Job description

Are you a dedicated and passionate CRM Manager/Dynamics 365 Developer with proven experience of developing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions? Join our team at an exciting time as we expand our use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Woodgreen.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Responsible for designing and developing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. From making improvements to existing components, enhancing business processes (via Power Automate), and trialling new features that benefit the charity.
  • Taking a leading role in a team to help shape the charity’s use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, suggesting innovative ways to optimise its use.
  • Working closely with a diverse group of colleagues from customer facing staff to senior managers, to gather and document user requirements for future system enhancements.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the Dynamics 365 environment.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity with the expectation that our successful candidate will work from our site for approximately 1 - 2 days per week in accordance with business needs.In addition to a starting salary of between £45,511 - £50,568 per annum, depending on experience, we can also offer you;
