We are seeking a good self-motivated planner with experience of employment services who can develop our delivery of the service across London, helping people to identify and reach their chosen goals. You will have a good track record of delivering support in one to one situations and also in group settings, both face to face and online. You'll also need to be an effective networker who can create and maintain relationships with a wide range of partner organisations.
The people we support have varying degrees of sensory loss, from the mild to the more profound. We are committed to respecting and celebrating the unique personalities and aspirations of each individual as we work with them to identify the most empowering bespoke action plan for them.
Please note that prior experience of working with people with sensory loss is helpful but not essential for this role, as all relevant training will be provided.

Strategy & Leadership

- Substantial experience in a senior communications role, ideally within the cultural, environmental, or non-profit sectors.
- Significant experience in designing and delivering successful communications strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a track record of developing clear, creative, and inclusive content.
- Strong experience in campaign development, brand implementation, visual storytelling, and communications project management.
- Knowledge of content strategy, SEO, and audience engagement across digital platforms.

The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.

Working arrangements

Main responsibilities and accountabilities
· Lead, direct and manage the finance and operations functions, overseeing two direct reports, ensuring they deliver a high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders and are seen as adding value, in enabling Career Ready to achieve its vision and strategic objectives through its people.
· Continue the delivery of a project plan reflecting the 2025-30 strategy, ensuring that activities happen at pace, are deadline-driven and achieve a high level of impact.
· Assume overall responsibility for the financial management of Career Ready, working with the SMT to ensure high quality and effective use of charitable funds.
· Input into and review the financial elements of funding applications and ensure that fund accounting processes align with funders’ requirements for project reporting.

South London Citizens (SLC) is Citizen’s UK second oldest chapter, established in 2004. SLC has over 100 member institutions spread across seven south London boroughs, working together for the common good.
South London Citizens has developed 1000s of local leaders through training and action teams and won big national campaigns, for example delivering free school meals for children whose parents have no recourse to public funds.
The Living Wage campaign is part of SLC’s DNA and in the last 12 months a campaign to bring the Living Wage Campaign to the Southbank has delivered well over 1000 pay rises to south London workers. Community Organising
Through our theory of social change, called community organising, we train thousands of everyday people to lead change in their communities, equipping them with the skills to hold politicians and other powerholders to account. We are made up of 500+ member organisations in powerful alliances throughout the UK. Our members include schools, universities, faith groups, parents’ groups, health practices, charities, trade unions and other civil society organisations.
Purpose
The principal responsibility of an Associate Organiser is their own development: learning the craft of Community Organising under the guidance of an experienced Community Organiser. They work intensively with a small number of member organisations under close supervision, growing their experience, skill and responsibility incrementally. An Associate Organiser is working towards becoming a competent practitioner of the craft of broad-based community organising methodology, and focuses on the building of relational power, the recruitment and retention of dues-paying institutions, the development of leaders, the strengthening of member institutions, leader-led public actions, and the winning of systemic change.
This role is particularly to organise around the issue of low pay and precarious work and participate in Citizens UK’s flagship campaign, the Living Wage Campaign. We need someone who can speak Spanish as well as English, as south London’s Latin American communities are leading the work in South London. There is scope to involve leaders in campaigns around housing, health and migrants' rights, as we recognise that people affected by low pay are very often determined to take action on wider issues beyond work. The purpose of the role is to develop leadership, especially grassroots leadership, workers from London’s lowest paid sectors, that can power the campaign. Crucially the Associate Organiser will work with colleagues in South London Citizens to build and execute a strategy that develops powerful leaders for South London Citizens and wins the Living Wage, Living Hours and other material gains for thousands of workers across the capital.

About the Role
A strategic analytical professional responsible for managing client experience assessment through annual Client Exit Interview surveys; providing technical data-driven insights to support programming, fundraising, grant management, and advocacy efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career public health analyst or researcher looking to apply their skills in survey management, data analysis, and research design and dissemination while making a tangible impact on global SRHR programs. To perform this role, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
Quantitative Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including experience working with survey data and large complex datasets, performing statistical analysis, and using tools such as Stata, R, SPSS, Microsoft Excel, or Power BI.
Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple research projects, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.
Research Coordination & Management: Experience designing and managing large-scale applied heath research studies (both qualitative and quantitative), including ethical approvals, data collection, and quality control.
Communication & Dissemination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience translating research findings into actionable insights through reports, presentations, and data visualizations, including with the ability to convey complex concepts in plain English to non-technical audiences. Data Storytelling: Skill in translating complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives for various audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including country program staff, researchers, and external partners, to drive evidence-based decision-making. Experience with project management or cross-functional (matrix) team working is desirable.
Attention to Detail: Experience ensuring high standards in research design, data collection, and analysis, with a commitment to ethical research practices.
Drive for Results: Curious, proactive, and passionate about how data can be used to improve performance and outcomes; challenges the status quo to identify and implement innovative approaches.
Ability to Prioritise & Work Under Pressure: Highly comfortable working within tight deadlines, working across multiple projects simultaneously, shifting priorities, and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Formal education/qualification
- Master’s Degree, or higher, in public health research, statistics, economics, epidemiology, demographics, health sciences or related discipline - Essential

The roles
These are brilliant opportunities to play a key part in transforming financial inclusion across the UK. As one of our Associate Directors specialising in Investments, you'll be a senior member of our Investment team, responsible for originating, executing and managing a growing portfolio of social investments.
You'll work with a range of mission-driven commercial lenders and community finance providers, helping to build sustainable, scalable solutions for underserved communities.
We’re hiring two roles at the same level with shared responsibilities across a number of exciting areas relating to our newly awarded Guarantee fund.
We’re looking for talented investment professionals who share our mission and bring strong commercial acumen, structured thinking, and the ability to manage end-to-end investment processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead origination, due diligence, structuring and execution of social investments into mission-aligned commercial lenders and community finance organisations
· Manage a portfolio of investments, including monitoring financial and social impact performance, reforecasting, and supporting investee governance
· Build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream banks, credit funds and aligned investors to crowd in commercial capital
· Play a leading role in shaping either our Guarantee Fund or our investment support for pilots and new products
· Contribute to strategic initiatives across the organisation, and support and mentor junior colleagues
· Represent Fair4All Finance at events, with stakeholders and in working groups
Essential experience & qualifications:
· Significant investment experience – this could be from social investment, banking, private equity or another relevant sector
· Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis and deal execution skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience, especially with senior leaders
· Evidence of building collaborative partnerships and leading teams or projects
· A commitment to our mission and an understanding of the impact of financial exclusion
Desirable experience
· Experience investing in social fintechs, consumer credit or early-stage ventures
· Experience working with community finance providers (e.g. credit unions, CDFIs)
· Commercial fundraising or regulated fund management experience
· Familiarity with policy and systems-change initiatives, especially around financial inclusion
