The inclusion producer will lead the Lyric’s commitment to social inclusion, building on our long-term commitment of working with vulnerable young people and those at risk of social exclusion in West London. The role develops this work through the inclusion and relevance of our Main House programme.
They produce our flagship START programme, a six-week theatre programme for NEET young people; REWIND our award-winning theatre intervention programme with alternative provisions and oversee our partnership and programmes with Virtual Schools and Hammersmith and Fulham’s Gangs, violence and exploitation unit.
This role will produce projects from design to delivery; support fundraising; manage and develop strategic relationships with relevant external agencies; manage freelance staff and practitioners, encourage participants to find creative progression routes and establish pathways for participants into Young Lyric programmes

Sarcoma UK exists to support everyone affected by sarcoma and to ensure their voices shape everything we do. As we prepare to launch our new five-year strategy, this pivotal role will help embed lived experience at the heart of our work.
We are growing our existing Involvement Programme to ensure patients, families, and supporters are meaningfully involved across all areas of Sarcoma UK’s work. As Involvement and Volunteer Coordinator, you will lead the development of our volunteering and involvement infrastructure creating impactful opportunities that inform our services, drive engagement, and raise awareness of sarcoma.

Duties and Responsibilites:
Involving people affected by sarcoma
- Strengthen and support our existing Involvement Network, keeping members engaged and informed.
- Facilitate a variety of inclusive involvement opportunities for people affected by sarcoma, reflecting diverse capacities, interests, and abilities, and ensuring these align with our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) framework.
- Recruit, induct, and train new Involvement Network members, promoting the network through Sarcoma UK’s communication channels.
- Develop systems to capture meaningful feedback and measure the impact of involvement activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues within Sarcoma UK to create and facilitate meaningful involvement opportunities that engage people with lived experience in our work, ensuring these opportunities are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our strategic goals
- Champion the voice of patients and families across Sarcoma UK’s work.
- Produce and distribute a regular involvement newsletter to communicate opportunities, updates, and information about the work of Sarcoma UK.
Volunteer Management
- Develop and implement a volunteering programme aligned with Sarcoma UK's organisational objectives.
- Design and maintain efficient systems for the recruitment, screening, induction, and support of volunteers.
- Act as the initial point of contact for volunteer recruitment and onboarding, before handing over management to the relevant staff member (e.g. fundraising event organiser or project lead) depending on the role.
- Define clear volunteer roles and pathways that deliver impact and reflect volunteer motivations and interests.
- Plan and deliver engaging training for volunteers based on role requirements.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records using our database (Raiser’s Edge NXT).
- Develop and manage volunteer policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with volunteering regulations and best practice.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of volunteering initiatives.
- Administer volunteer expenses and coordinate recognition within agreed budgets.
General
- Support cross-organisational projects that involve people affected by sarcoma.
- Attend Sarcoma UK events and contribute to the wider work of Sarcoma UK.

About the role:
You will lead and support a team of Homicide Family Caseworkers to meet VS and Homicide Service standards and contractual requirements. You will have a passion for excellent service delivery, performance management and team welfare.
The family caseworkers provide in person support to families who have experienced the sudden and traumatic death by Homicide. The caseworkers are responsible for ensuring the needs identified are met, that each person being supported receives guidance, advise and practical support as well as emotional support and advocacy.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills essential to managing a diverse workload, and be committed to supporting the caseworkers to deliver support.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional trauma informed advocacy and support to all and you will have an understanding of the impact that trauma and bereavement can have on individuals.
We support staff to keep them safe within their role and you will lead on the importance of personal and professional resilience and wellbeing for the team.
You will have excellent communication skills and will support the Operation Managers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery, across a widely geographically dispersed team.
You will be prepared to travel across the geographical area including occasional overnight stays to ensure you can meet team members in person as well as online.
You will enjoy working closely with a range of stakeholders (including Police Family Liaison Officers and Senior Investigation Officers within the Major Crime teams/Coroner officers and other statutory agencies) and will have experience in building constructive working relationships.
You should be confident to deliver internal and external presentations to a wide range of audiences. You will have experience of achieving key performance indicators, as directed by the Operations managers and Deputy Head of Service.

About CAVA

Area Managers at CAVA
Area Managers work as part of the Senior Management Team and are key ambassadors for the organisation and the wider VCFSE. The Opportunity
The Area Manager will provide management and leadership of CAVA’s Solihull portfolio, which is at an evolving and exciting phase of integration across the Borough.

ShareAction’s Financial Sector Research team works towards holding financial institutions accountable for their impact on globally important challenges such as tackling climate change, upholding human rights and reversing biodiversity loss.
Asset managers, insurance companies and banks hold a huge amount of influence over the world’s largest companies through their investment, lending and underwriting activities. While many of these financial institutions publicly claim to be taking environmental and social issues seriously, often, these claims do not hold up to scrutiny.
In this role, you will have many opportunities to challenge the financial sector by contributing to:
- Our financial sector benchmarks. In the first 12 months, you would primarily be working on our 2026 benchmark of some of the world’s largest insurance companies (following our 2024 report). Our research also covers asset managers and banks.
- Coordination with civil society allies and developing new collaborations with leading global NGOs.
- Engagement with financial institutions, regulators, and industry bodies to provide detailed recommendations for improvement.
- Communication of our research findings externally, for example, on webinars.
Working alongside the rest of the Financial Sector Research team, you will contribute to ShareAction’s key reports ranking financial institutions. This involves collecting information from institutions and databases, analysing quantitative and qualitative data, producing engaging graphics to communicate results and translating this analysis into actionable steps for financial institutions to take. You will collaborate with teams across ShareAction and may join meetings with financial institutions, other NGOs, or regulators to discuss this research. We will ensure that you receive sufficient support and oversight to ensure you feel comfortable and knowledgeable in delivering this bold and challenging work.

This is a permanent role with responsibility for supporting women and girls who are survivors of sexual violence, to navigate the criminal justice system. As an Multiple Disadvantage ISVA you will have a good understanding of what constitutes multiple disadvantages, disempowerment, or discrimination, and how they intersect with experiences of sexual violence. You should have experience of providing support to women with multiple complex needs, ideally within the Criminal Justice System. In addition to having excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills you should also be able to develop key relationships with external agencies. You should have demonstrable experience of working with survivors of sexual violence and of working in a trauma-informed way. We will provide clinical supervision, full training and line management, and the opportunity to develop your skillsets. The Role
The Head of Fundraising is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the CEO and joining the SMT.
You would be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering income generation strategy.
As the sole dedicated income generation specialist, you will take a hands-on approach to all aspects of fundraising and business development, identifying opportunities, building partnerships, securing funding, and maximising income from a diverse range of sources.
The fundraising income is currently c£300,000 per year and they have ambition to grow this to £500,000 over the next three years to ensure that they can continue to be there for older people when they are in need.
You would lead and manage the acquisition of potential donors, cultivate relationships, solicit donations, and engage in ongoing stewardship activities to retain and grow support.
The Candidate
This would suit a a proactive hands on fundraiser, happy to be a sole fundraiser within a wider supportive team.
Someone with a proven track record of securing significant income from at least three of the following individual giving (including High Net Worth and regular giving), trusts/foundations, corporates, community, and/or legacy support.
We would like you to have experience of developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies and plans.

Job Title: Executive Administrator
Location: Central Office which is based around a 10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station. Hybrid working available, approximately 2 - 3 days per week in the office including every Tuesday. Additional office, service, and away days would be required for attendance.

About the role

About you

You will be able to organise and manage events and away days, as well as manage our booking systems and general running. You will have proven minute taking experience, able to write minutes for meetings in an organised manner, and manage our shared online platforms for ease of access, and usability. You will have:
- Experience in high level administration duties, ideally within a similar role, supporting senior leadership teams and boards with all areas of administration
- Previous experience taking minutes in meetings
- IT Proficiency: Knowledge, skills, and ability to learn and manage online systems, particularly Microsoft programs, able to book and manage meetings using outlook and teams
- Excellent numeracy and financial skills, with the ability to deliver best practice in financial management and produce accurate and timely financial information

Job Purpose:
To provide operational management of the Substance Misuse Through-the-Gate (SMTTG) programme, which supports Lambeth and Southwark women in custody and their transition back into the community. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the service is delivered to a high standard by line managing staff, developing strong partnerships with prisons and recovery services, and fostering a culture of quality, learning, and accountability.

About the Role
A core strand of the charity’s offering works to help adults build the skills, knowledge, confidence and behaviours to manage their money well. We do this by delivering Financial Wellbeing Workshops, Webinars, Specialist Programmes, Consultancy projects and through distribution of our Money Manual.
