Key Responsibilities

 Supporter Services

•  Lead the development and delivery of the new supporter services function considering people (capability, capacity and culture), processes, tools and technologies needed to deliver outstanding customer service so new and existing supporters feel valued and connected to the ESU’s mission.
• Design and implement supporter recruitment, development and retention plans including welcome journeys and approaches for reactivating dormant supporters.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to create segmented messaging to highlight the impact and value of the ESU’s work to Alumni, Members and Volunteers in the UK.
• Oversee payment processes and supporter payment journeys on our CRM, Salesforce.
• Work with the Marketing team to design ad hoc impactful events in person and online to convene our global audience.
• Work with the Marketing team to promote our flagship events to our supporter audience to encourage attendance. 

Volunteering

• Design and implement a volunteering strategy which includes automating the volunteer experience, recruiting new volunteers and promoting ESU volunteering opportunities to relevant organisations as well as current and future supporters
• Own the volunteer training programme, including reviewing and refreshing training and ensuring all volunteers are appropriately trained.
• Match volunteers to ESU competition heats and resolve queries escalated by the Supporter Engagement Coordinator.
• Form partnerships with relevant organisations to grow the ESU’s pool of volunteers.
• Work with the Education team to create a high quality volunteer experience

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• 5+ years experience working in a partnerships, supporter services, volunteering or account management role
• Demonstrable experience of having delivered successful services to a range of supporters/customers.
• Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering meaningful supporter journeys across multiple channels
• Demonstrable experience of growing and sustaining a pool of high quality volunteers through successful recruitment and development strategies
• Demonstrable experience of using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) to identify trends and drive improvements.

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as marketing or communications

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the design, delivery, and oversight of behaviour change and engagement projects, as well as leading and supporting the delivery team. About the role
The Client Services Manager utilises our CRM to manage the Charities team inventory requirements (products including charity entries and advertising packages) across the London Marathon Events portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the charities team systems and processes to ensure our team can work efficiently, maximise the use of our CRM to support sales and charity customers communications, and give our charity partners a best-in-class customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities 
 

• Lead the charities advertising asset management process, working with internal teams to confirm timelines, roles and responsibilities and ensure tools and workflows are used efficiently to deliver partners benefits on time and on budget. 
• Support      with registration platform system testing, feedback, management and      development.  
• Deliver      charity entries and advertising sales product set-up, testing and roll-out      in Dynamics.

Role purpose

Compass is a service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in H&F and Hounslow. The service provides support with welfare benefits, debt, housing and well-being/peer support groups/workshops.

The role of the Information and Advice Worker will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to H&F and Hounslow residents living with mental health problems. Advice issues may include, housing, benefits, council tax, debt, signposting etc.

The successful candidate will deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the service manager. In addition to advice casework, the Advice Worker will also be expected to assist onboarding referrals to the service when needed.

The successful candidate will be required to work alongside the Advice Team Leader and volunteers supporting on the project.  

The Advice Worker will be required to work within the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS), adhere to Mind’s policies and procedures.

Due to the nature of the work, if successful, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS check completed prior to undertaking unsupervised client work.  

Place of work

The Advice Worker will be required to work both from home and the H&F and Hounslow office when necessary, alongside work in the community.

You will be responsible for collating referrals from the Bexley SASS team and contacting service users to discuss safety items that best suits their needs.  You will complete the relevant client paperwork and be responsible for the purchasing, budgeting, and ensuring stock is purchased and accounted for. In addition, you will collect and record feedback from service users.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

o To provide a high-quality homecare service that support the rights of our clients to live the lives they choose in a person-centred way

o Efficiently manage the day to day running of the Homecare charity including:

· Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to clients within budget

· Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely and happily

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Manage the safety and quality of the service in line with legislative requirements and charity’s policy and procedures

o Undertake training and development to keep up to date with the law, best practice and changes in company policy. Apply this knowledge to day-to-day management and delivery of care

o Understand and monitor health and safety in the workplace and in the field. Act as lead for infection prevention and control

o Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements and to ensure the effective running of the service. 

o Implement quality management and improvement systems. Effectively manage complaints and incidents. Carry out investigations relating to the quality of the service and use findings to make improvements

o Be prepared to work flexibly to ensure the safe delivery of the service

o Provide a good service to clients:

o Promote the rights of each client and keep their wishes at the centre of their care and support

Main Purpose

The Royal College of Pathologists is seeking a ServiceDesk Manager to lead the IT ServiceDesk and operational management of the IT function. The post holder will have a proven track record of leading a team of ServiceDesk Analyst to provide support for the College's IT and AV technology transformation. The role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day support of the IT and AV services across the RCPath. Reporting to the Head of IT, the ServiceDesk Manager is a highly visible and leading role within the IT Team and will work closely with all departments and the Senior Management Team. The following are some of the key requirements for the role:

• To lead the support of college-wide data and business applications. This includes Microsoft 365, Open Engage (and the new Dynamics 365 replacement) and associated interfaces to the College websites, LEPT (Learning Environment for Pathology Trainees) and other business application services.
• To ensure that the IT supporting services (IT & Audio Visual) are operational on a 24x7, 365-day basis.
• To manage the continual service improvement for the support of all business systems and associated processes.
