Job description

We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Dementia Coordinator to join our Homeline team—an established befriending service for older people in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

In this role, you’ll coordinate and develop a range of dementia-focused befriending activities for residents aged 60+, working closely with volunteers, carers, and partner organisations. Your work will help reduce isolation and promote wellbeing for people living with dementia, ensuring they feel supported and connected within their community.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in dementia services, the voluntary sector, or who brings strong knowledge of the challenges and needs of those living with dementia. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team committed to delivering practical, person-centred support.
