Working with the pathfinder partnership, you will create, develop and deliver tailored support pathways to women across Greater Manchester who have experienced sexual violence and present with additional complex mental health needs.
The pathfinder partnership joins up services in the VCSE sector across Greater Manchester (including We Are Survivors, Greater Manchester Rape Crisis & MASH) and works closely with NHS services to provide survivors of sexual violence with increased access to mental and physical health support.
You will:
- Design and develop individually tailored care plans and pathways for clients in the service.
- Undertake individual risk and needs assessments for clients entering the pathway.
- Deliver 1:1 trauma-informed, survivor-centred therapeutic interventions.
- Work within a multi-agency partnership to liaise with other health and social care staff from a range of agencies.
- Accurately record clinical interventions and maintain a high standard of record keeping.
- Engage in monthly clinical supervision and regular line management as directed.
- Provide accurate client reports to pathway partnership that represent the clients’ wishes and needs.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous service and system improvement.

NAPAC provides the only free national support service for adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse. We offer specialist, confidential support to all adult survivors of any type of abuse, operated by experienced staff and trained volunteers.
NAPAC works closely with the criminal justice and public health sectors. We support survivors to navigate and understand their options with criminal and civil law, and in healing and recovery. Choice is key, and our website provides a lot of free information for survivors and those supporting them.

Key Responsibilities:

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.
In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

Front of house support and referrals process
The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.
SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.
CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:

Location: Based at one of our Centre 33 Hubs (Ely, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Wisbech) with regular travel across all 5 hubs.

The IT and Web Support role works closely with and reports to the IT Manager to support day-to-day IT support and web site operations organisation-wide across Retail, Education (short courses and degree), Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Finance. As a member of the Admissions & support team, you will be supporting the recruitment and development of new social workers, who will then go onto change the lives of vulnerable children and families. Allsorts' mission is to listen to, connect, and support children and young people under the age of 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT+), or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

JUSTICE is looking to recruit an Interim Head of Governance and Operations to join our friendly, values-led team. This is a fixed term post for 12 months (maternity cover) and provides an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of governance and operational management.
We are looking for an individual who has an interest in the purpose of the charity (to improve the UK justice system so that it is fair and within everyone’s reach), as well as a keen interest in taking responsibility for a diverse and wide range of tasks from providing and overseeing the secretariat functions related to our governance and risk as well as leading in important cross-cutting areas such as audit, budget management and providing HR support. - Assist Parishes in proactively managing income-generating residential properties and parish halls.
- Assist Parishes with managing agents so that rental properties are safe and achieve competitive rent.
- Liaise with managing agents to ensure that the best service is being provided.
- Assist Parishes with hall hire queries, coordinating the appropriate Estates Manager.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure parishes comply with all relevant Diocesan policies.
- Assist with insurance claims and annually review the extent of insurance coverage.

- Work collaboratively with the Parish Team to ensure the Parish Priest remains supported.
Estates Coordinator - Person Specification
Essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and financial software.
- Knowledge of property management, including maintenance and health and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels across a variety of projects.
- Ability to negotiate improved shared working practices.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Professional property qualification
- Knowledge of the values and teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Experience working in a parish, charity, or non-profit organisation.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection practices.
