Role Summary    

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and maintaining Alcohol Change UK’s visual identity. This role is responsible for producing engaging visual content across multiple digital and print channels to inform, engage, and inspire our audiences, and across our flagship campaigns including the Dry January® challenge. Partnerships Executive (Interim)

The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in developing CST’s commercial relationships. Their primary responsibility is to secure conference exhibition sales to meet budget targets and manage all aspects of the exhibitor experience from prospecting to on-the-day support, to post-event communications. They also manage listings in the Directory of Services and work closely with the Partnerships Manager to support the prospecting process.

Reporting to: Partnerships Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure that exhibition sales targets are met for each CST conference.

2. Maintain the CRM for commercial organisations, including creating and managing prospect groups and executing effective exhibition sales campaigns.

3. Create and maintain relevant webforms.

4. Provide excellent end-to-end support for exhibitors, including in person at larger conferences to ensure that all exhibitors’ needs are met on the day.

5. Gather feedback from exhibitors on the quality of their experience and report on what worked well and areas for improvement following each event.

6. Maintain and update marketing collateral to support CST’s commercial activities such as brochures, floorplans, briefings and manuals.

7. Cross-promote the Directory of Services to exhibitors along with other opportunities to work with CST where relevant.

8. Manage the sales and onboarding process for the Directory of Services, including overseeing the references, undertaken by a third party, sending out agreements and liaising with the marketing team on the promotion of new suppliers.

9. Support the Partnerships Manager in the development of the commercial pipeline for CST partnerships by holding initial meetings with new prospects and identifying opportunities for engagement.

About you:

• You have experience dealing with people in different capacities, both internally and externally, on a day to day basis, and build strong working relationships

Job Summary

Are you an experienced legacy professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a dedicated Legacy Case Executive to lead on all operational aspects of legacy administration and case management. In this vital role, you’ll ensure legacy gifts are processed efficiently and accurately, securing the best possible financial outcomes for the charity whilst safeguarding our reputation. Working closely with colleagues in Finance and Legal, you’ll help to maintain a robust and reliable income stream that directly supports our life-saving work across communities.

About You

• Demonstrable experience within a related role in Charity Legacy or Estate Administration
• Demonstrable experience of using databases such as Dynamics 365 and Microsoft applications
• Evidence of effective relationship management with a range of external stakeholders including solicitors, lay executors and auditors
• Experienced user of First Class

About the Role

• Manage and maximise legacy income by overseeing cases, monitoring legal/admin costs, and ensuring compliance with policy and best practice.
• Act as the main point of contact for solicitors, executors, supporters, and third-party suppliers to maintain strong relationships and communication.
• Lead on complex and high-value cases, offering expert advice on probate, tax, and legal matters while escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting, working with Finance and Database teams to ensure audit compliance and effective forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement by updating legacy processes, advising on policy changes, and supporting recognition programmes for legacy donors.

We have an amazing opportunity to join the Community Foundation as Social Value Specialist on a permanent basis. You'll be based in one of our offices across SNG's operating area, ideally Wembley as there will be a big focus on working with our London and Hertford based suppliers and community partners. You'll combine both home and office working to ensure a positive work/life balance. This role involves travel to other offices and events which will require some flexibility and ideally access to a car.

The Role

The Social Value Specialist will support SNG to embed impact measurement and social value into teams across the organisation, providing a central, efficient point of contact that leads on developing systems, processes and continuous service improvement.

You will engage with supply chain partners to ensure the delivery of social value in contracts and enable seamless customer service using digital platforms and relationships with community partners.

Connect with team members across the organisation to deliver impact reports and support in creating our annual ESG report.

The Social Value Specialist will report to the Social Value Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement a community investment evaluation and monitoring framework, in direct alignment with the community foundation strategy and strategy and the corporate plan
• Work collaboratively across the multi-disciplinary community investment directorate and with other internal teams in the customer directorate across localities to embed a framework for social impact and outcomes recording
• Support the Social Value Manager to provide regular social impact and environmental social, governance (ESG) reporting to the communities' leadership team and to senior management and board when required
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation methods and processes for Community Foundation projects and roll out good practice to colleagues and external partners so we can effectively demonstrate our Social Impact
• Lead and support internal teams and external partners in the upload of data such as KPIs onto impact measurement platform for the business, ensuring that information is accurate and easily accessible when required
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to lead and oversee project teams across SNG and with external partners that will bring in external funding
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including funders, businesses, local authorities and national agencies as required by the Head of Service and managers
• Work closely with the communications team to enable a coordinated communications approach that raises the profile of SNG's work in communities
• Prepare and present written, financial and statistical reports to internal and external bodies as required and ensure funders requirements are met
• Demonstrate everyone safe and well everywhere, every day by making health and safety a primary consideration in your decision making

 What we need from you

A good understanding of HACT's Wellbeing Valuation and Social Value Insight would be an advantage, but this is not essential. It would be great if you have some knowledge or experience of working in communities, supply chains and or, monitoring and evaluation.

• Excellent organisation and customer service
• Proactive and proven Stakeholder management skills with colleagues and external partners
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and techniques, including Theory of Change and Logic Models
• Ability to validate and impact assess, to escalate data issues as required
• Ability to inspire and activate, fostering great partnerships with suppliers to ensure social value is secured and delivered through our supply chain
• An understanding of social value in relation to the construction industry
• Storytelling skills to share social value activity and support others in understanding the impact of the Community Foundation
