Age UK is recruiting for a Regional Estates Manager to provide a professional comprehensive and cost-effective Regional Estate Management Service on all Age UK Properties.
In this role you will use your professional knowledge and experience to undertake significant problem solving and lateral thinking, providing advice to key stakeholders across the charity on complex estate and asset management issues. By ensuring best professional practice is always observed and complying with the RICS Code of Conduct, the successful post-holder will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of departmental budgets, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals across Age UK's predominantly retail property portfolio and general day to day property management duties.
Whilst you will be home based, please note this role requires travel across our Age UK estate, so there is an expectation you can travel with some overnight stays; a company car will be provided.
The area this role covers will be dependent on the successful candidate's home location.
Please note: This salary includes a market supplement of £4K up to the maximum of £50K (inclusive). This market supplement reflects the current demand for professionals with skills in this area.

Working for the RSS
Pension and benefits
Our defined contribution pension scheme can be joined after three months in post. Your contributions of up to 8% of salary will be double matched by the Society (making a maximum contribution by the Society of 16%). A training budget, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme and employee assistance programme are also available.
Location
The RSS office is in central London. We offer flexible working arrangements, and this is a hybrid role with a minimum two days a week working in the office. In person attendance for certain meeting is required, including all-staff / team meetings and governance / committee meetings that take place in person. Limited travel within the UK and internationally may be required.
Working hours

Do you want to work with multiple award-winning charity, FoodCycle? As Regional Manager you will represent, manage and co-ordinate FoodCycle for your allocated regional Projects. Our Projects are spaces where volunteers are empowered to run their own community meals using surplus food.

THE ROLE
The full-time Creative Communications and Events Officer works within the Communications team to help inform the public about antisemitism using a variety of media.
You will be joining our small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial staff team based at our office in central London.

Responsibilities
- You will design graphics across our organisation, from social media posts and placards to pamphlets to pledge cards
- Work with creative colleagues to conceive and implement a variety communications campaigns to raise awareness about antisemitism and educate the public, sometimes at short notice and with tight deadlines
- Provide logistical support for communications projects, including scouting and booking locations, ordering materials, liaising with third parties and conducting internal research

Are you an experienced paid digital expert who is also passionate about nature? We're looking for someone to join our membership marketing team and deliver income-generating recruitment campaigns.
You will have proven expertise of managing the delivery of paid search, social and display advertising using a range of targeting techniques including macro demographic and internet-based targeting, as well as micro audience segmentation-based targeting and re targeting techniques.
