As our Senior Product Owner, supporting work in our Medical team, you’ll lead the development and management of our cutting-edge new Azure Databricks Data Intelligence Platform in partnership with the Health Insights team.
This platform will play a crucial role in advancing our analytics capabilities, helping measure, evaluate and share the impact of the research we fund and the health and care projects we deliver, as well as ultimately improving patient outcomes through data-driven insights.
What you’ll be doing:

About you
You’ll be an experienced product leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring people together to deliver impactful digital products. You’ll bring:
• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in digital and data-driven environments.
• Significant experience of leading and line managing a team.
• A strong track record of agile leadership, including introducing or evolving agile practices in teams with mixed levels of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and simplify complex problems into component parts for short, medium and long-term delivery.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, define and prioritise features, and align delivery with strategic goals.
• In-depth experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams to gather requirements and steer them through discovery, refinement and delivery.
• A data-informed mindset, with experience of measuring products against KPIs such as reach, conversion, and user satisfaction to guide product decisions.
• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness, able to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to make effective product decisions to prioritise development.
• Excellent planning and organising skills, effective at prioritising, scheduling and tracking work across dependencies taking account of deadlines, staffing and resource requirements.
Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About the Team
The Philanthropy and Trusts Team raises circa £6m per year from philanthropists, trusts and foundations. The audience is individual philanthropists (gifts over £10k per annum), and trusts and foundations (grants over £25k per annum).
About the Role:
As Senior Philanthropy Manager (Maternity Cover) you will:
- Proactively build a personal portfolio of HNWIs and UHNWIs able to give £1m+ through relationship development, appropriate and dynamic pitching and influencing and negotiating expertise.
- Effectively line manage three direct line reports. Lead by example and support high performance, ensuring the professional and personal development goals of staff are met.
- Proactively manage, with the prospect research team, the philanthropy team’s new business pipeline to achieve team and organisational objectives, working across the Strategic Partnerships department and across the WaterAid Federation as appropriate.
- Be the senior level contact for all aspects of event planning and delivery, supporting the Philanthropy and Events Manager to manage the strategic planning, development and running of an events programme to time and budget for the benefit of the Philanthropy and Trusts Team, and where appropriate, the wider Strategic Partnerships Department.
Requirements
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven track record of raising “Principal gifts” of £1m+.
- Proven ability to manage a successful philanthropic portfolio, achieving targets as part of a strategic plan and maximising income from existing supporters.
- Experience managing the complexities of income management and KPI’s to monitor the teams progress and growth.
- Experience of line management / supervising the work of others; leading and motivating others and driving change.
- Be confident in leading work with senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally, in order to secure significant grants and manage strategic partnerships, using tact and diplomacy.
- Have a passion for international development, a commitment to WaterAid’s stated values and a working style that reflects these.

The Project Manager/Business Analyst role forms part of the PMO Team. The role will include management of priority projects across the Stewardship agile change portfolio, as well as the analysis and improvement of business processes across Stewardship. Role and Responsibilities

Role overview
The Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key leadership role within the Finance Team at FILE, responsible for the financial planning cycle and management information, business partnering support across the organisation, and financial reporting to donors.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the FP&A team at FILE, including setting team vision, annual team planning and objectives
- Lead annual planning process across income, granting plans and operational expenditure, developing innovative approaches

Save the Children UK has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and influential individual with extensive relationship fundraising experience to join us as our Legacy & Mid-Value Relationship Manager, where you will work with colleagues across Marketing, Philanthropy, Community Fundraising, Volunteering, Retail and Supporter Care to build meaningful supporter journeys and drive long-term impact for children.
This is a hybrid role working from our London Farringdon, with on-site presence required up to 4 days per month. This will be discussed during the interview process.

About the role
As Legacy & Mid-Value Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the one-to-one aspects of our Legacy and Mid-Value supporter cultivation programmes.
Through bespoke communications, calls, events, and meetings, you'll deepen relationships with our most engaged supporters—understanding their motivations and helping them fulfil their charitable goals.
This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering meaningful supporter experiences that drive increased lifetime value and long-term loyalty to Save the Children.
In this role, you will:
• Personally steward a portfolio of engaged supporters through tailored one-to-one communications, including calls, letters, emails, and meetings.
• Use supporter insight to create tailored stewardship plans that inspire legacy pledges and mid-value donations (currently £300 - £10,000 pa/).
• Work with colleagues across Marketing, Philanthropy, Community Fundraising, Volunteering, Retail and Supporter Care to identify and cultivate potential legacy and mid-value leads.
• Plan and deliver inspiring cultivation events, both in-person and online, to retain and grow supporter engagement.
• Analyse and adapt stewardship approaches based on supporter feedback and performance results to maximise impact.
• Advocate for legacy and mid-value giving across the organisation, sharing expertise and insights to strengthen our overall fundraising approach.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Demonstrable expertise in supporter stewardship, ideally in Legacy and/or Mid-Value fundraising, with a focus on increasing lifetime value.
• Proven experience building and managing impactful relationships with individual supporters, including high-quality one-to-one communications.
• Experience delivering bespoke supporter events that inspire and build trust.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• A strategic and supporter-centric mindset, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 4 days per month). This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.
