Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional based on the East Coast to both drive high-impact new business from corporations and major donors and build our visibility and external communications to support that goal. This is a hybrid role, balancing strategic digital marketing, brand-building and media engagement with income generation, deepening existing relationships with key stakeholders, establishing new partnerships and increasing our visibility.
This is a new position for Street Child, complementing our existing presence on the West Coast. The successful candidate will need to be a strong all-rounder, able to excel in a variety of work areas, although the role will work closely with and be supported by global communications, marketing and corporate fundraising teams, with existing strategies, materials and platforms to leverage and tailor to a US audience.
While this role is not office-based, the successful candidate will be located in or around NYC or DC.
Key Responsibilities:
Major Gift Fundraising (50%)
- Identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships with corporations and major donors, aligning their CSR goals and giving priorities with our mission.
- Leverage existing partnerships and relationships with corporations and major donors to grow a wider network of US-based corporations.
- Develop and manage sponsorship opportunities for campaigns, programs and events.
- Oversee all corporate engagement activities, including employee giving, volunteering and cause marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver corporate events to build relationships with and raise funds from our developing network of US-based corporations.
- Collaborate with corporate partners to enhance their internal communications strategies, driving awareness and engagement among their employees around shared initiatives.
- Craft compelling proposals, pitches and presentations for potential partners.
- Steward relationships successfully to ensure long-term impact and retention.
- Track partnership impact, prepare reports and communicate successes to internal and external stakeholders including funding partners and Street Child’s Board of Directors.
- Identify & cultivate new prospects among individuals and corporations.
Communications & Marketing (50%)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns across key channels, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
- Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, case studies, impact stories, newsletters and press releases.
- Build and execute a strategy for growing Street Child’s share of voice in the sector, engaging with media and industry influencers.
- Work with external web developers to manage and enhance website content, SEO and UX to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to position Street Child as a thought leader.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong track record of securing major gifts ($100,000+) from corporations and individuals, including strategic partnerships, sponsorships and events.
- High-level strategic thinking and planning.
- Experience in a similar role across fundraising and marketing.
- Proven success in driving digital marketing strategies, growing brand awareness, and managing media relations.
- Excellent storytelling skills with experience in content creation, social media management and PR, and media connections.
- Experience using digital tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and publicly present materials.

Management Role
· Based on the policies of the charity as defined by the Trustees Board (created Oct 2022 AGM), manage the affairs of the charity with due respect for its heritage, status and independence.

Titchwell Marsh is a wetland site abundant in a variety of wildlife including passage and migrant birds. Sitting on the East Atlantic Flyway, Titchwell is an important service station for species moving between Arctic breeding grounds and overwintering grounds in Southern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, it is known for other biodiversity including invertebrates and small mammals. Titchwell Marsh is a busy visitor destination, popular all year round with bird watchers, nature lovers and people wanting a quiet ‘get away’ from city life.
Our other reserve at Snettisham is a globally important estuarine habitat and is well known for its two nature spectacles, the dawn flights of Pink-footed Geese in winter and the whirling wader spectacles in late summer and Autumn. This wild landscape is unstaffed with minimal development to retain its natural appeal. In addition to being a hot spot for tens of thousands of waders, it is also an important site for ground nesting birds and is part of a conservation project to protect nesting Ringed Plovers.

Working at Titchwell Marsh reserve, you'll be providing a unique and fascinating visitor experience inspiring our visitors to support nature conservation now and in the future. This role is fundamental in ensuring we have the highest quality of visitor experience for both new and existing audiences.
You will be working with the Visitor Experience Manager and volunteers to ensure a coherent visitor offer is delivered whilst also working with the HQ team to ensure the highest quality of RSPB visitor experience.

Digital Marketing Manager - Maternity Cover
Contract: Fixed Term Contract, Full Time, 35 hours per week
Location: London, UK subject to the right to work.

- Accountable for planning and executing integrated campaigns that combine digital and offline marketing channels to deliver cohesive, measurable results aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Responsible for budget management and reporting on income and expenditure.
- Work with external creative and media partners on projects within agreed budgets.
- Devise and execute a continuous programme of content optimisation and testing through a rigorous test to learn methodology, regularly monitoring, evaluating and analysing campaigns.
Requirements
You have a track record in and passion for digital marketing, with experience in paid digital media planning, buying and budget management.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience working on integrated digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing creative agencies to develop content and assets for paid digital campaigns.
- Experience in building and managing marketing campaigns on social platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn), Google Ad campaign types and programmatic advertising, taking decisions, testing and publishing without supervision.
- The ability to analyse user experience data with CRO testing, conduct A/B tests, optimise conversion funnels, improve user experience working with our Digital Product team to implement changes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Lead on the management and development of our ecommerce sites (Shop for life and Store). Working with agencies and wider teams to ensure consistent updates and optimisations, creating and executing data -driven campaigns to maximise conversions and deliver growth.
- Knowledge of a range of measuring tools (including GA4) and the ability to understand and translate data and analytics into insight that can be understood and applied by wider teams.
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Familiarity with owned, earned, and shared media.
- Experience creating and pitching business plans.
- Drupal website management and use of CMS.

The Digital Strategy team helps create and manage content across multiple digital platforms, all in service of advancing Open Society brand, advocacy, and issues.
Role Purpose:
This position will be responsible for harnessing the power of digital content, platforms, and performance data to amplify OSF’s advocacy efforts, brand identity, and issues.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital strategies to advance OSF's advocacy, issue, and brand identity goals.

Manage content across social platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and other digital mediums such as websites, videos, and email.

Oversee content calendars for social media, websites, email, and other digital channels; ensures all content aligns with OSF brand guidelines and messaging.

The ideal candidate:

About the role
Sightsavers Ireland, established in 2003, actively supports our global mission through the Global Citizenship Education (GCE) programme, part of our Irish Civil Society Partnership grant with Irish Aid. This programme aims to enhance awareness and understanding of disability-inclusive development and Ireland’s overseas aid initiatives.
The Global Citizenship Education Manager will oversee key indicators across various education settings, manage budgets, working groups, supplier relations, and deliver educational activities.
Responsibilities
- Implement the GCE programme, ensuring activities, resources, and projects align with the programme design and strategies.
- Achieve all indicators in the results framework.
- Meet IDEA Benchmark of self-assessment 4 and complete action plan activities.

About the role
This is a new role funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund that will enable the transformation of how the Trust supports volunteering by delivering a programme of volunteer and staff engagement and training, and leading the set up and migration to a new cloud-based volunteer management system. Our youth clubs and casework are transformative for young refugees, allowing young people who have fled danger, had traumatic journeys and who are often here alone, to find community and connection, have a space to be a young person and access support in addressing a whole range of practical challenges they face. We also draw on our evidence from working every day with young refugees and asylum seekers to call for change to the laws and policies which are harming young people.
The Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of our youth development programme for young refugees and asylum seekers.
You will be focused on ensuring our programme activities achieve our outcomes, are in line with our strategy and identify areas for change and development under the direction of the Head of Services. An excellent communicator and skilled at working with partners, you will be key in the implementation and running all of our weekly youth activities, including a Youth Club and Advice and Support Hub working closely with the Youth Development Worker and having oversight of our weekly Young Women’s group.
