About the Role
As a Breck Foundation Speaker, you’ll help share Breck’s story and empower communities to use the internet safely and positively. You’ll deliver both in-person and virtual talks, engage with schools and organisations, and play a vital role in raising awareness of online safety nationwide.
Generating your own leads and bookings is a key part of this role, with additional commission available for each successful booking.

Job summary
These roles will increase awareness and understanding of the criminal justice voluntary sector operating within East of England and the South Central & South West. The post holder will undertake an initial analysis project to identify place-based voluntary sector organisations and the range of and types of services and support provided to people in contact with the criminal justice system and their families. They will identify place-based needs and lead on the collation and sharing of information across the Clinks team and with stakeholders, to highlight the challenges and opportunities. The post holder will need to build new, and nurture existing relationships, with key partners and a range of agencies across sectors.
The post will work within the Area Engagement & Partnerships Directorate and with other Clinks’ staff to identify new members and engagement opportunities, deliver events and training, and provide opportunities to support the capacity and capability needs of the voluntary sector, with a focus on place-based small and specialist organisations working in the CJS.

Identify and increase awareness of voluntary sector organisations based in the East of England and the South Central & South West, the range of and types of services and support provided to people in contact with the criminal justice system and their families, where they deliver and how they are funded.

Understand the work of local and regional voluntary sector infrastructure organisations in a the East of England or South Central /South West to strengthen the support offered by Clinks and increase partnership working and collaboration.

Work alongside the National Influencing & Networks team to use this intelligence to influence key decision making at a local and national level.

Gather intelligence from the sector to identify and understand the needs of place-based organisations and share feedback with HMPPS and other key stakeholders to develop operational processes and influence future commissioning opportunities.

Provide support to voluntary sector organisations, keeping the sector informed and up to date and capturing the support provided and its impact.

Respond to requests from voluntary sector organisations in need of support and signpost or consider what assistance Clinks (and others) can provide.

This is a fixed contract to support the AMA in exploring income generation opportunities for Goose, an AI powered learning platform co-designed with heritage organisations for heritage professionals across the UK. Within this project we are looking to:

The Role

CONTEXT OF THIS ROLE:
At Purposeful, learning is a political responsibility. We are reclaiming and organising our many ways of knowing, meeting stories with data, and building a robust case for this work. We are bridging traditional logical frameworks with feminist learning principles and creating space for their co-existence.
The Senior Learning and Insights Manager will play a critical role-- contributing to a bold learning and insights strategy aligned with Purposeful’s vision, mission, and growth, leading the design of data collection systems, contributing to data collection efforts, from surveys to storytelling, closing feedback loops and crafting knowledge products, intended to inform, influence and amplify.
They will bring technical expertise across a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, they will come with curiosity and a willingness to share. The Learning and Insights Manager will work closely with the Learning and Insights Lead and across all Purposeful teams, particularly Grant-making, Communications and Resource Mobilisation.

SCOPE OF WORK
1. Learning and Insights Strategy and Systems

The Role
BASIC is seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Manager to lead and implement effective communication strategies that amplify our mission, enhance our brand identity, and strengthen engagement with key audiences. The Open Wing Alliance (OWA), a program of The Humane League, is a global coalition of approximately 90 animal protection organizations across 70+ countries united in a common goal: to end the abuse of chickens worldwide. For the past several years, we have focused our efforts on eliminating cages from the egg industry by securing cage-free policies from major retailers, restaurants, and manufacturers. OWA groups share tactics and resources to secure as many wins for animals as possible, specializing in institutional campaigning that can be tailored to our members’ unique circumstances and challenges.
As Temporary Global Campaigns Coordinator, you will be part of a team responsible for researching, coordinating, and launching hard-hitting global corporate animal welfare campaigns against major multinational companies. These campaigns involve collaboration and coordination with animal protection organizations around the world and directly contribute to The Humane League’s org-wide goal of ending the abuse of animals raised for food by securing global cage-free policies that significantly improve the lives of millions of egg-laying hens.
As a campaigner, you’ll have the opportunity to develop knowledge of our targets, our primary campaign strategies, and the tools we will use to win. You will assist with the execution of tactics spanning email, social media, advertisements, and other digital spaces, and you’ll also help the team leverage our digital action platform by setting up digital actions with a high degree of accuracy. This is a temporary, full-time, remote position, beginning in January 2026 and ending in December 2026. The duration may be extended or shortened at The Humane League’s discretion. The Migraine Trust is the only UK migraine charity providing information and support, campaigning for awareness and change, and funding and promoting research.
One in seven people in the UK live with migraine, and this complex and debilitating neurological disorder significantly affects their lives. We have been leading and bringing the migraine community together to change this since 1965.
Every year we support millions of people through our website and support services on all aspects of migraine and for help in managing it at work, in education, and in accessing healthcare. We campaign for increased awareness and understanding of migraine, and national policy change to improve the lives of people who get it. We have funded over 140 medical research projects and hold an international symposium every two years to bring together the world’s leading experts on migraine.
The role
People living with migraine are at the heart of our organisation, while our research highlights the urgent need to reduce the inequity we see for those living with the condition. You will ensure their voices are heard by decision makers and the public and get closer to our vison of ‘a world where migraine doesn’t stop anyone from living the life they want’.
You should be able to deliver high-impact communication campaigns, and have a real interest in policy. A skilled communicator yourself, you will be able to manage a broad role with the ability to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Overall, you’ll bring a desire to create positive change.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and be a key member of The Migraine Trust’s Senior Management team, leading our strategic direction on communications activity alongside targeted public and political campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the organisation’s 2026 policy and communications plans and coordinate the development of plans and budgets for 2027
- Oversee development and delivery of the charity’s policy and public affairs strategy, ensuring a strong evidence base and meaningful involvement of people living with migraine
- Manage work our public affairs agency to deliver targeted influencing projects to improve migraine care, workplace support, and parliamentary engagement
- Shape policy recommendations and develop strategies to engage key stakeholders including parliamentarians, policymakers, clinicians, employers and partner organisations
- Monitor the external policy environment identifying risks, opportunities and emerging issues relevant to migraine
- Work with the team to develop and execute creative and impactful communications campaigns to raise the profile of the charity and tackle misunderstanding around migraine
- Ensure content across all channels – including media, digital, social and publications - is on brand and reflects our values and core messaging
- Ensure our online presence meets the needs of our stakeholders, and is fit-for-purpose for current and future organisational needs

As the cycle progresses, you will be responsible for outreach and renewals, onboarding, benefit delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
