We are looking for a Legacy and Administration Manager to join our Finance and Operations team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This role will report to the Director of Finance and Operations. 

Job Purpose

Legacies are one of the most vital sources of income for Operation Smile UK, helping us continue our work supporting patients with cleft around the world. We’re now looking for a Legacy Administration Manager to join our dedicated team and ensure that every gift left to the charity is managed with care, professionalism, and in line with the wishes of our supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residuary, specific, and reversionary legacy cases from initiation to completion, optimising income while upholding all legal, ethical, and organisational standards.
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism with executors, solicitors, and beneficiaries’ families, including handling enquiries and confirming receipt of legacy notifications.
• Review estate documentation and valuations, determine the charity’s entitlement, and verify that all due funds are correctly received.
• Ensure that all relevant charity tax reliefs are properly applied for, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax appropriations, and Income Tax (form R185).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legacy income and correspondence within OSUK’s CRM system and Finance Tracker.
• Track the status of ongoing cases, pursue outstanding actions, and take prompt steps to address issues or disputes as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Finance, Supporter Care, and Partnerships—to promote strong stewardship and compliance.
• Refer or escalate complex or high-impact matters to the Director of Finance and Senior Finance Manager when necessary.
• Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and the development of best practice.

Person Specification

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly and sensitively, both in writing and verbally.

· Proven experience in legacy administration within the charity sector or in probate and estate law.

· Highly organised, with the capability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

· Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, documentation, and data entry.

· Skilled in interpreting wills, estate accounts, and related legal documents.

· Competent in reviewing estate accounts to verify the correct application of Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and to ensure estates are properly finalised.

· Proficient user of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

· Review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered.

· Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (ILM) or legal/paralegal qualification.

Senior Finance Business Partner: £85,000 - £92,000 | Birmingham | Hybrid

For Europe's largest infrastructure project, we are recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive accountability and focus on cost control for the Corporate Services Directorate. This is a key role measuring and reporting on financial performance and promoting effective decision-making of direct and indirect costs. Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering and providing oversight, control and direction to a team of up to 4 Finance Business Partners, this role is key in ensuring the financial targets and value for money are met.

Main Duties:

• Manage, and develop the Finance Business Partner team to embed and drive a cost control and productivity focused culture across the directorate
• Lead the business case development process - reviewing and challenging funding requests to ensure they represent value for money

The Opportunity

Be part of a national team improving how services respond to domestic abuse.

As our Senior Trainer, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our training offer, so more professionals have the confidence and skills to respond well to domestic abuse.

You will design and deliver engaging training online and in person, coordinate rotas and resources, uphold quality, and use feedback to keep content relevant and impactful. You will also line manage two Training Coordinators, nurture key client relationships, and support proposals and bookings that grow our reach and repeat business.

About You

You are an established trainer with experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls sector. You can design and deliver dynamic, inclusive sessions for mixed audiences, both online and in person, with strong feedback and repeat bookings to show for it.

You bring solid understanding of housing and health including safeguarding and local pathways, and you are confident running day to day operations, scheduling and capacity planning.

You have experience line managing people and setting clear standards through observation, coaching and quality assurance. You are comfortable scoping client needs, shaping simple SLAs and turning data and feedback into clear KPIs and reports.

You are trauma informed, anti-racist, collaborative and calm under pressure, with strong communication and sound judgement. A relevant training qualification such as PTLLS or equivalent is desirable.

Whilst this is a remote based job, you will need to be located within London/Home Counties area and be able to travel when required.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.

With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM:

• Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
• Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
• Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
• Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.
• Work with the Development team to enhance our insight into current and prospective supporters. In particular, working to support Membership recruitment and retention, to encourage donations.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to produce audience segmentation strategies.

• Be a key part of the Almeida’s GDPR team ensuring all our data collection and processing complies with all current and future data protection legislation.

Sales, Insights and Data:

• Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
• Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
• Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
• Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
• Help guide the Almeida’s audience development strategy through customer research and data analysis relating to existing and new audiences.
• Support other departments with data collection and analysis.

Other duties:

• Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organisation.
• Support the Marketing Manager with digital advertising.
• Help to develop and deliver marketing strategies to increase income from auxiliary sales such as merchandise and Almeida Café & Bar.

High Trees Community Development Trust is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Children, Young People & Families (CYPF) to join our senior management team and lead one of our core service areas.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Project management: Plan and manage projects from start to finish, making sure deadlines are met and everyone delivers on their part.

· Meetings and follow-up: Organise and run management meetings, keep notes, and make sure agreed actions happen.

· Governance: Oversee compliance and act as Company Secretary, keeping records accurate and up to date.

· Finance: Use Xero and work with accountants/bookkeepers to oversee budgets, accounts, and financial reports so the numbers are always clear.

· Fundraising and business development: Support funding applications, proposals, and relationships with partners to bring in new opportunities.

· Operations: Keep the day-to-day running smoothly — from diary management and HR basics to coordinating contractors.

· Communications: Maintain simple but effective comms, updating the website and keeping social media active.

Rowans Hospice Charity provides free care and support to adults and their families living in the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire region who have a life-limiting illness. Established in 1994, our income is generated by ongoing support of the local community, donations, legacies, fundraising and through our retail shops.

Many people think that hospices are all about dying, but through our many different services, we support people to live as well as they can with their illness. From the moment of diagnosis through to bereavement support. Our Living Well Services put an emphasis on living with a life-limiting illness and patients and carers can drop in and gain advice and support to maintain individuals’ resilience.

The Hospice is also supported by an assembly of volunteers, from various backgrounds and ages who are crucial in supporting the teams to ensure people live well to the end of their life and attain a good death within a caring and compassionate environment.

The Role

To provide high-level, proactive, and confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees. This role ensures the efficient coordination of meetings, communications and strategic initiatives by managing schedules, preparing documentation and facilitating effective information flow. The EA acts as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, supporting the governance and operational effectiveness of the Charity at the highest levels.

You will be the lead administrator for governance, ensuring all statutory and regulatory obligations are met, whilst also supporting the effective running of executive meetings, day-to-day leadership functions and education placements.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to – see Job Description for further information)

• Provide PA support to the Chair, Deputy CEO, Company Secretary and SLT, including diary management, correspondence, travel, and meeting coordination
• Provide efficient and professional support to the Board of Trustees and delegated committees, including scheduling, producing annual meeting calendars, preparing agendas, circulating papers, taking accurate minutes and following up on actions
• Provide administrative and logistical support for Doctors and Nursing Student placements
• Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for executive administration

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in a charity
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Professional and confident interpersonal manner
• Ability to draft high-quality correspondence and reports
• Experience in formal minute-taking and senior board level

About the role

Reporting in to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, the Senior Finance Business Partner (Income) will champion strategic financial insight and support within the Income and Public Engagement Department, driving accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting for income streams, working closely with fundraising and institutional teams, including the development of funding bids.

The post-holder will enable effective decision making through data-driven insights, ensuring financial sustainability and fosters a mindset that aligns with Christian Aid's strategic objectives

Some of the main responsibilities of the Senior Finance Business Partner (Income) include:

• Partner with the Income and Public Engagement team to develop and champion accurate income forecasts, budget plans, and financial models.
• Provide financial insights and challenge assumptions which drive and optimise income generation strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Ensure financial reporting for income is accurate, timely, and meets internal and external compliance requirements, including donor regulations.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to provide financial insights on donor trends, unrestricted vs. restricted income, and return on investment.
• Identify and drive the implementation of improvements in financial processes related to income tracking and reporting.
• Support the development of fundraising bids by providing financial expertise

About you

• Professional finance qualification.
• Substantial experience in financial business partnering or financial planning and analysis.
• Demonstrable knowledge of income streams such as fundraising, grants, unrestricted/restricted income, and the financial implications of different funding sources.

• Understanding of donor reporting and compliance requirements.
