Age UK have an exciting opportunity for a diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expert to join our organisation to lead on the coordination and delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across our Network of 130+ local and independent partners. You will work with the Network to scope areas of good practice and areas for development, coordinate the sharing of learning and resources and organise and facilitate webinars, workshops and training.
You will have strong knowledge and experience of embedding diversity, equity and inclusion principles and practices into an organisation and delivering measurable change, excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to bring people together and work collaboratively across a multi-organisational environment.
The role reports to the Age UK National, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and is fixed term for 18 months.
We operate a hybrid-working model, this role will include regular travel to partners across the Network, on-site visits in London and you'll spend the rest of the time working from home.

With an understanding of demonstrating and reporting on impact, experience of supporting fundraising for services and bidding for contracts, you will ideally also have knowledge of developing an external training offer.

About the role:
This is a maternity cover opportunity for a valued role in our Senior Leadership Team. This position is critical to our work in training healthcare professionals to understand how the law applies to practice. You will be delivering our ambitious plans to take our training service to the next level at this critical time, with support of our two brilliant training co-ordinators and a wider team of associate trainers. Summary of the role:
The Procurement & VFM Manager reports to the Head of Finance, serving as a technical lead on procurement and logistics matters. The post holder will manage the procurement and logistics framework and tools to strengthen the capabilities and knowledge of all stakeholders, ensuring the adoption of best practices and industry standards across global operations. Working closely with key stakeholders, the Procurement Manager will help identify and develop a robust system and framework across business operations to support ongoing logistics and procurement activities. The role also includes overseeing all education and training provided to staff, volunteers, consultants, and those associated with Muslim Aid.
About the Role:
- Manage and develop the procurement and logistics resource and strategy for UK headquarters, offering technical support to Country Offices for local strategy and planning aimed at strengthening local procurement capacity and resources.
- Assist and support UK and Country Office Focal Points, as well as wider staff, in establishing and developing local procurement networks to support local implementation

RSTMH is a charity and membership society for those working or interested in tropical medicine and global health, and currently have almost 1,800 members from more than 90 countries, with a network of more than 10,000 involved with our work in some way. We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager who will help us manage all aspects of our membership programme. This involves maintaining high levels of retention and developing and delivering new recruitment strategies for members across the world.
The role will also focus on developing membership journey programmes to ensure our members receive top quality service from the Society and that all membership processes are undertaken with efficiency, energy and effectiveness.
The Membership Manager will also play a crucial role in ensuring that we are promoting RSTMH, and its membership offer, to our members and supporters. This person would be the first point of contact for our members and so must be professional, a sound communicator and efficient.
Part of this role involves creating policies and processes to ensure members feel valued at each stage of their journey with RSTMH, developing new marketing products and materials for recruiting and retaining members where necessary.
