The role covers 3 related entities: Society of London Theatre (SOLT, a limited company), UK Theatre (UKT, a limited company) and Theatre Development Trust (TDT, a charity). As Governance and Compliance Manager, you will be primarily accountable for ensuring that that the organisations operate within the relevant legal, regulatory, and good practice frameworks, including in relation to company law, data protection, contract management and - for TDT - charity regulations. As membership organisations, SOLT and UKT operate in the interest of their members and as set out in their respective Articles. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the role involves liaising with board, senior management, and external regulatory bodies to support best practice in governance, risk management, and compliance.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Enterprise and Sales Manager to drive and develop Clean Break’s commercial income generation, maximising the income potential of our building and expertise through an ambitious hires and training programme.

You will bring experience of driving commercial business in the cultural or charitable sector, with skills and knowledge of either launching new products or achieving success in breaking into new markets. You’ll have excellent client relationship skills, with experience of converting interest into sales and may have found success in brokering lucrative corporate relationships in a non-profit setting.  

You’ll have a strategic approach to sales with experience of achieving targets and will be skilled in monitoring and analysing finances to develop concise reporting and sales projections.

You will be pivotal in securing new business for Clean Break’s training and hires offers, delivering strategic marketing plans and driving lucrative relationships with cultural organisations and businesses.

We are looking to speak to candidates with a strong leadership skillset, stakeholder management skills, and digital transformation experience. This postholder will manage a team of five and will play a pivotal role in driving Girlguiding’s strategic plans; this individual will be responsible for developing the roadmap and setting the direction for Girlguiding’s Digital Futures Programme.

Essential requirements for this role include:

· Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills that engender confidence, strong collaboration and partnership – a strong partnership worker and alliance build

· Proven financial expertise including contract negotiation and supplier management, establishing and improving supplier performance standards and managing multi-year and multi million pound budgets

· Strong digital portfolio management skills relating to product and programme lifecycle management

· Strong management skills to develop, support and maintain high performing teams

· Proven track record of the successful designing, communicating and delivery of digital and IT transformation programmes focused on adapting the culture of an organisation and the resulting stakeholder experience

· Senior leadership experience of enterprise IT leadership across digital, data and technology fields, working in complex, matrix stakeholder environments

· In-depth understanding of programme management methods

· Deep knowledge and understanding of technology enterprise architectures including digital technologies, software development, and IT infrastructure

· A practical understanding of diversity and inclusion at work

Job Purpose:

You will be joining Women in Prison’s new fundraising team which secures funding from a range of sources including individual donors, corporate supporters, and charitable trusts and foundations. We are looking for someone who can work flexibly to support the administrative and operational needs across different areas in the team including major donor giving, individual giving, trusts and foundations and legacy giving.

Day to day tasks will include managing the fundraising team’s administration function, carrying out prospect research, thanking donors and donation tracking, and providing support for various fundraising activities such as supporter/cultivation events. You will also build productive relationships with individual supporters and organisations through the delivery of exceptional supporter care.
