Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Learning on Screen’s digital development team. Job Purpose

The purpose of the Programme Coordinator is co-ordinate with all parties (Community Engagement Manager, the Programme Manager, LMK Leaders and the host organisations) to enable LMK to deliver high quality workshops for young people/youth work professionals/workplaces. 

Acting as the lynchpin of the organisation’s delivery team, the Programme Coordinator takes the workshop brief from the LMK Community Engagement Manager and then works with the Programme Manager to secure facilitators (LMK leaders), ensures the host organisation receives all supporting information, and provides LMK Leaders with the resources they need to deliver the workshop effectively. This role is also responsible for regular reporting about workshop bookings and delivery. 

Reporting to our CEO, the successful candidate will be part of LMK’s core staff team. You will work with LMK staff, LMK Leaders, members of our Youth Advisory Board, trustees and key stakeholders to develop and implement our long-term strategy. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer service to organisations who are hosting LMK workshops, ensuring that all communication is timely and accurate, and any questions are responded to in full.

• Liaise with the Programme Manager and LMK Leaders to ensure there is clear understanding around their areas of expertise, availability and any specific considerations that need to be taken into account when delivering workshops.

• Open up opportunities to deliver workshops to any Leader applicable, ensuring the allocation of workshops is done fairly and consistently.

• Ensure LMK leaders have the information and resources required to deliver their workshop.

• Work closely with the Research and Evaluation Manager to ensure that the correct evaluation surveys are made available to workshop participants. 

• Work with our Head of Fundraising to track workshop delivery against funder commitments.

• Keep the CRM system data up to date in a timely way.

• Produce regular reports for the CEO on the booking and delivery of workshops, as well as any ad-hoc reports requested. 

• Share Leader evaluation feedback from workshops with Leaders.

• Check invoices submitted by LMK leaders, and work with the Programme Manager to get them approved. 

• Support the Programme Manager to organise LMK Leader Huddles and training events.

Person specification

• At least 2 years’ experience in an event management/admin management/executive assistant/operations role where there was a strong requirement to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent track record of customer service.

• Highly organised to manage a diverse workload with excellent time management and ability to pay attention to detail.

The Role

FareShare has a dynamic fundraising department that has seen incredible growth in support in an incredibly short space of time. We are now looking for a proven Supporter Retention Manager to join us as we embark on our next phase of deepening engagement with current and new supporters.

This newly created role is an integral part of the Fundraising team’s growth plans to become a £40 million income generating team.

Working closely with the Supporter Acquisition Manager, Supporter Experience Manager (Fundraising Operations) and the wider Fundraising team, the post-holder will lead on stewardship campaigns encompassing Warm Appeals, Regular Giving asks, Supporter newsletters and cross-sell campaigns across FareShare’s audiences. Line management of an Individual Giving Officer (or Assistant) may form part of the roles and responsibilities further down the line.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proven Individual Giving professional to help drive innovation in supporter retention and development and make a decisive contribution to a high-performing team.

Main areas of responsibility

1.Plan and deliver the Warm Appeals programme in line with agreed budget targets and annual workplans

• Campaign manage the Cash Appeals programme at all stages, from initial planning through to supplier management and post-campaign analysis
• Develop and implement a rolling programme of Regular Giving Asks.

2.Develop and manage a seamless supporter journey and consistency of messaging from the initial touchpoint through to longer-term giving

• Work with the Supporter Acquisition Manager and the Supporter Experience Manager on planning, delivering and managing a seamless supporter journey and consistency of messaging from the point of acquisition
• Actively monitor Supporter attrition levels and implement measures to mitigate disengagement

The Training Ground Programme
Training Ground uses the power of the club badge to engage with young people whom universal support cannot reach. Working with targeted participants, aged 16-24, who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET), the programme provides, one-to-one mentoring, wraparound support, and access to physical activity sessions and mental health, employability, and life skills workshops.

The programme will target those furthest from the labour market and with additional support needs, for example, looked after or care experienced, young carers, homeless or at risk of homelessness, those with experience of substance abuse, previous involvement with criminal activity, and/or those with a SEND.

The Role

The Programme Manager will be responsible for the ‘Training Ground’ programme, overseeing all aspects of the project, and ensuring milestones and output targets are met.

The Programme Manager will build a network of referral contacts and partners, ensuring sufficient and appropriate referrals are made to the programme. You will manage the participant pipeline and oversee all stages of the participant journey, ensuring impactful mentoring is delivered and that robust tracking is in place. You will provide guidance and leadership to a team of mentors and ensure best practice.

The successful candidate will have a sophisticated understanding of the challenges and barriers facing young Londoners, who are identified as the furthest from employment, and have an awareness of how to support them to progress into employment.

You will oversee the delivery of an employability programme and coordinate all aspects of the programme.

The programme manager will provide 1:1 mentoring to a caseload of participants, giving support to participants to develop essential skills for employment, whilst providing practical support, interview coaching, career information, and guidance.

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee human resources functions across Field Lane. We are looking for someone with thorough understanding of HR Policy and Procedures and relevant regulation in health and social care. As the HR Manager you will consistently deliver a pro-active and professional HR service to the business through developing effective partnerships with project leads & Senior Management.

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment & Selection 
 
The role of HR Manager will review all recruitment processes and practices to ensure all vacancies are filled in the most cost efficient way and within the shortest time possible. The HR function will be responsible for identifying effective and appropriate recruitment methods for all vacancies. 
 
Employee Relations 
 

• Taking a lead whilst advising and supporting managers on all Employee Relations issues, including performance management; sickness & absence; disciplinary & grievance procedures. 
   

• Ensuring the grievance and disciplinary procedures are adhered to by all staff and to empower the Operations Team to undertake investigations & hearings.  
   

• Experience of reviewing current practices and where needed looking at standardized practices.   
   

• Reviewing and updating the equality and diversity strategy, making recommendations on best practice and legislation. 
   

• To monitor staff turnover and ensuring that exit interviews are carried out, analysing and reporting on findings. 
   

Management Responsibility 
 
As the HR lead, you will ensure the HR department is always customer focused, delivering a good service to the organisation and pro-actively driving forward the people management strategy. You will also attend management meetings where strategic and higher-level operational input are required. 
 
Staff Training & Development 
 
Collaborate with senior managers to identify and develop staff training needs and where possible implement effective training programs.

HR Policy & Procedures 
 
To ensure terms and conditions and policies and procedures are up-to-date and comprehensive with regard to legislation and best practice. 

Other key areas of focus include: 

• Manage employee reward and wellness program, as well as looking at ways to add more initiatives.

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values. 

• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices. 

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity 

• Review and manage the performance management plan. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. 

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

• Experience managing HR functions across multiple businesses is preferred. 

• CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.

Right now, one of our partners, Richmond Fellowship, is looking for an Employment Specialist to join their Surrey Employment service. We help individuals with mental health problems to find paid employment or return to their current role after a period of ill health. We also assist employers and employees to successfully resolve mental health problems in the workplace. But, it’s only possible with the help of people like you.

Your challenge? To do everything you can to help the individuals we work with to source appropriate work experience placements and paid roles with local organisations/employers. Day to day, you’ll offer support, careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation, interview techniques etc. You’ll also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive links with community mental health teams (CMHRS), Early Intervention Into Psychosis (EIIP) Teams, partner organisations, local employers and other relevant agencies and have the initiative to develop and promote the service. Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments and reviews are completed in a timely manner.

As well as a good understanding of the IPS model of working, mental health problems and the issues and barriers this can create for our clients, you’ll need excellent motivational, presentation and listening skills and a willingness to travel in the local area and to work outside of office hours as required.

There is one vacancy being recruited for covering a smaller geographical area of East Surrey however the delivery is Surrey and borders wide. The successful candidate will be based in Leatherhead office. The post-holder will therefore be a car driver, with access to their own vehicle.

The Debt Advisor (NHS Advice) will empower NHS staff to achieve financial stability and resilience by providing high-quality, comprehensive debt advice. Your key responsibilities will include:

Funded by a diverse range of sources including the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS), NHS, and other partners, we deliver expert guidance and practical solutions to help clients manage and reduce their debt. Our team operates through a network of face-to-face locations including advice centres and NHS sites, ensuring accessibility for all.

In addition to in-person advice, we leverage technology to reach clients who may not be able to access traditional services. We provide video advice to people in prison, those receiving employment support in job centres, and other remote clients.
