We have an exciting opportunity for a Caseworker (known internally as an Integrated Support Service- Perpetrator Link Worker) working 37.5 hours a week.

About the role:

This role is based in either our Stafford or Stoke on Trent office, but will operate across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. Travel is expected; as is providing victim support in person, usually at VS offices or at community venues.

As an ISS you will be:

  • the link worker between the behaviour change service and the victim service;
  • ensuring risk information is shared appropriately and used to inform internal and external actions;
  • communicating between the two services; exchanging referrals and information; contacting victims and liaising with them
  • delivering support to victims during programme intervention and beyond, where necessary, holding a caseload and providing direct support to partners/ex partners in accordance with their wishes and needs;
  • ensuring partner agencies are aware of the integrated service and have due regard to its purpose
  • delivering partner training and/or awareness sessions for enhancing relationships with partners and other stakeholders.
