Treasures Foundation provides housing and support for women recovering from addiction, trauma, and involvement with the criminal justice system. We help women rebuild their lives through safe housing, access to essential services, and programmes focused on rehabilitation and long-term recovery. Our mission is to empower women to thrive in their communities and build a brighter future.

We are now seeking a Full Time and/or Part Time Keyworker to join our expanding Treasures team. 

Key Responsibilities

The Keyworker will report directly to the Specialist Support Manager and will play a critical role in maintaining the effective running of Treasures Foundation’s supported housing. The core responsibilities include:

Beneficiary support

·  Undertaqking key working activities including: referrals, risk assessments, support
planning

· Support beneficiaries communicating with them about their day or any difficulties that arise for them

·Take a holistic approach to support beneficiary needs, seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at the individual’s and project level

·  Fostering a holistic approach to supporting beneficiaries needs, seeking and

·   Jointly developing and delivering a group programme which meets the needs of the women

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the team’s work on major donor and high-value supporter relationships, ensuring effective cultivation and stewardship continue. Support the Director, Trustees, and Philanthropy Manager in their engagement with key donors.
• Provide strategic oversight of the donor stewardship programme, ensuring the team continues to prioritise thoughtful, relationship-led approaches at all levels of giving.
• Guide and support the team in managing a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring clear solicitation plans and donor journeys are in place to meet agreed financial targets.

Personal Specification

• Proven experience in senior fundraising roles, with a strong track record in major donor and trust fundraising.
• A deep understanding of different forms of fundraising and the opportunities that exist for organisations like MCC Foundation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and motivating small teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities, with a donor-centric approach.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

In this role, the individual will manage a caseload of clients requiring early intervention or preventative mental health support, delivering group activities and co-produced programmes that empower service users to achieve their goals. They will clearly communicate the service's aims, objectives, and pathways to ensure users can fully participate and collaborate in their own support. The role involves supporting service users in engaging with various community professionals, including mental health teams, social workers, housing providers, health professionals, and Job Centre Plus. They will work flexibly within a team to ensure service coverage and meet contractual obligations, while also developing and encouraging participation in peer support networks and community-based initiatives. Active monitoring of the health, wellbeing, safety, and security of the service and its users is essential, ensuring all concerns are promptly addressed in line with procedures. The role also includes participating in core service functions, supporting colleagues, and using initiative to complete tasks as they arise. Timely and accurate administration is required, with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring effective and timely referrals, assessments, and service reviews, and will regularly engage in supervision, appraisals, and reviews to support continuous development.

The candidate will have demonstrable experience working with individuals who have experienced mental health challenges and/or dual diagnosis issues, supported by a solid understanding of relevant mental health legislation, safeguarding practices, and recovery principles. They will possess in-depth knowledge of mental health conditions and the ability to provide person-centred support with dignity and respect, while communicating effectively and sensitively. The candidate should be skilled in risk assessment and case management, with experience working alongside statutory services and building partnerships with voluntary and community sector organisations. They will have a track record of delivering value-added initiatives such as events, groups, and volunteer or student placements, and be confident representing the organisation at external events, including delivering presentations to stakeholders and commissioners. As the Triage and Administrative Assistant, it is your role to support the KCLSU Advice service to deliver high quality support to students who need help with issues impacting their studies. This will be done by ensuring excellent management of the Advice shared inbox, consistent record keeping using our case management system and communicating with both students and staff about our service. KCLSU Advice often supports students experiencing difficult circumstances and so as a team, we work effectively and empathetically. 
 
You will need to be confident in understanding complex policy and processes to ensure students are triaged appropriately and efficiently, enabling advisors to provide timely and tailored support. 
 
Key responsibilities include; 

• Supporting and completing a variety of administrative tasks relating to the KCLSU Advice service, in particular triage and casework.
• Maintaining accurate and consistent record keeping including using the Case Management System
• Administrate the KCLSU Advice inbox including processing referrals, removing duplicates, providing initial responses and flagging urgent queries.

Job Profile

The post holder will contribute to ensuring the Supporter Donations Team (SDT) manages and administers supporter donation activity on behalf of CAFOD, providing a high level of supporter care while delivering within agreed service levels and Key Performance Indicators. SDT has the overall responsibility for managing and thanking all supporter donations to CAFOD made through a variety of channels and schemes. SDT works within the Finance and infrastructure group, liaises across all teams in CAFOD, and external service providers to ensure donations are processed within agreed service levels and quality standards. Due to the nature of SDT’s role, SDT has particularly close ties to CAFOD Fundraising activities and actively engages in our fundraising programmes and schemes. 

Accountability 

The post holder reports to the Supporter Donations Manager and will work alongside a team of Supporter Donation Assistants, collectively delivering the team’s key aims and responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Supporter Care: 

• Handle telephone, email and postal enquiries from supporters; identifying and resolving queries in a prompt, warm and sensitive way. 

• Provide phone cover to the Supporter Care team as required. 

• Provide Reception training to the Supporter Care team as required. 

Donations: 

• Accurately code donations received, ensuring agreed departmental procedures are followed. 

• Process, set up and administer instructions and payments through a variety of donations channels and schemes such as Online, Direct Debit, standing orders, BACs, Payroll giving schemes and online giving platforms. 

• Input and maintain data on CAFOD’s supporter database, ensuring high degrees of accuracy on our donor records.

• File and archive financial data, while adhering to strict audit controls. 

Gift Aid: 

• Understand Gift Aid and its application within CAFOD. 

• Assist with all aspects of tax-effective giving, in accordance with agreed procedures and priorities, including preparation of regular tax claims for submission to HMRC. 

Thanking: 

• Produce and dispatch letters to thank and acknowledge donations received. 

• Write bespoke letters of thanks to supporters to respond to exceptional donations and provide a personal touch. 

• Contribute to ongoing enhancement and improvement of supporter thanking 

Post/banking: 

• Assist with all incoming and outgoing postal duties held by SDT to maximise effectiveness of processes and delivery of key service levels. 

• Preparation of daily banking, cash handling and initial reconciliation of all monies received daily.

Purpose of the Learning and Engagement Officer role:

As our Learning and Engagement Officer, 

Key responsibilities of our Learning and Engagement Officer include:

• Deliver daily programmed activities encompassing both formal and informal learning 
• Develop Learning and Engagement (L&E) activities and resources for both formal and informal learners of all ages and abilities
• Ensure administration and organisation of all L&E activities is developed and delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget 
• Lead on Museum-initiated or partner events as required 
• Lead on term-time provision for the under-fives
• Support the development and delivery of a high standard of visitor experience 
• Be fully active in the research, development and delivery of all elements of Learning and Engagement activities on site, offsite and online. This will include public demonstrations and presentations, class facilitation and tours 
• Keep up to date with developments in the National Curriculum and with the Learning and Engagement provision in other museums

The Degrees Initiative is a UK-based NGO that builds the capacity of developing countries to evaluate solar radiation modification (SRM), a controversial proposal for reducing some impacts of climate change by reflecting sunlight away from the Earth. Degrees is neutral on whether SRM should ever be used, but we believe that developing countries should be empowered to conduct their own research and to play a central role in SRM discussions.

Degrees’ programmatic work is centred on capacity-building through research grants and North–South and South–South collaboration schemes, outreach activities, and cross-cutting community building.
