We are seeking a qualified Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The ISVA will work across London to provide non-judgmental, trauma-informed emotional support, working in partnership with other London sexual violence support services.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the ISVA role as well as a friendly and relational approach to working with clients. You will have the ability to build trusting relationships, work in an empowering and inclusive way and support clients to heal following sexual abuse and develop coping capacity. You will be a self-motivated individual who will engage with a wider range of people who have experience sexual violence, and other barriers to justice.

About the role:
We are looking for a very confident, outgoing go-getter who loves using their gregarious personality to influence and enthuse people to get results but also enjoys being organised with strong admin processes. You will be a part of a small but dynamic marketing and fundraising team and working with an Events and Engagement Officer.
This is a critical role for generating essential funds for the charity. You will love a challenge and be goal orientated. About the LATA Foundation
The LATA Foundation was established in 2007 by members of the Latin America Travel Association (LATA) to support social and conservation projects throughout Latin America. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to maintain the ongoing progress of the Foundation and continue moving the Foundation forward, building on the work of the Fundraising and Volunteer Manager.
We are seeking maternity cover for the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager starting November/December 2025. The position will be open until the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager returns to work, or 14 months from commencement, whichever is sooner (no later than end of 2026). The exact end date is contingent on the postholder's confirmed return and may change within that limit, we will provide a minimum of four weeks’ notice of any adjustment.
About the role
The postholder will lead on fundraising including income generation, strengthen donor stewardship and communications, and coordinate the effective contribution of our volunteer network. Acting as the Foundation’s principal fundraiser and a key public representative, you will design and deliver fundraising campaigns and partnerships; produce clear, impact-led communications across channels; and ensure volunteer activity is planned, resourced, and aligned to organisational priorities.

Fundraising
- Lead regular-giving acquisition and onboarding; plan and deliver fundraising initiatives/events with the team.

Donor Communications
- Own the communications calendar and delivery (newsletters, e-shots, key messaging) and steward donor relationships.

Role Purpose
RISE strives for a world where people can lead safe, purposeful lives as a result of better relationships within families and communities; where harmful behaviour is marginalised and fewer people, are victims of crime. In order to create safe communities, RISE empowers people to break their cycle of harmful behaviour. RISE’s programmes challenge attitudes and facilitate long-lasting behaviour change and are driven by the belief that people, including children and young people, can make better decisions, given the right support. RISE are specialists in designing and delivering evidence-based, transformative behaviour change courses within the criminal justice system and wider community.
The Advanced Practitioner will manage a caseload of 70% which will involve direct work with service users. The post holder is also required to coach, mentor and develop staff and deliver regular workshops to enhance their skills and expertise in specific area. Additionally, there is a requirement to exercise enhanced responsibilities in relation to conducting specialist risk assessments and work with service users and families. Such responsibilities will include the ability to demonstrate enhanced levels of practice, competence/skills in areas such as direct practice with service users, children and families, multi-agency working, knowledge of organisational systems and processes and the wider social policy context.
The post holder will be required to represent RISE when meeting with external commissioners and key stakeholders, as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery – 70% of workload
- Engage in direct practice with service users, children and families including, where appropriate, co-working with other practitioners (to develop their skills and expertise).
- Use initiative to make decisions to ensure continuity of service delivery.
- Promote and represent RISE Mutual CIC services as required at relevant events.
- Develop excellent relationships with our customers and something like respond positively to their needs.
- Promote high standards of service delivery and lead on internal audits to ensure the quality assurance framework is adhered to.
- Liaise with statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations and participate and facilitate multi-disciplinary and inter-agency working (including involvement in case conferences and reviews). This includes prisons.
- Support the practitioners in arranging cover where there is advance warning of absence and keep the Service Manager informed.
Record Keeping
- Support the day-to-day delivery of key projects.
- Maintain clear records of work undertaken and ensure service integrity.
- Establish and maintain methods to monitor suitability and risk assessments and share good practice.
- Complete specialist risk assessments, and reports and upload on the CRM system.
- Support practitioners to record information effectively on CRM system and follow the RISE recording convention.
Product Design and Development
- Partake in design and development of new interventions, including writing an associated manual and training programme.
- Train identified RISE practitioners to deliver specific interventions, whether this is one-to-one or programmes.
- Be responsible for testing/piloting and familiarisation of new intervention and overseeing delivery of facilitators assigned to the contract.
- Act as main point of contact as the technical expert on the project.
- Attend performance review meetings and deputise if required by the Service Manager or Team leader.
Quality Assurance
- in line with the Quality Assurance Framework, quality assure services and programmes being delivered on the contracts, according to the QA Framework in line with recognised procedures.
- Support practitioners to adhere to a quality assurance framework to ensure there is synergy with the delivery of key performance indicators.
- Ensure effective planning for the delivery of the intervention to achieve quality standards and meet contract requirements.
- Support staff to deliver quality assessments, reports and achieve good outcomes with service users.
- Provide support and advice to other team members in relation to their practice and professional development which may include coaching and mentoring staf.
Evidence & Research
- Design intake/exit questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of a specific intervention on an ongoing basis, using intake/exit questionnaires, stakeholder, and service user feedback, and adapt it accordingly.
- Support and assist colleagues with the implementation of the Evidence & Research framework for these contracts. Work with research institutions that partner with RISE to contribute to the evaluation of the impact of our new programmes and services.
- Build good thought leadership in a particular area of work delivered within RISE.
Learning and Development
- Deliver training for commissioners and RISE staff.
- Deliver coaching and support workshops and/or Action Learning sets to help staff develop and improve skills, competence and knowledge in RISE interventions.

- Contribute to the learning and development of students and others as required. Arrange training, with support from the Service Manager, as requested.

Summary of the role:
The Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of MAUK’s campaigns. By effectively bringing all campaign stakeholders together and ensuring campaigns are delivered to budget and in a timely manner the role is responsible for assisting with strategic planning, reviewing and development of MAUK’s campaign diary.
About the Role:
- Coordinate the design, scheduling, and delivery of integrated campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and delivery across teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in developing audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement and impact.
- Develop comprehensive email and SMS engagement approaches that tie into broader supporter engagement strategies with tailored and segmented email campaigns.
- Develop email journeys and/or triggered emails for multiple initiatives, monitoring performance and making the required adjustments where necessary.
- Collaborate with creative and branding suppliers to develop campaign visuals, assets, and idents that reflect the organisation’s identity and resonate with target audiences.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience coordinating marketing or fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven experience building, testing, and delivering email and SMS campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of campaign planning, supporter journeys, and audience segmentation.
- Strong project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and proof campaign copy.
- Strong measurement, analytical, systematic thinking, planning and organisational skills.

Donor Support Officer (Maternity Cover)

About the Role
The Donor Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Trust’s ambitions to grow and diversify its membership base. This includes providing efficient administration for individual and corporate donors, delivering high-quality customer service, and helping to strengthen member relationships through proactive engagement and milestone recognition. The role directly contributes to the success of the Trust’s urban nature conservation work by ensuring a positive and seamless experience for supporters.
You’ll be based at the Wildlife Trust’s Head Office at Centre of the Earth, 42 Norman Street, Birmingham, B18 7EP, with some work at our EcoPark site in Small Heath and occasional travel across the region and nationally.
Key responsibilities
·Provide administrative support for membership recruitment and fundraising campaigns such as upgrade campaigns, lead generation campaigns and fundraising appeals.
· Accurate data entry into the Trust’s CRM database, including communication records and changes to payment details, changes to Direct Debits information, gift aid declaration, contact information and marketing preferences.
· Prepare contact lists of new members and lapsed members, to either complete or coordinate welcome/leaver calls as appropriate
· Provide professional and high-quality customer service when communicating with prospective or active member and donor enquiries including via telephone and by monitoring the membership and other inboxes.
· Complete membership renewal processes including the handling of payment by cheques, cash and credit/debit card payments.
· Collate and issue new member welcome letters, welcome packs and Direct Debit confirmation letters in a timely fashion.
· Issue written and / or oral ‘thank you’ communications to members and donors.
· Stock management of member magazine resources and place orders with suppliers.
· Raise purchase orders for commission-based membership recruitment and process clawback claims accordingly.
· Support with the co-ordination and administration of member-only events such as AGM.
· Comply with the Trusts’ Data Protection Policy and ensuring confidentiality of all donor data.
· Maintain awareness of trends in the fundraising sector – particularly membership.
About You
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
· Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
· Strong communication skills and able to work independently
· Experience in the charity sector is desirable
