The Strategic Organisational Development Lead is responsible for leading the development of Battersea’s future-focused organisational capabilities - such as project and portfolio management, change management, digital and data skills, and human behaviour change - while ensuring our core frameworks for career development, leadership, and performance management remain aligned with our strategic goals.
Working closely with colleagues from Learning & Organisational Development, HR, Internal Communications, Academy and Volunteering as well as Senior Stakeholders from across the organisation, the Strategic Organisational Development Lead will play a key role in implementing our People Strategy, diagnosing associated capability needs, and designing impactful Organisational Development interventions.
A skilled collaborator and influencer, they will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed best practice, build organisational capacity for change, and position Learning & Organisational Development as a centre of excellence at Battersea.

Strategic litigation is core to Liberty’s work. Our lawyers work closely with the rest of the organisation using casework and legal advice to help Liberty reach its strategic goals. You will be responsible for running a small caseload of strategic litigation, conducting interventions and providing specialist human rights advice. A large part of the role is identifying and then scoping potential cases, working closely with other organisations to develop the litigation in a collaborative and creative way.

We have deliberately not included a requirement for a certain level of PQE in the selection criteria as we are keen to hear from candidates with pre-qualification experience, including experience outside the legal sector. The Royal Hospital Chelsea is looking for a skilled Marketing Officer to contribute to and deliver effective marketing campaigns to help meet the organisation's core strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have relevant experience of delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns for a range of audiences, and ideally at a nationally recognised organisation within the military, charity, cultural or public sectors. You'll be responsible for marketing a wide range of projects including our recently launched, nationwide Veterans' Outreach programme, the Soane Stable Yard - which is open to the public 7 days a week, and our year-round events programme, as well as working with our partners to promote the Chelsea Heritage Quarter.

We are seeking a proactive marketeer, who is equally comfortable planning and implementing campaigns as well as creating compelling content, with excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of what drives public engagement and support for an organisation like the Royal Hospital.
The successful candidate will be:
· A skilled and confident executor, who is experienced in consumer marketing and promoting a wide range of projects including public events to the right audiences.
- Creative in crafting compelling marketing content to deliver effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience of working with a range of partners to help raise awareness and engagement, as well as suppliers such as designers and photographers.
- Relevant marketing experience in a military, charity, cultural or public organisation would be particularly advantageous.

Here at Joseph Rowntree Foundation, we are on the lookout for a Learning and Impact Lead – someone to help the Movement Effectiveness team and our network of partners to better understand how change happens and to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of our programmes. You will create and deliver learning frameworks, capture and promote insight from their experiences, and identify how our resources; time, money, knowledge and being relational can make a difference in the world.
This is an exciting new role, and you will lead JRF’s strategy for learning and impact measurement across narrative change, movement building, and community organising initiatives and embed a culture of reflection, learning, and adaptive practice within JRF and among our partners.
Acting as a thought leader in the sector, sharing insights and innovations in impact measurement and evaluation with external stakeholders, you will work with colleagues to evaluate the effectiveness of storytelling and strategies in shifting public narratives about poverty and inequality.
About you
We are looking for someone who has proven expertise in designing and implementing learning and impact measurement frameworks, particularly in one or more areas of narrative change, movement building, or community organising. You will have experience working with marginalised communities and a commitment to centring their voices and lived experiences in evaluation processes. With strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams and stakeholders, you will have an in-depth understanding of systems change approaches and the complexities of measuring long-term, non-linear outcomes.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and a passion for social justice and alignment with JRF’s mission and values. With excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills, including participatory evaluation methodologies, you will have a track record of producing high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations that drive learning and decision-making.

The Data & Insights Manager will be a key point of contact for colleagues across the organisation, playing an instrumental role in shaping how we gather, manage and utilise data at Amref UK. They will be critical in providing expertise and establishing new ways of working across keys Amref UK teams, including Supporter Engagement, Programmes & Strategic Partnerships, Finance, Operations and Senior Management. The postholder will be the organisational expert in Microsoft Dynamics working with senior leaders, Amref HQ ICT, Amref’s global Fundraising & Marketing Development team (FMD) and third-party vendors to develop, implement and integrate processes and reporting tools that aid analysis and insight. They will be responsible for delivering improved functionality and system upgrades while maintaining data integrity and compliance requirements. Expertise in relational database design and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics would also be an advantage.
To be successful in this role, the post holder will need to be a team player who brings a combination of technical expertise, communication skills and business change experience.
