About the role
Our team of Regional Communications Officers support Emmaus communities and groups to increase their profile and engage supporters. You will work closely with up to four Emmaus charities to identify their communications needs, plan and deliver work to help achieve their goals.
Who are we looking for?
We require someone with excellent skills and knowledge in communications, public relations and marketing with at least two years’ experience working in a busy and varied communications role. Although not essential, knowledge and understanding of homelessness and the charity sector would also be an advantage.
Within this hybrid role, you can be based at home or in an Emmaus community. Wherever you are located, maintaining ongoing positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is vitally important. This role will suit someone located in the South West or London as regular travel (usually at least one community visit per week) will be required to Bristol, Gloucester and London.

Enhance will provide practical support to VCSE organisations based in the Redcar and Cleveland area who deliver services to local people and communities.
The service model for Enhance is based on three key areas:
Improvement – Providing practical support through an information and advice service. This will include for example advice on governance, funding, policy and practice
Growth - The development and delivery of a comprehensive training programme for all VCSEs in Redcar and Cleveland
Influence - Work to support the building and development of relationships; collaborative work across the VCSE sector and cross-sector partnerships
The service will be based in Redcar and Cleveland and will provide an outreach service in the more rural areas of the borough to ensure the services are accessible to all local VCSEs.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To support the Area Manager / Operations Director in ensuring the Charity’s development and growth in ways that are relevant and in line with operational services and charitable objectives.
To ensure the Charity achieves its aims and objectives and fulfils its operational plan effectively by providing high quality intervention, providing person centred support for at-risk young people.
To have key responsibilities in reducing risk and delivery of our Shaping Futures Intervention this is our Short-Term Intervention Programme (STIP) in Buckinghamshire.
This project is funded for the next 18 months, we will be working closely with partners to extend this funding agreement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate onboarding of young people, including the initial assessment, and developing 12 individualised sessions bespoke to each young person.
- Ensure a 12-week programme is written and sent to the young person with agreed outcomes after initial meeting.
- Responsible for a case load of young people up to 20 young people at any one time.
- Lead sessions and activities with appropriate resources to empower young people to make more positive choices to reduce violent behaviours, reduce risk of exploitation and other offending behaviours.
- Support the multi-agency network for the young people you are working with. Report any safeguarding concerns to the DSL, with support from your line manager.
- Work in partnership with the Operations team to develop opportunities in line with the intervention if needed.
- Attend stakeholder meetings where needed.
- Uphold Caudwell Youth’s values
- Effectively report to your line manager complaints and compliments relating to the programme
- Build knowledge of local strategies, linking in with network forums.

About the Role
This role is focused on delivering established communications strategies and plans over a 12-month fixed-term period. There is scope for the Communications Officer to work autonomously and creatively across teams, helping deliver engaging content and campaigns. We are looking for a creative and strategic communicator to shape the voice of the UK’s National Trails.
Position: Senior Communications Officer
Salary: £32,000 FTE (4 days/week)

About the Role
As Senior Communications Officer, you will lead on delivering a bold, inclusive communications strategy, raising the profile of the UK’s National Trails and building awareness of their value for people, places and nature.
You’ll create and manage inspiring, accessible campaigns across digital, social and press channels; support National Trail teams across the UK with comms advice; and help shape public and stakeholder engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be the voice of a small, national organisation making a big impact.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver creative, multi-channel communications

About Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance
Pathfinders is a user-led charity run by and for people living with muscle-weakening conditions. We support disabled people and those who employ personal assistants (PAs) through peer support, information, training, and advocacy. We believe in the power of lived experience and centre disabled voices in everything we do.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of an exciting new learning and development project for individual employers and personal assistants. The project will support people who employ PAs through direct payments and their PAs to develop the knowledge and skills they need through videos, peer-led training, discussion sessions, and case studies.
You will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of the project, ensuring activities run smoothly, are well-attended, and meet the needs of learners. You’ll work closely with people with lived experience of employing PAs, guest speakers, partner organisations, and the wider Pathfinders team to deliver high-quality, accessible training and resources.
