The Assistant Director of Income Generation is responsible for driving income and engagement across our fundraising portfolio, including Individual Giving, Legacy, Community, Corporate, Trusts and Major Donors.  Ensuring we build and develop a breadth of strong relationships with supporters, and deliver a calendar of impactful appeals, fundraising activities and compelling propositions that maximise income and life time value.  The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Income and Engagement and the Assistant Director of Audience Engagement to ensure we deliver income targets and maximise opportunities to deepen understanding and commitment, ensuring decision making is driven by insight and analysis.

This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work.  As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes – together contributing to the fulfilment of our long term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.

Role responsibilities

· Lead the team to deliver our income generation strategy, meeting income targets based on long term financial forecasts, by driving growth and retention across existing supporters through outstanding stewardship and innovative products and activities that uplift and convert support, as well as proactively developing new opportunities, compelling propositions and relationships.

· Ensure that income reporting is accurate, timely, and accessible, and that teams are equipped with and utilising supporter data and insight to drive decision making.

· Maximise the opportunities for integration across our fundraising and mobilisation activity by working closely with the Assistant Director of Audience Engagement, and driving engagement and collaboration across teams.

· Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships across the organisation to support and champion fundraising.

The role focuses on providing high-quality support to individuals in mental health crisis. You will assist clients during their stay, helping to reduce immediate distress and develop plans to prevent future crises. This includes working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary mental health services to ensure effective, multi-agency support. All interventions should reflect the organisation's values and commitment to recovery, co-production, and person-centred care, while following established policies and procedures.

You bring strong experience supporting individuals with mental health and dual diagnosis needs, demonstrating a compassionate and professional approach to helping people in distress. With experience working alongside statutory services such as the NHS, you understand the demands of front-line service delivery and the importance of integrated, multi-agency collaboration. You maintain a strong awareness of health and safety standards and safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both clients and colleagues.

Technically proficient, you are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and online platforms to record information accurately, communicate effectively, and manage administrative tasks. Your good literacy and numeracy skills allow you to produce clear, professional written correspondence and maintain accurate records.

Flexible and reliable, you are prepared to work Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays, to ensure continuous, high-quality support for service users. Your approach combines professionalism, empathy, and resilience—qualities that enable you to deliver excellent care in demanding and dynamic environments.

When will I be working?

You will be working on a shift rota Monday to Sunday to include every other weekend 39 hours a week

Our Client is a UK charity supporting vulnerable women and families facing unexpected pregnancy or pregnancy loss. Through supported housing, a helpline and counselling service, and practical, non-judgemental support, this Charity helps pregnant women, often aged 16-25 and in crisis due to homelessness, abuse, or other trauma, build safer, more stable futures. Grounded in the universal values of Humanity, Solidarity, Community, Charity and the Common Good, the Charity is strengthening philanthropy to increase impact nationwide. The team is now looking to appoint a Philanthropy Manager, and Prospectus is leading the search.

Philanthropy Manager

Part time, 21 hours per week over 3 days

Home-based with frequent travel to supporter locations; occasional travel to Leamington Spa Head Office

£36,000-£40,000 per annum (FTE)

The Philanthropy Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated major donors, developing inspiring, personalised supporter journeys that deepen engagement and secure repeat and increased gifts. Working within a committed and supportive team, you'll raise awareness of the Charity's services, build mutually beneficial relationships, and deliver sustainable long-term support through thoughtful cultivation, compelling proposals, and excellent stewardship.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and wider fundraising colleagues, you will proactively identify and research prospects, plan targeted approaches, and lead solicitations. The role will also engage with senior church contacts (e.g. Archbishops and diocesan representatives) who have a history of support; while the Charity is non-religious and non-political, you'll bring sensitivity and confidence operating within these settings to advance shared philanthropic goals.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of securing four- and five-figure gifts, crafting persuasive cases for support, and managing high-value pipelines from identification to stewardship. You'll be a collaborative relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication, rigorous research skills, and the ability to tailor engagement for diverse audiences while upholding the Charity's values and client-centred ethos.

We are recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner - Change for a national charity based in London. This role is for an ASAP start and in terms of hybrid requires two days presence in the office minimum.

In this role you'll be a key driver of organisational change, working closely with People Business Partners, the Transformation Office, and Communications teams. You'll lead the full lifecycle of structural change, with a particular focus on Employee Relations-ensuring that all people impacts are well-managed, risks are mitigated, and our values are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change projects with a focus on people impact, engagement, and alignment with our culture.
• Own and manage consultations, providing expert Employee Relations advice and ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
• Navigate complex ER issues during change programmes, offering clear, practical guidance to stakeholders and supporting fair, transparent outcomes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of structural change, including planning, consultation, and administration.
• Collaborate with communications teams to ensure change messages are joined up, authentic, and aligned.
• Support organisational design and development using best practice methodologies.
• Improve internal processes by co-creating smarter systems and experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Use data and insight to inform decisions and design targeted interventions.
• Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping uncover root causes and drive meaningful action.
• Work closely with internal HR experts across Recruitment, Reward, L&D, D&I, and especially Employee Relations to ensure the right support is in place at the right time.
