Job Summary

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.

In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

You will:

· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.

· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.

· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.

· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.

· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

The role requires:

Key Responsibilities – Supporting ADHD/ Autistic Adults

Providing individualised task-based support

· Provide one-to-one ad hoc, tailored support for pre-and post-diagnosis (with the support to be co-produced by the service user). This support may include, but is not limited to:

· Practical support with communication or executive functioning tasks and activities such as making calls, form filling, applying for benefits, and planning their week.

· Working within a “help you to do it” model, encouraging skill building and self-advocacy.

· Support with applications for further education and employment

· Maintain and update our public-facing ADHD Resource Board, and foster relationships with other support organisations to strengthen our signposting and referral pathways.

Facilitate Support Groups

· Facilitate twice-monthly ADHD Groups.

· Facilitate Parent and Carers Support group.

· Facilitate monthly pre-diagnosis support group.

· Facilitate Coffee Connect social group for ADHD and autistic adults.

· Facilitate quarterly Professional Connect Forum.

· When agreed in advance with manager provide cover for other colleagues’ projects.

Facilitate Courses and Workshops

· Deliver a 6-week Understanding my ADHD Course for newly diagnosed ADHD adults.

Front of house support and referrals process

The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.

SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.

CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication. 

Other Responsibilities  - Wider support

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.

· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.

· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.

· Contribute to the development and delivery of training for professionals and the community by:

· Using inclusive, evidence-based language and approaches

· Tailoring content to meet the needs of different audiences

· Supporting outreach and promotion of CAAS’s training offer related to ADHD and autism in adults

Other Responsibilities  - Organisational

· To create resources and content to be used within our adult services by clients and colleagues.

· To provide written reports as required by professional agencies and CAAS.

About this role

We are seeking a Finance Assistant with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, and good inter-personal skills to join our friendly Finance Team of Yeldall Manor. Stewardship

• Monitoring the fundraising inbox, acting as a first point of contact for a wide range of supporters and enquirers.
• Developing individual giving income through enhanced communications, great stewardship and supporting on fundraising appeals.
• Nurturing our regular givers and looking for ways to grow our regular-giving donor base.
• Completing thanking processes efficiently for donations.
• Developing and managing tools and resources to support fundraising events such as sending out t-shirts, posters, flyers, donation boxes and fundraising packs when requested.
• Liaising with the communications team to create promotional materials to advertise events through the website and social media channels to increase engagement.

Administration

About the role

Reporting in to the Head of Impact for the Multi Country Cluster region (MCC), the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Lead will lead Christian Aid’s MEAL and as part of the MCC Senior Management Team, will work across Humanitarian, Development and Advocacy programmes in MCC countries to drive impact.

The role will work closely with partners and together identify areas for accompaniment support. 

The post-holder will lead in the development, implementation and monitoring of Christian Aid, donor and sector MEAL approaches and requirements, providing effective and timely support (including capacity building) to programme staff and partner organisations, ensuring high-impact initiatives to maximise our impact. 

The role will develop and promote Christian Aid’s profile and visibility with donors, sector stakeholders and beyond foster a mindset of connection, as well as drive digital technology and decolonised approaches in MEAL across all Christian Aid programming, share their ideas and insights.

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people through supporting the Army Cadet Force and its activities in the community. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Key tasks

Finance

• Manage day to day finances using Xero, ensuring payments are made as scheduled
• Perform all day-to-day bookkeeping duties using Xero and Excel
• Maintain all necessary accounting records including invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
• Ensure payments are made as scheduled and processed through the bank
• Review and maintain supplier records, (including subscriptions, memberships, insurance etc.) 
• Maintain accurate financial information regarding donations and grants, including sources of donations and Gift Aid
• Assist with Annual Reports and Accounts process and with annual audit process

Systems administration

• Act as main point of contact for our IT support provider and main systems administrator on our databases (Beacon) and project management tool – no prior experience of these systems is required but you must have a willingness to learn.
• Act as GDPR officer, ensuring data retention and GDPR compliance across the organisation.
• Maintain and update records and processes on project management software.
• Maintain an effective filing and data management system for the organisation across Microsoft SharePoint
• Induct and train staff on new systems and processes.

HR support

• Coordinate the recruitment and induction of staff and contractors.
• Maintain Rosa’s staff handbook, ensuring agreed changes are implemented.
• Lead on Health and Safety compliance across the organisation
• Assist in the policy development and policy review schedule.

Governance support

• Service quarterly Board of Trustee meetings, including collating and formatting of papers
• Maintain accurate Trustee records
• Manage information relating to the Charity, including legal documentation required by external bodies

Grant Administration support

• Process funding awards, including processing payments
• Updating and reconciling grants database with financial management system and 360 giving data
• Undertake regular database cleaning ensuring data is stored correctly.

Philanthropy and Partnerships support

• Assist in the organisation of events
• Support in the transition to a new fundraising database
• Support the recording and reconciliation of donations on the fundraising database, ensuring records are maintained and up to date

Senior People & Culture Associate – Contracts

The Senior People & Culture Associate for Contracts provides administrative support across a variety of functions supporting the recruitment, hiring and consultant lifecycle of Internews Europe (UK) and Internews International (France) Personal Services Contractors. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, with other duties upon request:  

· Draft personal services contracts and modifications for both Internews Europe and Internews International 

· Review contract requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure adherence to organisational and international hiring regulations, tailoring needs to those of Internews Europe, Internews International and the overarching Alliance

· Liaise with program teams to explain and advise on policies and best practices

· Lead collaboration with PMUs to find suitable solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders for PSC contracts and modifications 

· Distribute and track contract documents through electronic signature software, proactively setting reminders and ensuring documents are signed within service level commitment timeline 

· Create and maintain accurate, up to date contractor records 

· Run regular, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or ad-hoc personnel reports 

· Provide support and reporting on personnel data for internal and external organizational audits 

· Perform background screens as required for long-term consultants 

· Perform regular data audits within specific HR systems, updating data as needed in response to data audit findings

· Co-Manage contracts request inbox, ensuring individual tasks are picked up, processed, and archived

· Perform vetting upon new contract process, clearing false hits or escalating results as needed

· Determine necessary compliance documentation and approvals for each contract or modification including ERGO pre-approvals, RRSAs, Right to Work checks, etc.

· Initiate the process of acquiring necessary approvals including liaising with other teams and ensure outcomes have been documented in an auditable manner

· Pro-actively flag and support updates to SOP documents for recruitment processes as requested

· Cross-train on a range of other HR duties and support as needed

· Review and track Conflict of Interest disclosures as needed

· Support clearance of consultant conflict of interest disclosures, escalating disclosure as needed

· Provide support, coordination, and project management to wider HRPC projects and priorities as required

· Complete ERP data entry and maintenance for all IEU and II PSCs as well as locally engaged staff

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. • Lead and motivate the Gaming and Influencer Officer by providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.

 Gaming Group Wish

• Oversee the entire gaming group wish development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

• Leverage storytelling to engage with gaming influencers within the gaming community

 Partnership Development:

• Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, including publishers, hardware manufacturers, distributors, and platform holders.

• Collaborate with Brand and Corporate Partnerships to ensure the content and pitch is engaging for partnerships, campaigns and promotions.

Campaign Execution:

Performance Analysis:

Budget Management:

• Manage the budget for gaming and influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources in line with operational needs.
• Ensure cost-efficiency and return on investment for game projects.

Wishgranting:

• Support connections to help grant wishes for children with gaming-related wishes by establishing relationships with industry partners, networks and individuals who can help.

The Third Age Trust currently provides members with access to two systems to aid them in the running of their u3a.

Beacon is an online membership and activity management system for u3as. It provides a simple interface for managing members, groups and finances. Beacon currently provides over 650 individual u3as with over 300,000 members with a secure, efficient and effective means of managing their day-to-day business functions. 

SiteWorks offers a website presence solution for u3as, Networks and Regions. A volunteer-led team provide WordPress websites on a managed platform. SiteWorks provides over 700 u3as with a website presence.

A central aspect of this role will be working closely with volunteers; the service manager will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the ongoing operation of both these systems. Historically theses services have largely been managed by volunteer teams, whose commitment and expertise have been vital to the success of both systems. Going forward the service manager will provide oversight and accountability for these critical systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
