What you’ll be doing?
The Minorities Community Gambling Link Worker will deliver an awareness-raising and personalised, holistic support programme for minority community groups in Lambeth experiencing gambling and gambling addiction-related harm, or those impacted by the gambling of a close family member. You will:

Deliver an outreach programme by regularly attending community events, visiting local groups/ spaces and organisations frequented by minority community groups in Lambeth.

Develop partnerships and deliver outreach support to primary and secondary care partners and services across Lambeth.

Speak with minority community groups in Lambeth, either 1-2-1 or presenting to groups, to discuss the type of support available and promote the work and support of the Primary Care Gambling Service and Age UK Lambeth services.

Provide holistic support to patients referred to the Primary Care Gambling Service, helping to address housing, debt, bereavement, loneliness, mental health and other related social issues, that are both a symptom and/or a cause of their gambling.

Meet clients on a one-to-one basis, making home visits where appropriate and allowing clients the time and space to discuss ‘what matters to me’.

We are using Salesforce and Informatica, so we’d love to hear from candidates with experience in these. About You:
With your proven experience of philanthropy fundraising, you’ll have personally secured 5 figure + gifts from a major donor. Digital CRM Migration Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity with a 12-month fixed term contract where we are looking for an experienced digital marketer who is process and data driven. This role is integral to migrating digital systems and processes to a new CRM database, improving them as we optimise new functionality. This is working as part of a transformational project team to ensure Mencap is set for the future for supporter engagement.
As the Digital CRM Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for defining digital data points and mapping digital data flows through to the new CRM and Marketing Cloud. This will mean supporting the CRM steering group in defining digital user journeys and optimising the configuration of our new CRM and Marketing Cloud to ensure we optimise their functionality to ultimately raise vital funds and mobilise key audiences to support people with a learning disability.

Companion is the name given to those who live in an Emmaus community and contributes to the social enterprise, where they support themselves and one another. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with the Vice President of Vegan Corporate Projects and the Senior Corporate Projects Manager to develop and manage a strategic plan for PETA's work with companies
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with corporations and institutions, and negotiate to improve/increase their vegan options while reducing/eliminating meat, dairy and eggs
- Work with caterers at major sports arenas in the UK to encourage them to expand and promote their vegan food offering
- Encourage chicken shop takeaways to have vegan chicken options on the menu
- Develop positive ways to reach farmers, farming organisations, and the public, to promote plant-based agriculture
- Ensure consistency and best practices in external communications
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executives
- Initiate and execute projects to encourage the public to try a vegan lifestyle
- Develop and make recommendations for ways to increase media coverage of vegan eating in order to help push it further into the mainstream

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national health charity in their search for a Health and Safety Officer to contribute to the overall implantation of the Health and Safety team’s objectives. This is a part-time, (21 hours a week), 18-month FTC position, offered remotely.
As a key member of the Service and Support team, the new Health and Safety Officer will work closely with groups providing transport services, and employees managing offices and shops to ensure the application of the Risk Management Framework. The postholder will manage the audit process carried out by external auditors, and where appropriate, audit activities carried out by groups also (property and transport). The Health and Safety will investigate accidents and incidents as appropriate, following up with outcomes and changes to the Risk Management Framework.
To be successful, you will have experience of working with in house Health and Safety systems, covering risk areas associated with volunteers. You will have a NEBOSH certificate and be a member of the institute of Occupational Safety and Health. You will have an in-depth knowledge, and up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, particularly those that relate to the voluntary/charity sector. You will have experience of risk assessment, inspection and auditing procedures, with experience managing the health and safety of either properties or transport. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build effective working relationships with volunteers.
