Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our Cardiff/Glasgow/London/Sheffield office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.

Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to agree metrics and performance data
· Plan, construct and execute paid campaigns for the charity. Optimising engaging campaigns across primary platforms including social media, SEM, SEO and display advertising as appropriate
· Create structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the ROI of campaigns
· Understand CRO techniques to improve conversion rates

Person Specification:

Responsibilities
This is what the role might entail
Working alongside CRIN’s Creative Directors and communications team, you will:

Write engaging and accessible copy for CRIN’s channels (website, social and digital platforms)

Manage the communications campaigns and digital strategies for CRIN’s projects, events and activities;

Manage content for our digital platforms in a variety of formats (illustrations, videos, audio and written pieces);

Develop a new social media strategy and manage our social media channels

Implement a shift in approach to CRIN’s Instagram, fully weaving it into how we communicate about our work and with our audience — beyond stats and followers — to build a community where there is mutual learning;

Coordinate tasks for our Digital Designer and Graphic Designer as required;

Manage CRIN’s newsletter, sending out regular news and updates to our mailing list;

Manage website maintenance and ensure that key pages on CRIN’s website are kept up to date and search engine friendly;

Support the Creative Directors’ work, taking CRIN’s existing research and policy work and reimagining it into different formats for different audiences;

We are now seeking a Digital Communications Lead (maternity cover) who will develop and deliver our digital communications to build awareness, understanding and engagement with Rewilding Britain and our mission. To lead the development and delivery of Rewilding Britain's digital communications output, to inform, engage and activate audiences in support of our charitable aims.

Social media

Website content & maintenance

Work with the Content Manager and other team members to create new and updated web content in line with the Content Strategy, that is engaging, accurate and on-brand.

Terms and conditions and staff benefits
This role is as maternity cover (9 months with possibility of extension).
This is a full time 5 day (35 hour) a week position, but we are open to a conversation with candidates who are seeking a role of 28-35 hours a week.
There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.
The salary is £35-40,000 f.t.e. per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

As the Digital Fundraising Officer you will play a key role in supporting the digital fundraising strategy in the UK and internationally, with the objective of significantly growing the public supporter base and income.
