The Role
We are seeking a Funding and Impact Manager to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. This is a pivotal role where you’ll blend strategic fundraising with impact storytelling, ensuring our programmes remain high-quality, sustainable, and far-reaching.

- Secure sustainable income streams through grants, trusts, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.

- Build and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and supporters.
- Use and improve our CRM (Beacon) to manage funding pipelines and track programme outcomes.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be:
- Experienced in third-sector fundraising and income generation.
- Skilled in monitoring and evaluation with the ability to turn data into insights and impact stories.

Experience with CRM systems and/or data visualisation (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage.

About the Role
The busy Supporter Development team cover a number of areas including raffles, lottery, membership, regular giving, reactivation, consent management, gift aid and cash giving. As Supporter Development Officer, you will deliver campaigns and activities for the Supporter Development side of the Individual Giving team, successfully managing the supporter development activity in line with the agreed annual targets and the Fundraising Strategy. Working with the Senior Supporter Development Officer and the Supporter Development Manager, you will deliver the supporter development roadmap, continuously monitoring performance and making improvement recommendations.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing integrated donor journeys on channels such as online, post and social, with a donor centric approach.
- Inputting into and delivering the Fundraising Strategy within the Supporter Development Team.
- Working within the Supporter Development Team to deliver a donor centric lifetime value optimised approach.
- Reporting on the targets and KPIs of campaign activity.
- Applying a test and learn strategy for supporter journeys, and sharing learnings with the Supporter Development Team, upskilling team knowledge and experience within key areas of delivery.
- Project managing campaigns and activity including expenditure budgets.
- Working closely and in partnership with external agencies to deliver campaign activity.
About You
You will have demonstrable experience of managing fundraising or customer service campaigns and activities and project management experience. With proven track record of working within a team environment with complex internal stakeholders, you will have experience of managing direct marketing budgets and of supporting direct marketing analysis to enhance the performance of channels, products, and specific appeals.

Main Responsibilities
A Senior Organiser is mastering the craft of community organising and taking increasing responsibility for developing major campaigns, managing budgets and managing staff. They operate with a high degree of independence and are significant contributors to CUK-wide functions such as training. Senior Organisers model the broad-based community organising methodology in their work including the building of relational power, the recruitment and retention of dues-paying institutions, the development of leaders, the strengthening of member institutions, leader-led public actions, and the winning of systemic change.

Scope of role
The Debt Technical Supervisor is responsible for supporting Debt Advisers to ensure the delivery of accurate, effective, and tailored advice to over-indebted clients. This role involves conducting debt-advice interview observations, reviewing case files, and identifying training needs for advisers. The Debt Technical Supervisor provides real-time support and constructive feedback, helping advisers navigate complex cases and ensuring they have access to the necessary resources and information. Additionally, the role includes auditing delivery partner organisations to prepare them for external reviews and supporting them in meeting compliance and quality standards. The supervisor will collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to promote best practices, address risks, and contribute to the continuous professional development of advisers.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

Main Purpose of Job
The Youth and Employability Senior Manager will oversee the successful delivery, development, and sustainability of the youth and employability department. Ensuring activities and programmes are impactful, high quality and accessible. You will ensure that all activity is delivered to a high operational standard and that it is aligned with the organisation’s values, and meets the needs of the young people involved.
Managing a dynamic team, the Youth and Employability Senior Manager, will have a strong background in either youth work and/or education and skills. They will champion young people in all they do, upholding a culture of reflective practice and youth voice across programme design.
The Senior Manager for Youth and Employability will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners at all levels. The Selection Criteria Essential
- Degree, professional qualification or experience in a relevant field (Youth work, Education, Social Sciences).
- An awareness of current socio-economic issues and trends which may affect young people and youth employment in the areas we work in.
- Experience in managing multifaceted programmes to support young people to develop skills and/or into work.
- Experience of, or a strong understanding of, how to support young people from vulnerable (e.g. homeless, young carer, etc) or underrepresented groups (women and girls, ethnic minorities), including those facing barriers to education, employment, or training.
- Proven experience of effective stakeholder management and working in partnership with local businesses/ professional partners, schools, colleges, and universities.
- Demonstrable experience (at least 2 years) of working with young people and children to inspire, motivate and support them to develop new skills.
- Experience of leadership, managing teams and a department.
- Proven track record in planning and project management.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of youth engagement and operational standards in youth settings. Including budget management, risk assessments, session planning and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate with particular emphasis on Microsoft and CRM packages
- Knowledge of and a commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity and data protection.
- Willingness to regularly travel within the allocated work areas to fulfil programme outcomes. Able to work flexible hours in line with programme delivery.

- A relevant postgraduate qualification or alternative professional qualification.
- Good knowledge of the local area and demographics (Hounslow, Ealing neighbouring boroughs).
- Experience of co-designing services with young people.

About this key role
