourced and aligned with the needs of the communities we serve.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to Programme Managers, connect work across teams, and lead our new Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function. Main responsibilities

• Assist the Fundraising Manager with income-generation activity across the organisation.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Fundraising & Events to lead the development and growth of a high-performing department focused on generating income through national and international challenge events and corporate partnerships. 
 
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for designing the fundraising and events strategy, building the structure and team to deliver it, and ensuring scalable, sustainable growth. You will shape the long-term direction of the department, ensure the right people and processes are in place, and play a key role in supporting the organisation’s broader income generation goals — including supporting the CEO with major donor stewardship.

Main Purpose

This is a key role in Learning and Work Institute, leading our team and work in Wales and part of L&W's Senior Management Team. It aims to further increase our impact on learning, skills and employment in Wales, including by: growing and diversifying our income; increasing our profile; managing our strategic partnerships and exercising influence at the higher levels in Wales; and ensuring we deliver high quality policy, research and events that makes a difference to policy and practice. Purpose of the role

The National Lottery Community Fund is recruiting for two External Affairs Officers, key roles in our External Affairs Team within our newly restructured communications function.

The External Affairs Officer role is part of our ambitious transformation as we implement a significant pivot in our communications approach – building on our support for grant-making to demonstrate the powerful impact communities have in strengthening society and improving lives.

Our External Affairs Officers play an important role in supporting the External Affairs team to deliver an effective, insight-driven strategy that articulates the Fund's missions (nationally and regionally) to critical stakeholders across the UK.

Key responsibilities :

• Responsible for providing public affairs, policy and stakeholder engagement support across the External Affairs team, working on the development and delivery of our External Affairs plan, including management and delivery of events.
• Lead the development of briefings and other assets to support the delivery of external affairs work through high quality research and analysis

The primary focus of the Data Officer role is data quality. Data Officers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Helpline data through a data cleaning regime, maintaining adherence to published data standards. Data Officers will also work with Helpline Advisors to address common data errors and improve quality at point of entry. Additionally, data Officers will be involved in analysis of data for periodic statistical publications as well as ad-hoc requests and bespoke reports. Data officers will also contribute to the ongoing improvements of the Helpline’s data model and Salesforce instance.

2. Support management to formalise data standards and contribute ideas to streamline or update the data model to ensure capture of relevant data

3. Utilise Salesforce reporting and Excel tools to extract and analyse data for statistical reports

4. Support the Data Manager to implement data model changes and basic Salesforce changes such as creating and updating fields and objects, implementing validation rules, and updating page layouts

Your right to work in the UK 
You must have the right to work in the UK to work in paid employment with us. You’ll need to share documents showing you’re eligible to work in the UK if we offer you employment.

You can find the UK visas and permits granting you the right to work in the UK on the UK Government website. We currently don’t have a Sponsor Licence agreement with the Home Office and aren’t able to support you with your visa applications.
