The Retired Ministers Housing Society (RMHS) exists to assist retired and retiring ministers to meet their housing needs during retirement, aiming to provide appropriate housing suitable for long-term occupation. We maintain around 300 properties tenanted by retired ministers, arranging inspections and repairs.
In this role you will be responsible for the daily support to the property team to deliver and maintain an effective programme of compliance checks across the Society, including gas, electrical, asbestos, fire safety and legionella.
You are educated to A level standard, or equivalent experience, have excellent administration and ITC skills and are highly organised. You also possess good communication skills and can problem solve, dealing with issues in a calm and sensitive manner.

Role Overview
This is a part time (21 hours per week) and fixed term role. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Empower & Exchange Project—an ISEAL-funded initiative to create user-centric data products, and advance future-proofed data infrastructure to improve the sustainability and transparency of the sugarcane supply chain.
This role sits within the Corporate Services team and will lead the project from planning through execution and reporting, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
The Empower & Exchange project is an integral part of Bonsucro’s broader digitalisation strategy and is closely aligned with other organisational initiatives. The project has five core objectives to be delivered to an agreed workplan:
1.Engage market actors to identify key ESG reporting metrics.
2.Create data reports tailored to certified sugar mills and the wider supply chain.
3.Develop a secure, user-friendly system for access and export of producer data.
4.Map the evolving technology ecosystem for traceability and ESG reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Project Strategy & Management
- Act as the Project Manager for the Empower & Exchange project, overseeing implementation, donor reporting, and team coordination.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with funder and organisational expectations.
- Ensure project activities are agile, adaptive, and responsive to changing needs, contexts and feedback.
Product Development & Research
- Coordinate the design and development of data tools and data reports for certified sugar mills, aligned with the project aims, ensuring they meet the needs of users in the sugarcane supply chain.

Role Overview
ESU Competition Leads host our ESU competitions, including the ESU Schools’ Mace Debating Competition, the ESU Public Speaking Competition and the ESU Performing Shakespeare Competition. The ESU Competition Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events (heats) throughout the competitions, with duties including Zoom hosting and MCing. If required, Competition Leads may sit on the judges’ panel and provide constructive feedback to students and teachers participating. - MC or compere Zoom and in-person heats, engaging both students and audience whilst following ESU scripts

The new Head of Prospect Development and Operations (PDO) will sit on the Development and Alumni Relations Management Team, using prospect research to systematically drive success in the University’s fundraising activity. The role supports all philanthropic and alumni engagement activity across the department. They will lead a team of two, directing prospect research for maximum strategic benefit and identifying novel ways of approaching potential prospects. The new Head of PDO will also lead the department’s database operations (CRM Raiser’s Edge NXT), turning vital data into useful information, including specialist financial reports. They will improve usage of the database, manipulating it and customising it to a high level. The post-holder will have the opportunity to make a transformative difference to UAL’s development infrastructure, in advance of the University’s upcoming fundraising campaign.

What you will need to succeed
National Energy Action is seeking skilled and experienced individuals to join our team in a pivotal role supporting low income and vulnerable households.
You will have a strong background in providing welfare benefits advice and expert advice on welfare rights, including entitlements, systems, claim processes and current legislation and practices; all tailored to individual client circumstances. You will have demonstrable experience of providing welfare benefits advice via telephone and face to face is essential.
You will need good organisational skills, excellent communication skills as well as an understanding of the challenges faced by low income, vulnerable or disadvantaged householders.
The role of Benefits Adviser will be part of the Communities Directorate and the postholder will report to the Benefits Entitlement and Claim Support Manager.
