Job Purpose:
To work alongside the Legacy Marketing Manager to help deliver MFS UK’s Legacy Fundraising strategy and support the efficient administration of one of the charity’s largest income streams.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role is focused on ensuring an effective and organised Legacy Administration for the organisation.
To support the strategy to increase income, this role will be liaising with donors who are interested in leaving gifts in their wills and assist with the recruitment of new supporters. This role plays a fundamental part of our Legacy Stewardship and Retention programme for those who have already committed to leaving a gift in their will.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience working in office environment with strong administration skills and time management skills with an ability to manage a varied and busy workload effectively.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to build and manage key relationships and choose appropriate communication channels.
- Self-starter who has the confidence to provide support across multiple areas, within a fast-paced team, exercising good judgement and using own initiative.
- A systematic and organised approach with a proven ability to follow things through and meet targets in line with processes/ schedules and deadlines.
- Experience in relationship management and liaising with external suppliers.

The Role
Theirworld is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager to support the development, delivery, and learning of education projects and innovation initiatives.
This role will work closely with the Director of Programmes and the wider Projects team to support the design and coordination of pilot projects that test bold, locally driven ideas across Theirworld’s three core pillars: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and delivery, innovation support, and strong coordination skills. Main Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead the planning and delivery of pilot innovative education projects, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with Theirworld’s strategic pillars and cross-cutting vital areas (gender, inclusion, climate, health & nutrition, peace & security).
• Coordinate project timelines, grant delivery, budgeting, reporting cycles, and partner check ins to ensure successful implementation.
• Support the team and local delivery partners with testing and pivoting through ongoing feedback mechanisms to strengthen impact and learning.
• Ensure project documentation, monitoring frameworks, and learning processes are maintained to inform potential scale.
Innovation Management
• Manage the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Theirworld’s Education Innovation Awards, including recruitment, onboarding, programming, and follow up with winning teams.
• Support the development and implementation of innovation focused interventions, tools, and methodologies across programme areas.
• Support in the coordination of internal innovation and contribute to the identification and advancement of high-potential concepts.

Community Engagement and Collaboration
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with grassroots innovators, youth-led organisations, and education-focused non-profits.

Experience, Skills and Character
• 3–5 years’ experience in project and innovation management, education, or international development.

• Strong interest in education access, inclusion, and the role of innovation in system change.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills with strong written and verbal English skills.

Job Purpose
Your role is an integral part of the central team with responsibility for procedures, systems that support the effective, efficient, and compliant managing of our premises, IT systems and some HR functions.
You will play a key role in delivering and maintaining our offices and facilities, and the IT services for the whole organisation alongside our retained IT consultants.
By providing high quality operational and administrative support you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. You will do this by:
- Supporting the Director of Finance and Operations in delivering and maintaining effective operational function at the charity. Including but not exclusively, Health & Safety, Insurance, Premises, Facilities, Vehicle Management, IT and CRM system services.
- Improving existing office systems and identifying opportunities to develop new systems and processes to enable people to work more collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively.
- Coordinating and implementing efficient HR processes and record-keeping, including recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.
- Being the key contact for staff and volunteers for all IT and premises matters including induction and training.
- Providing management for the maintenance and smooth running of the physical premises of the workplace ensuring they are safe and equipment is available and in good order.

- Implement processes that maintain effective IT security.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including software licences, logins, user processes, induction and IT systems training, and internal IT communication.

General
- To meet regularly with line manager for support, supervision and appraisal.

As a key member of the programmes team, the post holder will be responsible for planning and implementing a portfolio of impactful programmes across Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe using sport as a development tool for social change.
They will be responsible for managing a diverse sport for development portfolio, providing high level programme support, financial oversight, monitoring and evaluation technical expertise and capacity building support to our global implementing partners. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Programmes and Grants Managers, aiming always to ensure Sport for Good makes progress towards its Vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To develop and manage a caseload of grants, including institutional and internal grants. This includes assessing competencies of organisations and developing organisational plans with grantees
- To support the ongoing development of grantees through capacity building, and providing networking opportunities
- To support the Sport for Good Development Team in their applications to institutional funders, trusts and foundations, providing input and advice as requested
- To ensure grant-management requirements for Sport for Good and external funding are met successfully
- To work closely with grantees responsibly to source narratives of individual and community transformation to support development of donor relationships and communication
- To provide good customer care to grantees, maintaining regular but appropriate contact and safeguarding their interests

- Basic budgeting and financial management experience, able to understand the link between finance and operations

What you will be doing
- Be the primary contact for supporters, patients, and families and offer excellent service to supporters through various communication channels.
- Develop strong internal relationships to enhance fundraising efforts and support Marie Curie activities. Help identify and engage new supporters.
- Record, bank, and process supporter income in line with Marie Curie policies. Maintain accurate financial and supporter records.
- Provide stewardship for Fundraising My Way participants, local fundraising groups, volunteers, and third-party eventers.
- Manage collection site bookings and permits, contact volunteers, dispatch materials, and ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping for collections.

The role of Fundraising Assistant for the Children’s Air Ambulance will be working closely with our Community Fundraisers providing tactical support to deliver the short and mid-term operations for the function. This new role will lead on expanding PSC’s digital mobilisation efforts, ensuring that we are effectively reaching our intended audiences and are efficiently shepherding them through our supporter journey towards greater activity, both online and offline. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting our campaigns, communications and fundraising efforts to maximise income generation, particularly through social media advertising. The role has a clear focus on performance marketing and testing.
The role will initially help lead the project to remodel the PSC website, alongside partner external agencies. Once this work is completed, the role holder will be expected to maintain and improve the website, offering analytical insights and guidance to colleagues on best practice.
