We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and delivery of marketing activity to drive overall growth for The National Art Pass.

You’ll be joining the membership team at one of the UK’s leading arts organisations and contributing to Art Fund’s mission to help more people access and enjoy great art and culture.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned and earned media. This could include briefing creative assets, building email journeys, implementing campaign activity and reporting on results. Working with the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to shape campaign plans, develop promotions and ensure every element is delivered to a high standard, on brand, and on time.

This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. Job purpose

The Executive and Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and executive support to enhance the effectiveness of Toynbee Hall’s Advice Services directorate. This role combines high-level executive assistance including managing the diaries of the Managing Director and Deputy Director of Advice Services, coordinating communications, and preparing for meetings with operational support across finance, HR, onboarding, and general administration. The service provides 24 hours supported accommodation for high needs mental health service users. It compromises of 11 units which offers higher levels of 
support in comparison to the wider supported living pathway. Service users at Teresa House may have treatment resistant mental health needs that are complicated by substance misuse, challenging behaviour including low level offending and long-term physical health conditions. All support is delivered in-line with the principles of trauma-informed recovery/empowerment/co-production.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with mental health and complex needs, with substance misuse experience desirable. They should have a strong understanding of recovery approaches and co-production, with the ability to design and deliver activities that build confidence, reduce anxiety, and support a self-directed recovery journey.

They must be resilient, maintaining high service standards in challenging situations, and have knowledge of legislation relevant to mental health crises, including welfare reform, the Care Act, and housing pathways. Skills in assessment, co-producing support and safety plans, and auditing them are essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems is required, along with good knowledge of basic building safety and repairs. The candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, be able to handle petty cash accurately, and work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Are you passionate about fundraising and supporting an inspiring programme of artistic events, learning activities and community work?  

We are seeking a Philanthropy Officer to play a key role in supporting and delivering excellent stewardship for our Patrons and most generous individual donors. From dance and film, to music, theatre and visual arts the Philanthropy team works across the whole of our ambitious and joyful cross-arts programme, giving you the chance to share the best of the Barbican with our closest supporters.

The Philanthropy Officer will be the main point of contact in the Philanthropy team, primarily account managing our lower-level Patrons and supporting the stewardship and recruitment of higher level donors. Alongside the delivery of our Patrons scheme, they will lead on all individual giving events and manage the philanthropy team’s participation in Development-wide events such as exhibition private views. XLP is a vibrant youth work charity dedicated to shaping bright futures for young people. Leading the charge against poverty and educational failure in inner London, we offer holistic, long-term support to 11 to 25 year olds in both schools and communities.

We’re looking for a People and Culture Partner who will be a generalist with prior experience of working in a mid to senior level HR capacity. About the Choir with No Name

The Choir with No Name has been running choirs involving people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation since 2008, and we currently have choirs in Birmingham, Liverpool, London, Cardiff, Coventry, Sheffield and Brighton. We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good; it distracts you from all the nonsense in life and helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships. We are looking for maternity cover for our part-time Finance and Data Administrator role. As Finance and Data Administrator, you should have a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.
