MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are looking for a Data & Impact Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience to lead, manage and ensure the effective day-to-day execution of DanceSyndrome’s Data & Impact work. You will lead on data collection and gathering impact and evidence through a number of different tools from various Stakeholders and analyse and interpret the results to inform Organisational Strategy and Operations. The role will assist to embed DanceSyndrome’s Evaluation Framework, which has an emphasis on the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

Part 3: MAIN DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities – Monitoring & Evaluation duties:
- To develop a robust data collection system for DanceSyndrome on an annual basis.
- To develop & implement flexible, user friendly monitoring and evaluation tools to gather impact & evidence from different stakeholders (e.g. beneficiaries who are people with learning disabilities, parents & carers, wider eco-system of partners and supporters).
- To ensure data is collected in ways that are accessible and co-designed, so that people with learning disabilities can help shape how their views and experiences are gathered and shared. This includes using creative and inclusive tools that reflect DanceSyndrome’s values of equality, respect, and inclusion.
- To ensure we use a consistent and streamlined approach to gathering data.
- To work collaboratively around data collection
- To have full oversight of all surveys and findings
- To update surveys as required e.g. where there is a gap in data collection
- To fulfil all funder requirements regarding data collection and reporting and to work closely with the Fundraising Lead and Communications Manager on this.
- To capture our daily activities & participation numbers (Including events) and filling in external data forms for our partners, for example Caritas Care.
- To share key learning and results with the wider team for organisational strategic development, funding applications and reports, relevant press and marketing materials.
Part 3b: OTHER DUTIES
- To undertake any relevant training as required by the charity.
- To follow all relevant charity policies and procedures.
- To contribute to the strategic development of the organisation by contributing at team meetings, writing a report for the Board on a quarterly basis and engaging with any other related work.
- To fulfil any other tasks requested by the Managing Director or the Board in order to support the continued development of DanceSyndrome.

About Cosmic
Cosmic is a small but mighty children’s charity dedicated to supporting the incredible work of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, Hammersmith. We provide vital funding for life-saving equipment, specialist staff training, and pioneering research. We also deliver our own emotional and practical family support services - making a real difference for children and families when they need it most.
The Role
This role will be pivotal in connecting Cosmic with the families we support and our NHS units across both hospital sites, by managing service delivery and fostering continuous engagement. The postholder will lead and coordinate our new Post-Discharge Support service, working closely with families, the NHS Family Liaison Team, and counsellors. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of service delivery projects - focusing on the experiences and impact on both NHS staff and families - while ensuring efficiency and value for money through careful cost assessment.
NHS Engagement & Relationship Management
▪ Build strong partnerships with PICU and NICU teams to embed Cosmic’s presence, raise awareness, and identify areas for support.
▪ Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and deliver projects that improve patient, family and staff experiences - maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of funding needs.
▪ Liaise directly with families on the units to understand their needs and explore how Cosmic can offer practical and emotional support, helping to build trusted relationships and inform future service development.
▪ Organise engagement activities and events to promote Cosmic across the units, ensuring consistent branding and visibility.
▪ Represent Cosmic at senior staff hospital meetings, forums and working groups, sharing feedback and opportunities with the wider team.
▪ Manage project timelines, budgets, KPIs and reporting to senior management and funders.
Engagement Campaigns
▪ Create, promote and mobilise staff on our units to deliver a yearly schedule of engagement campaigns. Work with staff to develop new and existing campaigns; creating and implementing the plans as appropriate.
▪ To keep abreast of any key or newsworthy/trending national developments and topics relating to PICU & NICU care and the NHS and develop campaigns as appropriate.
Post Discharge Support Project
▪ Manage development and delivery of Cosmic’s new pioneering family support service after intensive care.
▪ Develop, in partnership with the units, service delivery models that include services provided, and their impact.
▪ Develop project budgets with the COO, monitoring and evaluating them to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
▪ Oversee ongoing evaluation and development of the service to ensure it meets targets and desired outcomes.
▪ Work with our supporters and past patients and families in the development of projects and services.
▪ Work closely with the Family Liaison Nurse, who will interact directly with families benefiting from the service, to ensure their needs and experiences inform the ongoing development of the project.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
▪ Develop and implement data metrics and gathering points to measure and analyse the impact of Cosmic’s services, supporting outcomes reporting and strategic decision-making.
▪ Utilise strong IT skills for database modelling and data interpretation, ensuring timely data capture in collaboration with clinical staff to enhance service delivery and promote awareness.
▪ Monitor and report on the impact of Cosmic’s work to support funding efforts and improve overall effectiveness.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and organised professional who can manage high-impact projects, work effectively with NHS colleagues, and deliver meaningful services for families and staff. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while keeping a clear focus on outcomes and relationships.
You’ll bring:
• Strong project management skills, with experience of engaging with stakeholders and reporting on services.
• Proven ability to develop and use data metrics to measure programme impact, support service improvement, and meet external reporting needs.

• Experience developing end-to-end processes - from identifying needs and prioritising projects to delivery and evaluation.

- Digital Agency and PR Management: Oversee the work of digital agencies and PR consultant to enhance online presence and engagement with public relations and media outreach.
- Ambassadors and Patrons Management: Engage and manage relationships with ambassadors and patrons to leverage their support and influence.
- Web Development Leadership: Lead the development and maintenance of the charity's website to ensure it effectively supports fundraising and communication efforts as well as providing clear and concise support to our service users, carers and professionals.
- Manage our portfolio of events: We have an emerging trend in challenge events, and we manage these carefully and mindfully especially long-distance sporting events. This requires key insights in trends and work with our marketing team on key insights.
- Working with the CEO: You will identify opportunities for strategic communications and growth. You will network with likeminded individuals from other charities and build sector connections.
- Senior Leadership Team: You will be an integral part of our Senior Leadership Team, which means working across the whole charity on tasks that may pop up, and planning with the team our Organisational Development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior fundraising and communications role, preferably within the charity sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Relationship Management, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes.

Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors.

Being a Head of Fundraising at St Wilfrid’s
As an interim Head of Fundraising, covering maternity leave, you will need strong leadership skills, a passion for fundraising with a track record for delivering financial results, and a desire to work for a meaningful cause. This role leads an incredible team of 12 dedicated fundraising professionals who, along with the support of our event volunteers, work tirelessly to support our Hospice. Their dedication to, and care for, our supporters generates over £4 million annually, which is vital for funding our care.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our fundraising department thrives, and will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive fundraising budget, including forecasting for the future, working closely with the Director of Income Generation
- Developing effective fundraising programmes in all revenue streams, identifying priority areas – to enhance the fundraising portfolio of income generation activities; consistently evaluating and adjusting plans and strategies
- Ensuring the close management of income and expenditure, making adjustments where necessary to ensure good financial management
- Leading, building and motivating the Fundraising team, providing leadership and management and overseeing development and training, to enable individuals to reach their full potential
- Collaborating closely with our marketing and retail heads as one of our department leads

About the role
Sitting on Leeds Community Foundation’s senior leadership team, the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships will develop a new income generation strategy, focusing on high-value, sustainable philanthropy, and a new proactive Communications strategy showcasing the Foundation as the go-to place for philanthropy in Leeds and Bradford.
The role will be a strategic leader in the organisation, deputising for the CEO where needed and representing the charity externally, while also personally delivering 6- and 7-figure gifts from new and existing supporters.
Who we are looking for
- Senior-level experience in income generation through philanthropic and/or corporate partnerships.
- Proven success in securing significant gifts from individuals or institutions.
- Familiarity with professional advisory networks, corporate and private wealth giving.
- Experience developing and delivering cross-channel communications strategies, ideally within a values-led or mission-driven organisation.
- Experience of line management and/or leading cross-team workstreams with the ability to lead a high-performing team.
- Existing networks across Bradford and Leeds would be a real advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on growth, innovation and influence.
- Skilled communicator with a confident, persuasive presentation style.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and develop messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates strong judgement on critical matters and can make informed, timely and effective decisions.
