You will join our brilliant Force Partnerships team who are responsible for developing Police Now’s relationship with stakeholders across the UK policing and implementing our programmes in collaboration with forces. You will support our work to get partnership contracts so that we can place our officers in police forces across the country. You will organise events and opportunities for senior individuals within policing to come and see the work we do, visit our academies and meet our participants.

The role will be a mixture of organising events, project management, administration, research and relationship building. You will ensure meetings with our external partners are well prepared for and will undertake various projects and administration tasks to allow us, as a team, to develop positive and lasting partnerships. This is a highly varied role which will give you the opportunity to work across the whole of Police Now. As such we are looking for a quick learner and someone who is as determined as we are to see the Police Now mission succeed.

What you’ll do – the key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of our partnership events including our Academy Visitor Days, as well as designing and implementing new stakeholder engagement initiatives based on previous stakeholder feedback.
• Support with, and at times lead the production of documents and communications for internal and external audiences, for example event invites, guest lists, handbooks, letter templates and agendas. This will include producing reports which use data to demonstrate the impact of our programmes to forces.
• Support with our sales campaign and contracting work through regular reporting, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to senior leadership and relevant internal stakeholders. This may include identifying opportunities for Police Now colleagues to attend sector events to have the greatest possible impact on policing in England & Wales.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across Police Now to support a strong customer experience for Police Now’s partner forces; for example, attending cross-departmental meetings and through developing Police Now’s use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
• Provide wider administrative support to the Force Partnerships team. This includes but is not limited to; preparing and printing event documentation, record-keeping, team inbox monitoring, room bookings, research into current and future force partners and booking and taking minutes for both internal and external meetings.

Frequent travel to the London office (2-3 days a week), along with regular travel to events and forces nationally will be required for this role.

Under the direction of the Service Management Team, you will lead the coordination of targeted interventions, including brief interventions, group work, and assertive outreach, aimed at individuals and groups at risk of harm from substance misuse. A key part of the role involves developing pathways with partner organisations to support early identification and intervention, particularly for young people.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependant on experience (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours)

Responsibilities

About the role: 

• Lead on the coordination and delivery of the service’s prevention, early intervention, targeted education offers, and youth settings.
• To increase visibility and accessibility of the service amongst children, young people, families, and partners with the aim of increasing referrals into service for specialist support.
• Identifying and responding effectively to potential safeguarding issues.
• Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community.
• Promoting carer, service user and community involvement.
• To be responsible for proactively generating and increasing referrals from relevant partners including utilising data to target specific services/provisions.
• To develop and deliver training programmes aimed at creating awareness of the service alongside delivering early intervention key messages to professionals.
• To analyse and scrutinise data to identify gaps in areas where the service can take a proactive approach to engagement.
• To create presentations that will engage young people, using harm reduction and psychoeducation.

About you: 

• You have experience working with young people, with knowledge of the issues they face.
• Knowledge of safeguarding concerns and guidelines in relation to children and young people and the Fraser Competence framework.
• You have a good understanding of drug and alcohol issues and be able to speak about this publicly. 
• Knowledge of working with evidence-based practice around young people’s substance misuse treatment services and methods.

Work in Zambia has focused on maternal and newborn health, breast cancer surgery, antimicrobial stewardship and health worker wellbeing.

KGHP is based within the School of Life Course & Population Sciences. The School of Life Course & Population Sciences is one of five Schools that make up the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine at King’s College London. About the role

We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead on the management of our current programme activities in Somaliland and Zambia. The role will lead on the management of various grants/ projects within our Somaliland and Zambia partnerships as well as strengthening our partnership approaches in these two countries. The role will be responsible for project closeout, startup of new projects secured as well as developing new funding proposals to support the aims as set out in our partnership and organisational strategies. 

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

Essential criteria

1. BSc or MSc in Global Health or International Relations or aligned subject
2. Relevant experience managing multiple projects (including large and complex grants/contracts) throughout the full project cycle, preferably projects delivered by consortiums
3. Relevant experience working collaboratively with partner organisations in low resource settings
4. Financial management and budgeting experience for complex multi-year, multi-partner projects
5. Experience of developing MEL strategies for large and complex programmes, including developing indicators, theories of change, learning processes
6. Experience coordinating and managing the development of successful funding proposals including institutional donors such as FCDO and the DHSC

We are looking for an experienced commercial and visitor experience professional to join our friendly team in the new post of Head of Commercial and Visitor Experience, reporting into our trading board, Crystal Palace Park Events Ltd (CPPEL), and line managed by the Director of Park Management.

Responsible for achieving ambitious income targets, you will lead the  management, development and growth of key revenue generating activities including concessions, leases, retail, licensing, catering, markets and car parking activity (and excluding events and venue hire). National Reconnect Programme Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader for a National Reconnect Manager role, you will manage and develop impactful Reconnect programme across England.

Position: National Reconnect Programme Manager
Salary: North East - £34,380, North West - £37,380 (IMW), London - £37,880 (ILW)
Location: National (Regular travel required across North East, Greater Manchester, London and South)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.75 hours per week)

Key Note: This role requires a Level 4 Interpersonal Mediation Practitioners Certificate (or equivalent); however, candidates who do not hold the qualification can apply but they will be expected to complete the training programme before passing probation.

About the Role

As National Reconnect Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of a Reconnect programme, a vital service offering family support and mediation for young people aged 11–25 at risk of homelessness. The aim is to strengthen family relationships and prevent young people from leaving home unnecessarily, or support them to maintain family connections where this isn’t possible.

You’ll manage a dedicated team of Reconnect Workers across multiple regions, ensuring services meet high standards, achieve key outcomes, and reflect best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

· Leading national delivery of the Reconnect programme and achieving KPIs

· Line management and professional development of regional Reconnect Workers

· Providing specialist case advice, training and reflective practice

· Developing tools, resources and evidence-based practices

· Embedding outcomes monitoring and service evaluation

· Supporting strategic development and service innovation

· Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, quality standards and funding obligations

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader with a background in delivering impactful services for young people and families.

You will have:

· Proven experience developing national youth or family programmes

· A Level 4 Interpersonal Mediation Practitioners Certificate (or equivalent)

· Excellent people and project management skills

· Experience creating evidence-based resources and leading service improvements

· Confidence in using data to monitor impact and drive development

· Strong understanding of safeguarding and the challenges facing young people at risk of homelessness

The requirement

The Innovation Fund & Project Manager will join our team to run our innovation fund and to manage projects designed and created by BDF staff members to improve the lives of disabled people in society more widely.

The Innovation Fund & Project Manager will also work across teams to help design and manage the creation of various new products and services. In addition, they will work closely with the CEO to scope out and deliver a specific project to increase the number of disabled people who are Non-Executive Directors and advisers to boards.

Experience

• Experience of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.
• Influencing skills and the ability to support and motivate others to meet project milestones and deadlines.
