Oasis Hub Waterloo is looking for an experienced and ambitious fundraiser to lead the next chapter of our fundraising journey.

For over 20 years we’ve been serving our local community through an integrated model that brings together education, community services and church. We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support Medair UK’s engagement with Trusts and Foundations in the United Kingdom. As an integral part of the team you will help enable support for Medair's life-saving work responding to conflict, disease, and disaster so that the world’s most vulnerable and hard-to reach people can live with dignity and hope.

As a good communicator with excellent written skills and strong attention to detail, you will have the ability to produce compelling funding applications and donor reports. You will be proactive, highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Key Activity Areas  

Lead Generation - Trusts and Foundations  

• Support the identification and research of new Trusts and Foundations aligned with Medair's funding priorities, maintaining a pipeline of prospective funders. 

• Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized Trusts and Foundations, progressing relationships through the donor journey and supporting their ongoing engagement with Medair. 

• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles, briefing notes and background information to support fundraising approaches and applications. 

• Work closely with the Head of Trusts and Foundations to identify opportunities to develop new funding relationships and increase support from existing partners. 

Communications - Trusts and Foundations 

• Prepare high-quality funding applications, letters of enquiry, cases for support and reports for Trusts and Foundations. 

• Support the delivery of stewardship plans for Trust and Foundation partners, helping to ensure funders remain engaged with Medair's work. 

• Build positive relationships with trust representatives through written communications, meetings, events and other engagement opportunities. 

• Ensure all grants are acknowledged appropriately and that donor communications are delivered in a timely manner. 

Planning, Monitoring and Pipeline Management 

• Maintain accurate records of Trust and Foundation activity, applications, grants and contacts within Salesforce. 

• Monitor application and reporting deadlines, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time. 

• Ensure grants are correctly allocated to Medair programmes and that funding information is recorded and tracked throughout the grant lifecycle. 

• Support the monitoring of fundraising performance, pipeline progress and funding opportunities. 

Social Media Support (15%) 

• Working with the Marketing & Communications Manager to plan, create and schedule social media content across Medair UK's channels. 

• Draft engaging social media copy and identify stories, programme updates and supporter content that help communicate Medair's impact to external audiences. 

• Ensure all social media content is consistent with Medair's brand, values and communications guidelines. 

Tasks common to all staff  

• Act as an ambassador for Medair UK at all times when liaising externally and internally. 

• Ensure consistent implementation of Medair brand across all relevant activities. Record information as necessary and comply at all times with requirements for handling personal / sensitive data. 

• Contribute to the annual planning and budgeting cycle, providing appropriate input from your area of responsibility. Adhere to the Medair values and mission at all times.

As our Grants, Contracts and Commissioning Lead, you'll grow our income from two connected routes: grants from charitable trusts and foundations, and statutory and commissioned income secured through contracts, tenders and procurement. You'll be expected to at least sustain our current grants and contracts turnover, with real ambition to grow it by a further 10-20%.

This newly created role owns the full grants and contracts cycle — identifying opportunities, managing the pipeline, project-managing complex bids and writing tailored, persuasive applications. You'll be well supported: subject matter experts across the organisation will provide technical content for bids, budgets are prepared alongside finance, and our CEO and directors front the most senior funder relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering a pipeline of high-quality grant and statutory/commissioned bids to meet agreed income targets, prioritising by value, likelihood and strategic fit
• Researching and identifying trust and foundation funding opportunities, and writing compelling, tailored proposals drawing on our impact data and stories
• Developing income from government, health and other commissioning bodies, including preparing and submitting tenders and procurement responses such as ITTs and PQQs
• Monitoring funding trends and emerging opportunities, including the developing commissioning landscape under the statutory gambling levy
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with funders, and developing stewardship plans to maximise engagement and retention
• Project-managing complex, multi-stage bids: planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders and turning colleagues' technical input into funder-ready copy
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting records, and tracking progress against income targets
• Contributing to annual planning, budgeting and our wider income-generation strategy

What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

• A proven track record of securing significant and/or multi-year income from trusts, foundations or statutory funders
• Exceptional bid-writing skills: clear, persuasive, carefully edited proposals tailored to different funder audiences
• Experience project-managing complex bids, coordinating stakeholders and gathering technical content through multi-stage application processes
• An understanding of statutory funding and commissioning processes, including tendering and procurement routes such as ITTs and PQQs
• Excellent relationship management with funders or external stakeholders
• Strong numeracy and experience preparing budgets for funders
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Knowledge of the gambling harms, addiction, health or social welfare sectors would be advantageous, as would experience working in a small or growing charity, familiarity with CRM and fundraising databases, and experience contributing to a wider income-generation strategy.

Greyhound Rescue Wales (GRW) is Wales’ leading charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming greyhounds and lurchers. Founded in 1993, we have spent more than three decades championing the welfare of sighthounds and working towards our vision: a Wales without greyhound racing, where every greyhound and lurcher has a home and receives the best possible care.

In April 2026, after 25 years of determined campaigning to improve welfare and regulation within the racing industry, legislation to ban greyhound racing in Wales was finally passed. This landmark achievement marks the beginning of a new chapter for GRW as we expand our reach and capacity across the UK to ensure every greyhound leaving the racing industry has a rescue space, medical support and rehabilitation on the journey towards their forever home.

To help us grow sustainably and strengthen our long‑term impact, we are now seeking to develop our fundraising team with the creation of a Head of Fundraising role. You will be confident communicating by email, telephone and in person, comfortable working with databases and financial information, and able to manage a varied workload. The Head of Fundraising will work closely with our Chief Executive and will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic fundraising programme that generates sustainable income and supports the organisation's growth aligned to ambitions. As a member of the senior leadership team, the postholder will provide strategic direction, lead fundraising initiatives across multiple income streams, build high-value partnerships and embed a culture of fundraising and income generation across the Trust, helping teams understand their role in supporter engagement and income growth.

The role will oversee all fundraising activity, including major donors / sponsors, corporate partnerships, individual giving, community fundraising, legacy giving, and fundraising events. Community Fundraising Manager

Salary: Outer London Business Support Scale, Grade 5\6 (Spine Points 21.1 – 28), £32,064 - £36,579 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.

Location: Copthall House, 9 The Pavement, Grove Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1DA

Working Pattern: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office; travel across all OHC&AT sites and to external meetings required, including at weekends, for which time off in lieu will be given. Full time, 36 hrs per week, 8.45am – 4.30pm (M-Th) and 8.45am – 4.15pm on Friday. A term time only contract with a pro-rata salary could be considered for the right candidate.

What you will be doing

• Manage a bespoke portfolio of trusts and statutory donors (worth up to £30,000) who give both unrestricted and restricted gifts to Centrepoint

• Provide excellent stewardship to donors, producing high quality written communications and reports to sustain and uplift relationships

Starting from a strong foundation with multiple opportunities for growth, you will lead on the delivery of our ambitious, multi-year, multi-disciplinary fundraising strategy with an annual fundraising plan agreed with senior management.  With keen funder and customer awareness, you will regularly monitor and review both the plan and the strategy, in addition to working closely with our Finance Manager to manage diverse income streams and achieve income targets to fund AAFDA’s unique support and advocacy work with families bereaved by fatal domestic abuse.  Holding responsibility for maintaining and developing the website and building social media programmes, you will undertake an ambassadorial approach in all activity to assist our CEO and Director of Services to lead and manage the AAFDA brand and corporate identity, with a focus on generating earned income, by extending awareness of what AAFDA does and how successful we are.

This is a permanent role, subject to funding, but we will work hard (alongside you!) to secure this.

Founded in 1860, Providence Row is a specialist homelessness charity working in East London and the City, deliberately operating at the most acute end of the homelessness spectrum.

The charity reaches around 1,200 individuals (annually) with the most deep-rooted needs; people whose interlinking mental and physical health, and trauma and substance use challenges mean they often struggle to access mainstream support. Providence Row provides a wide range of Crisis and Progression services including showers, meals, advice & support, health and wellbeing services, drug and alcohol harm reduction, psychotherapy, a hospital discharge service, and learning, training and work-readiness programmes, amongst others. About this role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic Fundraising Assistant to join our Development Team and play a key role in supporting the fundraising activity that enables our work to reach thousands of young people each year.

As Fundraising Assistant, you will support all aspects of fundraising and donor engagement. Tasks and Responsibilities

· Maintain and update the fundraising database, ensuring supporter records are accurate, complete and up to date.

· Process donations and prepare acknowledgement letters, emails and receipts in line with donor stewardship standards.

· Manage Gift Aid administration, including data checks, record maintenance and submission processes.

· Provide administrative support to Fundraising Officers, including diary management, meeting scheduling and preparation of briefing materials.

· Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events, donor visits and receptions.

· Coordinate donor and community representative visits to schools in collaboration with the Education Team.

· Assist with the preparation of fundraising reports, presentations and internal documentation.
