The Role
With the support of the Head of Individual Giving you will be responsible for campaign planning, testing, creative development, researching content and images for new appeals, agency management and delivery, making sure that any appeal is run efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
Support acquisition activity including media/list selection, creative development and testing, optimising existing campaigns.
You will be supported in working to the existing budget but will be able to influence and input into future financial planning from the results of your campaign tests and your negotiation skills with our suppliers.
Assist with the development of in memory, legacy marketing and newsletter development.
The Candidate
Demonstrable experience in working on direct marketing campaigns for a charity.
Ideally experience of supporting direct mail, telemarketing, email and online campaigns.
Experience of using a fundraising database for charity CRM.
Proven copywriting, editorial and proofreading skills, with ability to tailor copy to the audience.

At an exciting and key stage in our journey we have the opportunity for Youth and Community Directors to join our team supporting Oasis’ youth and community work in neighbourhoods in the following regions;

With accountability to the Oasis CEO for Youth and Community the role of the regional Youth and Community Director will have three main functions:

The Role
This role will join the High Value Engagement team to lead on the planning and implementation of a portfolio of key special events.

Lead on the recruitment, stewardship and briefing of all special event volunteers.
Work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager to design and administer a new system for thanking event participants to promote long-term support and streamlined stewardship journey.

The Candidate
Strong experience in events organising ideally in special events for the charity sector.
Previous experience working with and managing volunteer committees.
Developed writing skills for correspondence with an external audience.

This is an externally funded post which will be focused on opening new provision and supporting existing provision in order to reduce waiting lists within specific funding areas. Overview / purpose of the role
We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Officer who is interested in developing a career in bookkeeping and/or accountancy within the nonprofit sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a finance or operations role who is looking to build on that foundation and grow their skills in a mission-driven organisation.

The Finance & Operations Officer is a central resource within CGP, working with colleagues in the Operations Team, and across the organisation to provide financial and operational support to all areas of our work. They will work closely with the Head of Operations & Evaluation to process invoices, expenses and conduct weekly payment runs, ensuring that all financial policies and procedures are carefully adhered to. They will also support colleagues to follow our financial policies and processes and act as the first point of contact for any questions on these procedures. Responsibilities
Finance

Managing our accounts payable inbox, monitoring all incoming invoices and following up with team members on any missing information if required

Processing and coding invoices in Xero accounting software ahead of weekly payment runs

Checking that correct coding and approval procedures are followed for staff expenses

Conducting weekly payment runs via our online banking system

Coordinating our monthly payroll processes (working with external providers)

Person specification

We are looking for a Maintenance Team Member interested in being part of a vital team helping to support the day to day running of our properties for vulnerable families accessing our children’s hospice care, who has experience of working within maintenance environment. Ideally the successful candidate will possess some form of maintenance skill/qualification/experience (Painting & Decorating/Carpentry /Plumbing skills etc).
There is an out of hours “On Call” element to this position whereby the successful candidate will be required to go onto the “On Call” rota shared among other members of the maintenance team.
