Role Description
The Programmes Executive plays a key role supporting our community of schools during their time on the programme across the school year. They will support the design and delivery of Bite Back in Schools to ensure the best possible user experience for young people, their teachers and their schools, and to ensure the programme makes the greatest possible impact within the project timeline.
The Programmes Executive will report to the Programmes Manager, and will work closely with colleagues across Bite Back, in particular with our comms, digital, youth and policy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship management

Provide ongoing support to schools throughout their time on the programme, building strong working relationships with participating schools.

Support communication with all schools, providing a point of contact for the coordinator and lead teacher in each school.

Support monitoring and evaluation through creation of surveys, ensuring completion of baseline and end of year surveys, and analysis of data submitted (working with our Evaluation Manager).

Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of our termly newsletter, highlighting school achievements, amplifying youth voices, and inspiring action across our network.

Provide timely responses to school queries, manage a shared inbox and alert the Programmes Manager of any potential risks.

Proactively seek feedback from teachers and young people on our programmes

Ensure opportunities for schools to engage in at least two one-on-one meetings with our team during the school year.
Community management

Celebrate and share examples of best practice and impactful social action projects amongst our community of schools.

Deliver training and webinars for schools.

Manage and grow engagement with school groups through our social media platforms, fostering a sense of community and promoting active participation.

Grow our movement - supporting the recruitment of future cohorts by promoting the Bite Back in Schools programme, distributing recruitment comms, holding set up calls with interested schools, and guiding schools through the application and enrolment process, working closely with the Programmes Manager on the design of these processes.
Programme delivery

Schedule and organise visits to schools, agreeing agendas with the schools in advance to include elements including meeting pupils and teachers, leading feedback sessions and focus groups and supporting the development of their social action campaigns.

Schedule and deliver assemblies with schools partaking in the programme.

Ensure schools submit invoices on time as part of their grant funding, providing support where needed and coordinating with the finance team to ensure prompt processing.

Book and arrange assemblies, coordinating between schools and our Bite Back Ambassadors.

Support the School Ambassadors with travel logistics as they deliver assemblies in schools across England and Scotland.
-
Maintain and regularly update programme management software and associated data to ensure accurate and up to date information for all participating schools.

Ensure successful end-to-end support for the 100+ schools participating in the programme throughout the next school year.
Project support

Provide support to Programme Manager in the delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

Assist in the delivery of the Local Authority programme, including traveling as needed to facilitate workshops and provide support to the team’s operational requirements.

Provide support for the primary school pilot programme and contribute to the creation and development of engaging resources tailored for primary school use.

Provide ad hoc input to evolving organisational requirements as directed by senior team members.

Reporting to: Service Manager
Location: Baca office, Cambridge, England with regular travel to locations where Baca’s services are delivered.

Overall Purpose: As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering Baca's education program. The Youth Employability Service
CXK delivers the Ychnoouth Employability Service (YES) across East Sussex, commissioned by East Sussex County Council. We offer information, advice, support and guidance to young people in academic years 12 and 13 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them to explore their options, plan and then take their next steps. We also work with schools supporting young people in year 11 who are at risk of becoming NEET. Liaising with a range of other services, YES is focussed on supporting young people to achieve their potential.
The Team
The YES team support young people from across the county, seeing them at CXK bases, partner venues or in community settings. The team assess and action plan with young people referred to the service, supporting them to understand their options and take steps toward achieving their goals around education, training and/ or employment. Working with a wide range of young people, the team approach is focused, creative and persistent, building on young peoples’ confidence and motivation alongside their skills and personal growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skills and Employability Adviser (SEND Specialist)
You will support a caseload of young people aged 16 to 18 with SEND who are either not in education, employment, or training (NEET), or at risk of becoming NEET. You will guide them through re-engagement with suitable post-16 provisions and provide targeted intervention to those who have withdrawn from or not started their named placements. For young people with an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in Year 14 and above, you may also offer short-term support through a brief intervention approach.
You will support young people at risk of NEET as they transition from secondary education into post-16 pathways. Working across the West of East Sussex with students in special schools and mainstream settings, you will play a key role in ensuring that young people with SEND —particularly those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)—receive the tailored guidance and support they need to progress confidently into further education, training, or employment. Your work will align with East Sussex’s Assessment and Planning Team and the statutory guidance outlined in the SEND Code of Practice. You will build positive working relationships through co-located working, and accurate input into relevant databases.
You will maintain regular contact with the young people you support, building trust and ensuring that casework is delivered with care and consistency. Your role will involve assessing needs, action planning, reviewing progress, and adapting support as required. You'll also act as a champion for SEND-specific opportunities and resources—ensuring young people, parents, providers, and wider stakeholders are aware of what’s available and how it can help.

Join a youth social action charity challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, they support pupils growing up in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers and monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.
The Volunteer Mentors also complete a Leadership and Development programme and you will work with them on a professional development plan to chart their continuous professional development and ready them for employment.
The role is primarily a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and is based in a regional venue on most Fridays. See locations above.

The British Academy - the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking two full-time Events Producers to join our Communications Department, providing key support in the planning and delivery of the year-round public, academic and public engagement events programmes.
The role
The Events Producer provides a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of the British Academy’s year-round events programmes, which take place in London, across the UK and online. This includes public events (themed seasons, lates, performances, book prize events and festival sponsorships), academic events (lectures, conferences, academic prizes & medals), and public engagement (Summer Showcase, SHAPE Involve and Engage).
The role holder will work closely with other members of the Events Team and the wider Communications Department. You will work directly with the Head of Events and three Events Managers to deliver events at our historic home in London, at partner venues across the UK, and online.
You will be someone who thrives on delivering engaging live events aimed at a variety of audiences – from first-time visitors to our Summer Showcase, to a student attending a Late; an early career researcher watching a lecture, to a leading academic attending a keynote speech at a conference.

Champs Camp was the first successful Black boxing gym in Britain, with Phil Martin, its founder, the UK’s first Black boxing trainer, manager and promoter. Martin revolutionised British boxing during the 1980s and 1990s, introducing new ways of training and transforming the lives of thousands of young men and boys across Greater Manchester in the process. He deliberately challenged the public association of Moss Side with guns and gangs, helping to produce UK and world champions and make Manchester a centre of the sport.
This project will preserve and make publicly accessible the records of a hugely significant but largely unknown episode in UK Black history. Its legacy will be the preservation of a unique and extensive archive of film, photography, and posters, the collection of a wide-ranging oral history, and the production of a permanent digital archive, accessible to anyone including educators, activists and the wider community.
This role is funded by The National Lottery Fund grant and is run by a partnership of the Moss Side Boxing and Athletics Association (MSBAA) and Manchester Histories, with support from staff at the University of Manchester in History and the Research Data Management Support Service. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This role will assist with day-to-day management of Royal Ballet School’s fundraising work to support retention of recurring income from existing streams and facilitate the onboarding of new donors.
Reporting to the Development Operations Manager, the post-holder will assist with the planning and delivery of a large number of year-round engagement events through in-house visits and performances, external events and ticketing management for centenary performances. This role will lead on all fundraising communications to donor and prospect segments, and oversee campaign tracking, while relying on accurate data use and record keeping. MAIN DUTIES
Fundraising Communications:

Main responsibilities and accountabilities
