We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Education, Training & Events Manager to develop and deliver professional education opportunities that raise awareness of bladder health and improve care.

You will take ownership of our calendar of study days, annual conference, and our webinar programme, while building strong partnerships with external organisations. The role also includes shaping and managing digital learning resources, enabling professionals to access high-quality training and educational content beyond live events. This is a new and exciting role with scope to grow, innovate, and expand our educational impact across a range of audiences including urologists, GPs, physiotherapists, urology nurses, occupational therapists, and addiction teams. Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Plan and deliver 2-3 in-person Study Days and 1 main conference per year tailored to healthcare professionals 

• Develop and run a new “Skills Day” with practical, hands-on training elements

• Manage all logistics: venues, registrations, speakers, sponsorships, delegate materials

• Deliver regular online webinars with healthcare professionals and patients (with support from the team)

• Work with the team to evaluate events and ensure content is of consistently high quality

• Draw on support from our specialist nurse (available to support you a few hours a week) for programme planning and clinical input

• Coordinate additional support from volunteers or interns where appropriate

• Plan and deliver an annual fundraising event 

• Plan an annual online or in-person sufferer education day 

Partnership Development

• Research, approach, and secure corporate sponsors and exhibitors to support BHUK’s education events, ensuring income targets are met and relationships are managed professionally

• Build relationships with professional bodies, NHS trusts, charities and training providers

• Explore joint training opportunities with aligned charities and organisations (e.g. MS Society, Parkinson’s UK, Spinal Injuries Association)

• Help extend Bladder Health UK’s educational reach into multidisciplinary networks and new regions

• Develop your own expertise and network in healthcare education by representing BHUK at external events and conferences

Digital Learning & Resources

• Coordinate the recording, storage, and structured access to educational sessions

• Repurpose content from events into shorter resources (e.g. videos, guides, modules) for ongoing professional development

• Research and recommend suitable platforms or tools for hosting digital learning resources

• Work closely with the team to promote access and increase engagement

Marketing & Communications

• Support promotion of all education events through email, social media, listings and partner channels

• Develop event materials such as agendas, speaker packs, certificates, and feedback forms

• Monitor attendance, engagement, and feedback to support continuous improvement

Person Specification

Essential:

• Proven experience in delivering professional or CPD-accredited events (virtual and in-person)

• Strong planning, organisational, and project management skills

• Excellent communication skills – confident engaging with healthcare audiences and sponsors

• Competence with digital tools (e.g. Zoom, Eventbrite/Humanitix, Canva, etc. or willing to learn)

• Ability to work independently within a small, collaborative team

• Experience working with corporate partners, including sponsorship or exhibition sales

Desirable:

• Knowledge or experience in healthcare, particularly urology, bladder health, or continence care

• Experience with digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, or LMS

This post represents an opportunity for the right candidate to join the UK’s founding personal safety charity and leading authority on stalking. 

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was born out of the tragic story of Suzy Lamplugh, a 25-year-old estate agent who went missing whilst at work in 1986, was never found, and was eventually declared deceased in 1993. The Trust was set up in Suzy’s name and continues to be a pioneer in reducing the risk and prevalence of abuse, aggression and violence - with a specific focus on stalking and harassment – through education, campaigning and support.

We are an organisation that has: 

• been responsible for training over one million lone and frontline workers across all sectors in personal safety; 

• campaigned heavily and played a pivotal role in driving changes in the law to better protect people across the UK; and 

• supported over 75,000 victims and survivors of stalking since the inception of our National Stalking Helpline and stalking advocacy service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the delivery and evaluation of national campaigns on workplace safety as well as stalking, harassment and other priority areas.

• Maintain effective relationships with civil servants, policy makers, national and local decision makers, and other campaigning bodies and build relevant networks of stakeholders.

• Proactively keep abreast of issues within the post-holder’s own portfolio, general criminal justice, personal safety and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) policy developments and up to date campaigning techniques.

• To undertake or commission research on specific policy areas as required.

• Develop policy recommendations, write policy and campaigns reports, lobby government and other decision makers and stakeholders, and respond on behalf of Suzy Lamplugh Trust to government enquiries, consultations or other relevant initiatives. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Policy and Campaigns Officer is responsible for supporting on Suzy Lamplugh Trust’s policy and campaigning work relating to reducing harassment, violence and aggression in society by addressing these issues at their root cause, working with employers to improve personal safety culture within organisations and seeking to influence policy and legislative change where necessary. This role will also support campaigns that ensure that victims of stalking receive better support and protection.

About the role

We are looking for two exceptional Heads of Philanthropy to join our team to significantly increase philanthropic income for faculty fundraising priorities across King’s College London.Within your application, please indicate which position you are applying to, or if you are happy to be considered for both positions.

One role will lead the Health, Science & Technology philanthropy team, and the other will lead the Arts & Social Sciences philanthropy team. Candidates will need to demonstrate curiosity and genuine interest in the academic areas that fall within the role, and work in partnership with King’s experts and other stakeholders to be successful.

King’s has an ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for Faculties as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising and engagement campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029. There is currently at least one major gift fundraiser working in each Faculty. Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.

We are looking for someone with a proven track-record of developing new, high value relationships, with experience of closing gifts at the six- and seven- figure level. They will need to demonstrate that they understand what is required to build and scale prospect portfolios. They should be intellectually curious and energised by the depth and breadth of King’s academic expertise, with particular interest and passion to work with senior university leaders and academics to secure funding for a range of priorities across either the Arts and Social Sciences, or Health, Science & Technology portfolio.

Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function in advance of the launch of the university’s next public fundraising campaign. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.

This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite  contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office, on King’s campuses or meeting donors externally. In this role, you’ll ensure our digital data from web, email, social media, and campaigns is accurate, reliable, and turned into clear, actionable insights that empower teams to make faster, evidence-based decisions. 

You will manage the implementation and quality assurance of tracking across platforms, monitor SEO and on-site search performance, and support the measurement and evaluation of campaigns and experiments. Working closely with Product, Content, and Marketing teams, you’ll embed robust measurement practices from the start of projects to help drive continuous improvement. 

You will be responsible for designing and building comprehensive data dashboards that combine digital data from multiple sources, to deliver accessible visual insights for various teams. You will set up, validate, and troubleshoot all data tracking and tagging across our platforms to ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy.

Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing data literacy across the organisation by providing guidance and training. You’ll act as a strategic partner by supporting the Insight & Digital Performance Lead to influence senior leaders and shape organisational priorities through data-driven insight.

Expected travel for this role is, quarterly in-person team meetings, 1–2 all-staff away days per year, plus additional travel to the London office and external meetings as required.

We’re looking for a Lead Service Designer to help shape how Capacity embeds user-centred and co-production approaches across our work. This is a senior design role in our Public Sector Innovation team, with a remit that is both internal (building Capacity’s design practice, tools, and standards) and external (leading service design on projects with partners, including local authorities and communities). We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Clinical Services Manager (Intake and Allocation), this role will be responsible for leading and coordinating the intake and allocation of clients to appropriate ongoing therapists. This role ensures timely, and client-centred access to help, and plays a pivotal part in maintaining service quality, client flow, and clinician capacity.

The role involves working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including clinical assessment teams, supervisors and clients to assign clinicians effectively.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Philanthropy fundraiser, to manage a portfolio of high level funders, whose support is vital to the work of Become.

Working closely with the Trusts and Philanthropy Manager and the wider Fundraising team, the postholder will research potential funders, write compelling grant applications, and build strong relationships with funders to ensure continued and increased support. They will have a strong track record of securing five/six-figure funding from trusts and foundations, and other giving vehicles, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Location

We are currently hybrid working: our team primarily works from home. In-person attendance at some meetings will be expected approximately once or twice every month, usually at our central hot-desking location in Old Street, London. For non-London based staff we will consider hot-desking options near you, if required. Additionally, as a charity providing services to England Become covers the cost of travel within England for essential in-person meetings. We are open to conversations about flexible working arrangements.

Platform’s North Sea Workers’ Transition project is building towards a managed phase-out of oil and gas extraction in the UK North Sea. We’re organising for an energy industry that protects the rights and livelihoods of the current oil and gas workforce and directs wealth back to communities, especially those impacted by industrial change.

We have been working with offshore oil and gas workers and their unions for 5+ years. In 2023, we published a groundbreaking set of 10 demands for a just energy transition away from fossil fuels co-created with offshore workers: Our Power: offshore workers’ demands for a just energy transition. Since publishing the report we have launched public advocacy and media campaigns based on these demands - working alongside industrial trade unions, national and grassroots climate groups, and oil and gas workers. We coordinate a first-of-its-kind coalition of industrial unions and climate groups working together on national worker transition demands.

As living conditions continue to decline and the climate crisis deepens, we are looking for a motivated and creative campaigner, who is able to lead the next stage of the project, and who has a strong understanding of anti-oppression and energy justice.

About the role

The Worker Transition Campaigns Manager will work closely with our Worker Organiser and Public and Community Ownership Campaigner, supported by our Organising and Advocacy Lead, Research Lead and Communications Lead.

You will be responsible for strategising, project managing and delivering the project. Activities will look like:

• Coordinating an existing coalition of climate groups and trade unions, including holding relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders across movements;
• Developing and delivering political advocacy and public campaigns strategies to win Our Power demands - including public ownership of energy - at a UK and Scottish Government level;

This includes line managing 1-2 staff members after the 6 month probation period and attending collective management meetings. 

Role Details
