About this role

Women and Girls Network’s (WGN) Administration & Bookings Officers (ABO) have day-to-day responsibility for coordinating the bookings for all of our clinical services. The role
This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of a wide range of training programmes and workshops, both online and in person, for early career researchers across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for an effective communicator and team player, confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers, course participants, network members, and partner organisations. You will take responsibility for coordinating event logistics, maintaining participant records, preparing communications, and ensuring that training materials are kept up to date and accessible.
A core duty of the role will be supporting the delivery of engaging and inclusive training opportunities, helping to identify and address the diverse needs of participants. This will involve working collaboratively to improve processes, providing feedback on participant experiences, and contributing to the development of new training initiatives. About the role:
The postholder will support the delivery of a specialist domestic abuse (DA) project in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) in the London borough of Brent. The role aims to raise awareness and promote best practice in responding to domestic abuse across CLCH staff, improving support for patients impacted by domestic abuse. This will involve delivering training, workshops, and guidance to health professionals, providing consultancy on embedding DA response pathways, and helping CLCH navigate referrals to local domestic abuse support agencies. The role combines professional training, advocacy, and systems change to strengthen the health sector’s response to domestic abuse. The postholder will work across the Brent borough, attending community hubs and co-locating to deliver services when needed.
The postholder may be approached by staff seeking advice or consultation regarding male victims of domestic abuse. While the role’s primary focus remains on supporting women, the postholder will be open to supporting male victims through appropriate signposting and referral guidance. They will also be willing to undertake relevant training (e.g. Respect toolkit) to ensure inclusive and informed responses. Training will be provided.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Advisor & Trainer you will need the below experience and skills:
- A thorough understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and promoting engaging training and learning sessions on domestic abuse, tailored to professionals and stakeholders across a variety of settings.
- Experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders as well as experience of working within in multi-agency environment.
- Ability to provide consultancy and guidance to multidisciplinary teams on domestic abuse-related issues, offering informed advice and support.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and stakeholders.

The team is based at our busy community centre from where it offers a range of services from community meals, art classes to gardening services and digital support. We support older and disabled people living in Fulham, London. Much of our work is delivered by volunteers, so this post is critical to our service delivery. You will recruit, induct, and coordinate volunteers; including leading our Good Neighbours Scheme and Befriending Scheme and supporting the recruitment for all other projects.
About you: You will have experience of volunteering and in coordinating volunteers or staff, and have strong organisational and communication skills. You will be pro-active and diligent and able to solve problems as they arise. You will be a 'first point of contact' for people getting in touch with FGN, and so you will have a welcoming, and compassionate demeanour and be able to represent FGN at events (partnership meetings, volunteer recruitment drives, fairs, etc). You will enjoy working with older people and those with disabilities.
The role is based at our community centre in Fulham, Rosaline Hall (70 Rosaline Rd, SW6 7QT) with WFH potentially available for 4/5 of working hours.Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday. 35 hours per week. The Landscape Recovery team was set up as a response to the urgency of the inextricably linked nature and climate emergencies. The purpose of this team is to encourage and facilitate cross-Wildlife Trust action on landscape scale recovery, inject the rewilding approaches into the work of the Wildlife Trusts, coordinate land management activities where scale-economies are clear and to substantially increase funding for nature’s recovery across the Wildlife Trusts. The team is developing a range of programmes where RSWT acts as a ‘collective vehicle’ for groups of Trusts. For example, RSWT is leading a programme of peatland restoration through the Precious Peatlands project. Opportunities for such programmes are increasing – the UK is at a tipping point where either wildlife continues to decline or we finally grasp the opportunities of nature’s recovery.
About You
Working closely with colleagues at the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts and with Local Wildlife Trusts, the Land Management Practice Officer will support The Wildlife Trusts Nature Reserves community of practice. This role will focus primarily, in the first instance, on supporting local Wildlife Trusts to reduce their pesticide use.
The post will help Trusts develop and share knowledge, skills and capacity in the realm of pesticide use reduction and, where possible, also across other aspects of land management. This work will support Goal 1 – Nature’s Recovery – of the Wildlife Trusts’ Strategy 2030.
You will be a highly organised, collaborative, and an experienced individual adept at managing customer focussed relationships. You will understand the needs of the Wildlife Trusts and the context in which they operate. You will be an excellent communicator – proficient at running meetings, organising information and putting together reports.

The Senior Funding and Development Officer plays a key role at DPI, working to ensure that income meets the organisation’s needs, and in support of achieving the strategic objectives through the development and management of fundraising and donor relations.
The Senior Funding and Development Officer is responsible for identifying and pursuing diverse funding streams; writing applications, reporting back and progress letters to meet existing and future funders’ guidelines; monitoring the implementation of projects to ensure funders’ guidelines are met; and liaising with funders and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Fundraising and Grants Administration
• Leads the development and delivery of short, medium and long-term fundraising strategies for DPI
• Identifies and nurtures the successful implementation of appropriate grant funding and contracting
• Researches and assesses DPI’s eligibility in line with DPI strategy and donor criteria
• Produces and submits grants proposals, expressions of interest and donor reports
