Job description

An exciting opportunity for an energetic General Manager to lead and manage our successful boating charity with a fully accessible community centre in our iconic canal-side building in Camden.  We promote life chances, learning and healthy-living and have been flying the flag for adventure and opportunity on the Regent's Canal for 53 years! 

Reporting directly to the Charity's trustees, the General Manager will be responsible for delivering the Charity's aims, all aspects of our operational management including of our five employees, our finances, iconic building and our future funding sustainability.

The candidate we are looking for will have a proven track record in leading and managing all aspects of a business, charity or educational establishment with hands-on experience of managing projects and change, operational delivery, financial literacy, human resources, marketing and future charitable funding initiatives.

The comes at an exciting time in the Charity's development.Drive, enthusiasm and a sense of humour are all essential!
