About the Role:
Our client are passionate about making a positive difference. They’re now looking for a Dynamics CRM Associate Developer to join their team and help them achieve their mission.
As a Dynamics CRM Associate Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This is a hands-on technical position focused on configuration, customisation, and solution implementation to support critical business processes.
They’re looking for someone with proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE who can take full ownership of the solution lifecycle, from running workshops and gathering requirements to designing, building, and deploying robust applications.
You’ll bring strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and be confident troubleshooting and resolving intermediate to complex issues, including escalated service requests.

Your key responsibilities will include:
· Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE (model-driven apps, Dataverse) to deliver business requirements
· Building workflows, forms, views, business rules, and process flows using Power Platform tools, with a focus on scalability and maintainability
· Translating business requirements into robust CRM features and delivering them to specification
· Supporting documentation, testing, and deployment of CRM functionality
· Contributing to structured release processes using Azure DevOps (or similar)
· Troubleshooting and resolving intermediate to complex issues, including collaborating with support teams and taking ownership of escalated service requests.
· Maintaining clear records of configuration and technical changes
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring:
· Proven experience delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform in a professional environment (not just personal projects or training exercises).
· Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, including building and deploying production-ready solutions.
· Solid understanding of CRM security roles, data models, and solution configuration, with experience troubleshooting and optimising existing systems
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and take ownership of deliverables, while collaborating effectively within a team
· Strong communication and documentation skills, including writing technical specifications and user guides.
· Experience engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Stonyhurst College, the UK’s leading Catholic co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 3-18, is seeking a high value fundraising expert to design and deliver a high-performing philanthropic programme to ensure long-term sustainability.
Stonyhurst is the oldest continuously existing Jesuit school in the world – founded in 1593 in France, the College moved to its present site in Lancashire’s Ribble Valley near the market town of Clitheroe in 1794. As well as encouraging pupils to achieve their academic potential, the school works to develop well-rounded, competent future adults who can help change the world for others.
Working across the site and the wider community, the Director of Fundraising will lead on the development and delivery of a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with the College’s long-term vision and priorities, to help secure transformational giving for Stonyhurst. The role will be responsible for increasing income growth across capital, bursary, endowment and unrestricted giving, with a strong focus on major gifts and sustainable donor relationships, as well as personally managing a portfolio of high-value donors and prospects, and cultivating and stewarding six, seven and eight-figure gifts.
The role will involve some travel nationally and internationally to engage supporters and prospects, and the post-holder will be expected to act as ambassador for Stonyhurst, championing their mission and values.
This is a particularly exciting time to be joining Stonyhurst, with a new strategic plan committed to the highest quality of Jesuit formation and the continuous development of the school’s historic estate over the coming years.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a track record in building relationships with alumni, partners, stakeholders and donors, and in shaping and implementing effective fundraising strategies to drive income growth. With a strong background in high-value fundraising, they will have personally led the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of high-value donors. Excellent research and analytical skills will be a must, combined with honed interpersonal skills and the proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with a diverse range of people. Finally, candidates will have an affinity with private education and with the mission and purpose of Stonyhurst.

Borders Forest Trust (BFT) are recruiting for a new Chief Executive .
BFT is a charity established to restore native woodland habitats to Southern Scotland, an area with the lowest percentage of native woodlands in mainland Scotland. Since 1996, we have been working towards planting trees, restoring peatlands and other natural habitats, enriching the biological diversity of around 31 sq km in the Southern Uplands. They demonstrate large scale ecological restoration in action, and inspire landowners, statutory bodies, local communities and policy makers to embrace this alternative model for land use and conservation.
The charity’s previous Director has led the organisation for five years, and BFT are in a strong position, ready to develop a new organisational strategy and grow. This is a role of great strategic importance to the charity and the role is varied, with a broad remit.
The Chief Executive role has organisational responsibility for 12 members of staff, some office based but most out and about across the countryside in which BFT works.
As Chief Executive, you’ll bring proven senior leadership experience and the ability to get the best from staff and volunteers. A natural communicator, you’ll engage confidently with a wide range of people – from volunteers and donors to policymakers and conservation experts.
You’ll have experience generating significant income in the not-for-profit sector, alongside strengths in strategic planning and programme development. Passionate about conservation, you’ll be an inspiring ambassador for Borders Forest Trust, able to share our impact and build lasting partnerships that help us achieve our vision.
This role is hybrid based, with candidates being in the Head Office in Jedburgh (Scottish Borders) once or twice weekly, with other time spent out and about across the geography BFT covers.
